This is my second time coming here. The first time i came with my brother because as a woman i was a bit hesitant to come by myself. I had a great experience both times. Very professional and pretty much on time. It did take a couple of phone calls to get in but i am very pleased with my service. I will be coming here in the future for my car needs. If you are a woman and feel like they might take advantage or treat you differently here dont worry at all.

My mom car had been in flood and recent had been what thought was fixed by a previous mechanic but wasnt. We brought the car to meineke based of reputation and they fixed the issue without any issues and was fair in the evaluation and maintenance of the vehicle. I whole hearted would recommend to anyone. Very polite and knowledgeable.

I made an appointment for the car service.when I got there I was told l had no appointment until I showed my email confirmation.Then I was told it will take a couple of hours because they had to finish all the cars that were there, despite that I had an appointment! After an hour they called to say my car was ready and I asked what time they closed and the guy who answered said 1 pm. My son had to go and pay, get the keys and ask them to leave the car outside.whilst he was on his way, I called again on a different number and asked again what time they closed because on the website it says 4pm,and the guy who answered this time said 6pm,I can collect my car after 1pm.Collected the car around 330 pm and when I got home I checked the receipt only to find out some details like the speedometer reading and appointment mode are wrong. My speedometer reads 43833 miles and theirs reflects 100000 miles, appointment they wrote walk in and yet I had an appointment.I will follow up soon.Am not sure if my car was thoroughly serviced or they took advantage that I was a woman of color and do a shoddy job. I still need answers

Came in for an oil change and asked if they could check out an exhaust leak for me. When I asked if they could take care of that too they said no problem along with the oil! Great customer service, really kind people and the waiting area is definitely nicer than previous Meinekes Ive been to.

Dealt with Ron. Great guy and resolved my issue in a timely fashion. Will definitely be heading over there in the future.

I took the car early in the morning and when they opened at 8 am, the took my car immediately. While I had the code, they double checked it and they got the same results. They called because they found another issue and I gave permission to fix that as well. My car was ready at 12 noon. They were friendly, personable, thorough and didnt charge me a a crazy, super expensive amount. I will be using them going forward.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced! The manager is very unprofessional, I came in on October 5 at 11:30 am to have my car checked, the mechanic suggested I change my radiator I say ok. He says it will take 4 hours. I cancel all my appointments and wait for hours @ 5:15pm I call the shop and he tell me that he doesn’t have the part. Mind you the business closes at 6pm. The shop had my car for close to 6 hours and didn’t think to call me to let me know if I still wanted the service or advise me on finding another means of transportation because the car might have to be held overnight. No instead he was rude and played phone tag, I come the next day at 9am mind you they open at 8am my car is still not ready. A $500 service ended causing so much time and money wasted. I wasn’t notified in enough time to get a rental. I had to walk for miles to pick up my two very small children from school. I was charged a late fee for picking my kid up late. All whilst dealing with a back injury. My 2year daughter almost got hit by a car btw because she is not used to walking at night. This was by far the most traumatic and horrific experience of my entire life. The manager showed no sympathy and no time management skills and he was very rude and unprofessional. Please stay very very far away, they are not any more affordable and very bad service. I would give no stars if I could. The manager also took no responsibility for something that could of been handled with communication

I was very happy with the services I received, Ronald was very professional, because my car is older he offered me a more economical alternative to fixing my exhaust for which I will be eternally thankful.I will absolutely be back again and Ill be sure to recommend him to my family, friends, and acquaintances, Thank You Ronald 🙂

Attendants were courteous and professional. Service was rendered in a timely manner.

Ronald was very friendly and took the time to show/explain what needed to be done to the car. They replaced all my brakes very quickly. Would def use them again for any maintenance!

Exhaust pipe broke, they fixed it in 30 minutes. No inflated prices and I got an oil change. Very efficient and professional.

Really Like the new crew here, did not have a good experience with the previous management before. Everything was done in a timely manner, the manager showed me the problem, explained everything in detail and completed it in the time he mentioned, and also for a good price. Will definitely be using them in the future again.

I went in to get maintenance on my car. They stated that the belt on the car was no good, so I decided to get it replaced. Upon the replacement, whenever I turn on my car it makes a screeching noise which it never did before. They did not do a great job replacing it! They have in experienced mechanics. Do not go here I regret it.

Don’t get a Groupon for them, they wait until you arrive after calling multiple times the same week to find a day that works to tell you they only accept groupons on tuesdays and thursdays. Told us that almost TWO HOURS after we dropped the car off (at our appointment time) for a basic oil change. Says it nowhere on the Groupon page. When we questioned this “rule” the manager said the person we spoke to didn’t know. Now I refuse to believe we spoke to that same person when we called three times the past week asking about different days. Then after going back and forth with them over my wasted time, they offered to do the oil change at the end of the day. That was a complete slap to the face. The time to rectify this issue was when our appointment was and not 1.5 hours + a half hour of arguing later

DONT COME HERE!!. My mother lost a day of work waiting for a battery terminal replacement!, charged her $75 for a $5 autozone terminal, car didnt start next day, unprofessional repair, poor pricing system, they will make you pay for how long it takes their unskilled mechanics rather than a standard price for the job, fyi their rate is $100/hr thats more than firestone, midas or any other retail auto repair shop. Unfortunately they do not honor appointments.I had made an appointment to have my oil changed and my brakes inspected. Came in at the allotted time only for them to tell me they were too full to accommodate me. They didnt bother to call and tell me that they were too full. The appointment i had with them was unimportant to them, and they told me to come in another day.Im sorry but im not comfortable enough to make another appointment with a place of business that reneges on their appointments without any warning.

I Would recommend this establishment for all repairs. Manager was very helpful in explaining in details on what was needed to have me back on the road. The Mechanic a young man knows what he is doing. You might want to go out and grab a bite while they do magic. A 10 🌟 from me.

I know a mechanic who works here and he’s a great guy. Already had faith I was in good hands. The entire staff was courteous and friendly and smiling! I was in and out and my car is not making anymore noise. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend this Meineke Car Care Center. I was warmly greeted by Chris who is very professional. He fully explained the work before it commenced by bringing me into the garage and pointing out my muffler. I was then given an estimate of the work, as well as the time it would take to complete. Both were spot on. I will be back for rear shocks.

John and his team were very helpful and offered me a few options which I really appreciated. Had the service done in a timely fashion at a really good price and car is running smooth again. Thank you!

Brought in my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe to have the brakes checked. Diagnosis was quick. Did not feel pressured and job was done professionally and quickly. Manager was great.

This is one of the most honest auto shops Ive encountered. If you want honest work done well, ask for John to advise you what has to be done and what can wait, without all of the bells and whistles in the waiting area, to get your car fixed at a very reasonable price, then this is your place.

I went there to get all four brake pads replaced four months later I hear grinding coming from my back in I take off the tire I see the brake pad is paper thin and covered in rust I check all the other tires the brake pad is fat and still has riding on them why in the world would you just change three and not the fourth now my rotor in the back is completely shot why in the world is that to make me come back to have something repaired when I went and paid I should have known something because after I paid he said the printer was not working and he could not give me a receipt I should have known better I feel like Ive been taken for a fool dont go here cuz youve been warned

My car is a 2007 Pontiac and was making a super loud obnoxious race car noise so I brought it to this shop where I was welcomed with amazing customer service! It had been my first time there and all of the workers were personable and extremely helpful. The manager Mou helped me out and made my experience hassle free & fixed my car in a timely manner! Definitely my new go to mechanic!

I made an an appointment online for 8:00am over the weekend, and showed up at 8:08am for service. No one was there, door was locked. There was a sign on the door to call for service and I called. The guy said the ‘opener’ was supposed to be there and he was 20 mins away, and asked what service, I was coming in for. I told him I was coming in for an AC check, ( free with coupon from their website). He arrived 10 minutes later and said, “ ooops sorry, our AC machine is broken!” . Poor service.

Been coming here for years they recently got new staff and was impressed by all of them especially the manager. Very professional and knowledgeable I was in and out fairly quick and prices were good.

Be prepared to spend the whole day there. Last year I paid to get my tires rotated ; I guess the guy was being lazy and lied and said he did rotate them. I checked the tires that I had marked and they were never rotated. They gave me a voucher for free oil change. Last week I realized that they are not honest there. I just got brakes and rotors done last year and I dont do much driving ... 20000 miles in 3 yrs ; the guy tells me I needed to change them. He told me battery was bad so I took it to be tested elsewhere to find it was perfect.... I could go on but return because its a convenient location but I no longer trust them. They offered me another free oil change which I refused. I have not even used the first one.

Very honest repair shop, paid half of what the other shops in the area were charging me and I got the better quality brakes with a warranty. They showed me my old parts and the new brakes I got. I will be coming here again!!

Went here in Oct 5. Check engine light. They said car needed new EVAP canister. Over $300. Less than 2 weeks later. Light back on. Returned to Meineke. Claimed they got error code. Light went off again. They claimed they reset it. But light might come back on. Told me to bring back if it comes back on. Since. The problem has been fixed by another establishment. They diagnosed same exact problem. But actually fixed it. Will not be returning here for any type of service. I dont trust them.

The employees were very professional, very knowledgeable about the task at hand and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommended for anybody in the area or even if you have to leave your neighborhood to come to this Meineke its more than worth it.

My go to spot. professional, quick, no BS. I got the 2015 honda accord, flex pipe and muffler and two holes in them. They brought me out to the car and showed me the entire car. in and out in 1 hour, showed me the muffler after too..no more noise. you guys are the best!!

Took my car twice for leaking antifreeze and its still leaking. The changed my radiator and hoses and it continues to leak.Edit: took it back and they finally fixed the issue. They failed to tighten the clamps on the hoses.. twice. Im glad it was finally taken care off but it still shouldnt have taken 3 trips for a simple coolant leak. Spoke to the mechanic and he assured me that issues like this wont happen again. So my rating will go from 1 star to 3

LOVE! the shop was very very busy. Even though i was late for my appointment the manager mustafa was so friendly and helpful. my brakes were shaking badly, and they gave me the cheapest price in the area. Glad i finally found a trustworthy mechanic. He only sold me what i needed, nothing more nothing less. thanks guys!! :)

Chris and Shane here at this location is great!Excellent customer service!!! Very professional. They gave an accurate estaimte on phone, and honored the price at the store when my husband brought my car they were to able to fix the problem and even diagnose another problem they found and fixed it right away and my car drives better than ever now.

Terrible experience l don’t recommend it at all. I took my car to get fixed the heater, now tha AC and the fan is not working. I took it back for warranty and they don’t even want to work on my car. I spent already 3 days waiting for them to take a look. And when l took my car the AC and the fan were working perfectly. The manager even told me if l keep pushing them to look my car the won’t work on it. So l have to wait until they want to... that’s so correct!

Finally found a trustworthy auto repair shop that doesnt leave you feeling like youve been robbed after a repair. My son found this place and Im glad he did. Service here is honest and fast. This is the shop that I will be recommending to anyone in the future and definitely where I will be going.

These guys are thieves.... simple. Be sure to check your vehicles. Your oil changes don’t get done, or they don’t put the oil you requested. Tires won’t get rotated. Brakes will be offered to you when you don’t need em. These guys will try to get you at every turn.

I cannot say enough good about how great this place is. I took my Ford Fusion there to have it checked out before I had to have the emissions tested and they not only solved the problem, but they saved me a lot of money.Exceptional customer service! I can honestly say I found my new mechanics, I went to Meinike to get my oil change and the manager Shane was very professional and he did a full inspection on my vehicle and saw that my car needed brakes And my car was running shaky so he diagnosed recommended a full tune up and gave me a great price on all the work. My car runs amazing now it hasn’t ran this smooth since I first bought the car. I highly recommend everyone to take their car tho Meinike in Roselle

Really happy I found these guys, its clear they want whats best for the customers and their vehicles. I brought my car in for brake service, he offered to do my 60,000 milestone as well, and also ended up changing out my original battery for a very fair price and the donuts were a plus!! :)

Terrible experience. I do not recommend at all. I took my nissan because the water pump was leaking.They give a price of $350.00. i said ok.On december 11 i leave my car in the shop. The next day the manager John Nunez call me and told me a different price $750.00 + tax. What no i said.I told him in the afternoon i pass to pick up my car. When i get there he charge me $53.00 dollars for look my car. BIG SURPRISE when i check my car they took some parts and change the battery. When back inside and ask him why they take some parts out of my car. He told me no one touch my car. and then start the excuses all type and color. The next day when back and talk to the owner son, which call the manager. The manager told him that the parts was in the back room. They make me lose 3 days running to the shop. After all they never give all the parts and they leave some parts loose which i lose when the tow truck went to pick up my nissan. They agreed to pay me and when i pass they never there, last time the manager call me and left me a message in phone, saying that he will call the police if i show up there again.I got some proof that they are thieve and abusers. Im going to report then to the state . Any person who value they money most watch out for these people.

I had a groupon voucher to redeem for oil change and went to the car care center. I was told they were very busy and that if I would come tomorrow around 10 am they would take care of it. I came the next day and was told they were busy and I had to wait at least two hours. I contacted Groupon and changed my service to Valvoline instant oil change. You can’t be so careless to your customer period.

These guys are so nice. they treat me like family. recently went to the kia dealership, and they give me a price of $1200 for brakes and oil change. I got the whole car done at meineke for half the price and a lifetime warranty. And they were so friendly. Thankful!!

I have been to allot of different Meineke Shops and Ill be honest with you, this one takes the Cake. Not only is the staff courteous but these mechanics are dedicated to providing the customers needs, the reason Im saying this is bc Sam and his team stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure my 🚘 would be ready same day, and I didnt get charged extra 💰Thanks guys and Sam youre definitely a asset to the company, now I live in South Jersey and I travel to Roselle to get my 🚘 oil change and whatever else my 🚘 needs! I had a noise establish when the engine was in idle. I took my car in. I met the manager who was able to diagnose the problem within 30 seconds and told me crank case was not properly ventilated and I needed a new valve cover. The problem was fixed and he gave me amazing PRICE!!. The car has no rough idle or noise anymore. Manager was able to explain me all the work done on the car when I picked it up. He is very thorough explaining the work done or it might need in near future. I hope these guys do very well with their business and keep on providing honest and trustworthy services. I am lucky to have them in town.

I visit 1st time for exhaust muffler. I have a very bad experience with them.very costly for 50$ job asking for 365$.I waste my time with them.At the counter I said I have my own oil and filter and he said I will charge around 10$ and they take 1.5hrs for oil change and they not even put my own oil and filter they not change oil and filter and charge me 21$.They take sign before hand over my car.After i come to know they have not even change my car oil because my oil change light come out again after 2 days.Very bad service.Also they

Caused serious damage to my Nissan Sentra 2016. I installed brakes less than 15k and less than a year. Turned out that they installed the wrong parts and caused damage. When I brought it for inspection they told me it is shocks and struts. Their staff is always changing and incompetent. Obviously the last time I am dealing with them.

Service was amazing. Had a coolant leak that I could not find to save my life. The manager in shop “Moustafa” was very knowledgeable and was able to located and analyze my problem within minutes. Techs in shop were very friendly and quick. I highly recommend going in if you are having any problem with your vehicle.Far prices and good people. Can’t say that about a lot of shops in the tri state area.

Service was horrible. Very unprofessional. Out of every Meineke I have every visited this place is the worst. My first visit. I was asked to come back because the specialist was not in for my problem, so I came back the next day. I was asked to come back in a few hour. So that I did only to find three guys on one other car sitting. I informed them I would have to come back and ever since that day, I can never get in successfully to see a mechanic either its the wrong day for various reasons or I am to late in the day, mind you I have not showed up later than 9:00. Yesterday I was told I should have come at 8am. I have never been asked to come in before eight before this day in fact the last time I made an appointment online in which 9am was the scheduled time. The service person informed me they dont go by that schedule. Also the owner who must have called me several times to reschedule seemed to have rendered all control to his employees.

Avoid at all costs. Your life may be on the line. They installed a defective caliper which leaked brake fluid and left me with nonfuctional breaks while driving. I returned it to the shop and they had the car for three hours. They didnt fix the problem! I had the same issue four hours later.The Meineke Warranty is worth nothing if they cant fix your problem.

This place did me completely wrong. I wouldnt recommend you going here for any car repairs.I normally go to trip A but they was not licensed to fix EVAP/Earth.Meineke in Roselle NJ said they would fix it for me.1/21/19 - A simple ORing replace on the fuel pump turned into gas leaking out of my car at the gas station.I took the car back three times with two of the times they said they didnt see a leak. Meineke saying may the gas attendant spilled gas.The third time all of a sudden they found the leak. They cracked the top of the gas tank and now I need a new gas tank.After 6 week of calling and they giving me the run around, my car is still leaking gas if I fill over 1/2 tank.I went back there on Saturday 3/1/19 and he said the tank would be in by Tuesday 3/5/19.It now Saturday 3/9/19 and no phone call and no one can help me.Unbelievable, what goes around comes around...So I went to Triple A and they ordered a new gas tank which they will install on Thursday 3/14/19.

Ive had two recent appointments at Meineke car care. One for front brakes and rotors and the second to replace a headlight. Customer service and work done was excellent. Ill continue to use Meineke for all my automotive needs.
