Beware!!!!! This place is a joke!!! Paid my boyfriend’s bill with cash and was told they would email him a receipt and put it towards his bill. Then when Monday came around for a text phone was gonna be shut off cause it wasn’t paid. When I called no one wanted to help was told I would be called back in 30 min and no one called me back. Finally got a hold of someone right before closing and they accused me of lying and said it would be 2 weeks before they would know anything. And then said he would make sure the phone’s service wouldn’t be interrupted. 1 day later phone was shut off and again called. No one wanted to help, no one calls back when they say and they laughed at me the last time I called. 286.21 down the tube and cell phone service shut off and these people don’t care. No wonder it’s glass doors #1 place to work their employees can steal their customers money and nothing is done about it

Jake was extremely helpful. I showed up at like 4:53 PM and he was still willing to help me get signed up for a phone plan and get a new phone. I had to run over to ATT to get my account number and rather than making me come back the next day when I work he let me go and get the necessary information and come back. This was my first experience ever with Verizon and so far I am extremely happy with them ☺️ GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! 10/10 would recommend, customer service skills were OUTSTANDING!

Red was super cool. He was the best of the best and I’m so proud that he gave us the best customer service. He’s ridiculously good at his job and is able to upsell almost anything except a second screen protector to me. He also loved my tattoos which I can be quite proud of when I’m not reminded of the fact that my tinkerbell tattoo is her flying naked in thigh-highs. Thanks for the great service Red. Highly recommend this guy. Even though his finger is messed up, he knows his job well.

Just so you know the 60 dollar charge is a scam and they lie to you about it. They charge you 30 dollars for a service you will never use (a machine that MIGHT remove water from your water resistant phones) and 30 to transfer your information. This would make sense if the phones didn’t walk you through the transfer process. It’s as simple as just following the screen but they won’t tell you that. Instead they tell you the entire charge to transfer is $60 dollars. This is just a scam to get employees commission for the second item (water protection) they aren’t telling you that you’re going to be paying. You’re taking advantage of people and omitting the actual charges from your customers. Do NOT sign anything on paper from them.

Steve at TCC was very thorough and knowledgeable. He knew what we wanted and he respected our needs and also helped us understand and navigate the nuances of the changes in technology since the last time we made a major purchase like this. I can’t overstate how helpful he was. If I had purchased online or had someone less thorough, we would have ended up with no way to fast charge our phones and no screen protection. I thought the otter box defender had built in screen protection like it used to, but he told me that not only does it not anymore, but we ended up with a much better solution. We did not feel rushed and we felt like we had Steve’s undivided attention. He spent the last 1.5 hours of his shift making sure we got everything taken care of. Please make sure that Steve is treated well as an employee and that you recognize when you have someone who is doing the job exactly as it should be done.

Ive been with Verizon for over 20 years....the fees increase everytime I upgrade..usually I get new phones online...went into the store this time the girl was very nice but the additional fees were off the charts...Im surprised they didnt charge to use the door or one of their chairs..over a thousand dollar new phone and had to buy the charger separately..??...like buying a new car and having to pay extra for the steering wheel..??

I have honestly never had a better customer service experience in my life, and its because of Tyler. I was having the absolute worst day and I didnt think that going to a phone company was going to help and boy was I wrong. Tyler was so great and knowledgeable answering all of my never ending questions. I came into this store yesterday needing to purchase a new phone, and John helped me out big time. I needed a new phone because mine completely died and would not charge. He patiently stayed on the line with customer service for almost two hours to cancel a pending order on my account. John was also able to get my old phone to charge so all my data would be able to transfer directly to my new phone. I was really concerned that I was going to lose everything, but that was not the case. Big kudos to John for all the help!

Can I do minus stars?I get so mad at myself for even making the trip to this place this store cause its always the same 4 hour minimum adventure.I just wanted to buy two of the new razors but didnt have half a day.So, if youre going to visit this store plan on getting there when they open and pack breakfast lunch dinner and probably breakfast for the next day or just order the phones and accessories online for more timely delivery!

Going in and ordering a phone was easy peasy customer service was great. I remember the conversation I had with the guy where he told me I would have to pay $60 to activate as its just standard procedure. I asked of I could skip that by just setting up my phone by myself I was told no. So then my phone arrives to the store 3 days later according to my Verizon. I call the store 2 days after arrival and they say they dont have it. I call Verizon customer service to figure out whats going on. Long story short they told me it was picked up by a guy named red, said I had no idea who that is so they open a lost/stolen phone report and tell me to go back in. I show up and the lady I got (she was amazing) said they had it in the back so she had no idea what they were talking about. She brought it right out and helped me set it up with smart switch and I was charged nothing! So the original guy I worked with (confirmed manager) lied about that to make sure I paid but also it turns out red was an employee so my phone had been there the whole time and whoever the guy was that answered my calls clearly never bothered to actually look for it. Would only ever go back if I get to deal with the awesome lady I had! I wish I could remember her name!

Everytime Ive been in this store the experience hasnt been good. Rude employees and not welcoming at all. I was switching from Verizon (Ive been with them for over 10 years) and the employee couldnt even give me the information i needed to keep my phone numbers where the at&t employee was able to show me on my phone. He was obviously lying to keep me on Verizon or pull me into another plan wont be back to Verizon ever again paying the same price got 2 new phones and I have unlimited now where as with Verizon I shared 8 gigs through 2 people

Just recently got set up with a new phone here! Tyler the District Manager for this store, helped me tremendously! I was able to keep my same number Ive had for years! Talked about various different types of phones that were within my price range. Reinforced with great product knowledge on Tylers behalf. All around the service and workers here are top notch, and arent going to set you up with something that you cant afford, or may be too much given what you need at that immediate moment.Overall my experience coming over to Verizon has been excellent!

I went into the Roseburg location and thought I was getting outstanding service...at the time. (And closure, I did not have my reading glasses on me and could barely read the writing so the consultant helped by reading everything)I went from having straight talk, havent been through a cell phone company and wanted a phone that wasnt to expensive.The man helping me showed me 3 different phones: One near $2,000.00, one around $1,200.00, and another around $600.00.I told him I wanted the one around $600.00 with the unlimited plan.Him: So you want the Galaxy S20?Me: Yes. Is that the one you showed me for $600.00?Him: Let me check,.. yes.I then asked him again during checkout about the price where he confirmed everything again, and then elaborately thanked him for helping me find something for under $1,000.00...Needless to say when I was able to get new reading glasses, I went over my account/paperwork and saw he sold me the phone for nearly $1,200.00...I will NEVER purchase anything from this company ever again. Thanks Verizon for charging me double, and taking advantage of customers👍🏻

My final straw is that I went online to schedule an appointment time to go in to ask why my phone is not getting reception and to buy a new phone! We moved our day around, went in for the scheduled time. There was only one employee and they had no idea that you could schedule online! What a waste of time.....went to Costco instead.

I closed my account at Verizon and switched to US Cellular. The lady told me I didn’t have any more charges and that I was good to go. Well I looked at my credit karma and I now have $91 in collections for Verizon. I had to go through several people to figure what was going on and was put on hold for 2 hours. Right before I was going to hang up someone finally answered, then I was transferred again, they don’t know what to do so I was transferred again. Then for some reason I have to pay $100.52. I have no idea where they’re coming up with these charges but clearly no one knows what they’re doing.

I went in today to switch to Verizon. I was not able to get the free promotion phone I was hoping for but that was not their fault at all. I had Steve from the TCC Roseburg store and he was extremely rude during most of the process. The worst part of the experience was when he asked if I had insurance, I replied I didn’t because that’s my preference and he was appalled that I didn’t insure my new phone. I told him I was insured elsewhere and he replied “okay” in an extremely rude tone and looked up at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. He told me I was not able to add the basic plan to my data plan phone line which was incorrect but not a big deal. Lastly I asked for a copy of the paper and instead of just doing it, he went forward in telling me there is nothing I would be able to do with it anyway.I’m not sure if it makes a difference or not but he had circled a 10 on the paper we were working on where it said “give us a rating”. I would definitely not have given this experience a 10.

She was very patient with me, and saved all my info...nothing was lost. She is very knowledgeable and funny as well...Next time I go back I will request Teri!!!Well I had to change my ratings, not because of Teri because Teri i still give 5 stars to, I sent my husband in to just activate his phone JUST TO SHOW HIM HOW TO ACTIVATE IT,But Red had to step in and try to charge my husband 60 dollars when I was only charged 29 dollars. Disappointing outcome. Needed more data to support my wife and I as we work remote, traveling often. Took recommendation to purchase two jet packs. One did not work. When I brought back they told me to call Verizon for warranty support. Turns out that during setup the store has entered same IMEI (device info) number for both devices. After half hour trip to store (no help), and then an hour on phone with Verizon got problem diagnosed and now Verizon is sending me replacement sim and updating incorrectly entered IMEI. Seems this store is focused on volume of sales and traffic, and less interest in resolving issues.

This is not a corporate Verizon store, it is privately owned. I bought an S9 a little over a year ago, with it I purchased a case and screen cover. I am a 65year old grandma. I dont mistreat my things. The case shredded within a few weeks and this store wouldnt stand behind it nor help me get it replaced. Screen cover was expensive; I purchased it because the red haired guy in there said that it was the best and would last the lifetime of the phone. He installed the cover; it simply fell off one day and I took it in to see what to do to protect my screen. Red haired guy would not talk with me or even look my way when the new gal in the store went to ask him about it. (He was idle and standing against the wall, no one for him to assist.) They tried politely to sell me the newer technology screen cover, but Im retired and $ is tight, so I try to always buy the best but I expect to get value from my expenditure. They told me it was too bad, but they refused to give me a discount on a new screen cover or help me in any way. I f they believe that I will ever come back to waste my $ again to be hustled by lying sales person, they better think again. I am sad that they treated me so shabbily.

Such Awesome workers. The customer service at this location exceeds all expectations. I went in there kind of in a down mood because my phone was saying it had an invalid sim. But Red took such great care of me. He helped relax and fixed my phone. With just the switch of a new SIM card he had me up and running in a jiffy. I visited this store today to upgrade my iPhone, as well as take care of a couple issues. I was promptly greeted by Tami, and let me tell you, she’s a true breath of fresh air! I am so used to the super fast talking, sign here, tap there, seal the deal and boom move on to the next sale ASAP, with little to no real customer service. Tami took the time to show me what was available, let me know what would need to be ordered and what was in stock. She was a great listener, did NOT push me or slyly try to get me to purchase anything I did not need or want. I bought a phone in July BOGO....because these people have no idea what they are doing I have still not received my credit for the free phone. I have called Verizon 5 times and been back to the store in which I sat there for over an hour . Problem still not fixed..Had they done the promotion correctly the first time would not be a problem. Very disappointing that Tyler (store manager) does not have more compassion for the elderly. He sold an elderly couple a smart phone from a flip phone. They did not understand the charges! When they tried to get reimbursed two day’s later they were given back $40 out of $250. On a fixed income. Shame on this store. In addition, the staff there is rude and unpleasant.
