If it was possible to give more than 5 stars this is the business I would give them to! So impressed with their kindness and willingness to help. My elderly parents have been through the wringer with the “big” cell phone provider... they signed up with t-mobile after 5 pluses years of being treated horribly in the local Verizon store... due to no fault of T-Mobile they had to cancel their new contract... no hassles.. no grief... amazed how patient and courteous these people were.... a bazillion gold stars! The other store could learn a lot about customer service from Jesse and Cheyenne!! Thanks guys! You’re the best!!

I didnt visit the store itself but the outside looks clean and it was well lit. So I would say it was a good store.

Came into the store because I was having issues with printing a shipping label so that I could mail off a phone I turning in for a rebate. They helped me print my shipping label, packaged it up nicely for me and told me where to drop it off. Very helpful staff.

You guys are unbelievable and incredibly patient and competent I absolutely love the staff here was willing to help an elderly man as my self and helped me understand everything with my phone and t-mobile bill! 10/10 would recommend coming here!

This store opens at 10. I have been attempting to call for the past 20 minutes and no one will answer. Also extremely unprofessional behavior from the representative here. Unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Find another TMobile location 35 miles away before you go here.

I used to be The store manager at this store and we were running it amazing focused really hard on customer service and right fitting customers then the company changed and wanted us to start being sketchy with customers and just focus on getting as much as we can on a customers account even if they do not need it or want it. So they fired me because I wouldnt be a sketchy salesperson and I am the face of this store so I ran it with respect and care... I just feel bad for all the customers that go in and get screwed.

So I applied for Retail Sales Representative here in Roseburg, Oregon and I got an interview. Mind you the Store Manager Will called me and told me the location and I was the only person that answered the phone. I was 15 to 20 minutes early and when they showed up I was the only one there, Not one single person showed up to the group interview. I answered there questions to the best of my ability. I had a great conversation with the manager and I thought I did great. I was really upset when I got a email stating we are going to choose someone else. How in the world you know I would not fit? Yes I dont have experience in sales, but how am I going to get that experience if you dont give me a shot. The interview was a waste of my time if it took you 2 hours to decide It would be a waste of time with a company.

Big shoutout to Will and jewelee and all the other workers who helped us get new phones! Y’all are the best! I’ve honestly never had a phone service that goes out of there way to make sure we are completely happy. Thank you for being so patient with us! You all are awesome!!!

Great and friendly! We recently moved out into the rural parts of Roseburg where we were unsure if service would work. Matt, the store manager, drove out to our place to check if 4G Lte service would be sufficient for streaming movies. I am amazed at the customer service. The data only plan using their hotspot works great and provides the internet services we need. Good bye expensive cable and Internet!

Have had coverage with T-Mobile for over a year, lived at my owned home for over 20 years. After the major wind storm and weeks long power outage, I started getting texts about how T-Mobile is going to cancel my service because I am roaming. The thing is Im at home 95% of the time and the home is clearly within the coverage area map.Customer support has not been able to address the problem, nor do that seem to have concern.

I returned a signal booster and they want to charge me $35 for a broken wire or else for the entire equipment cost $170 as if I didnt return it.

Horrible experience. Worst phone fiasco I have ever been through. Please go somewhere...ANYWHERE... else.
