This was my first time visiting this Midas location. I went in to obtain an estimate for a muffler and tail pipe replacement. I was pleased, not only with their price, but also with their wonderful service! They were even willing to take care of the work I needed done that day. I did decide to get an estimate elsewhere, but their price and awesome customer service could not be beat and it brought me back. I truly felt like a valued customer. I was very happy with the work they did and I will definitely be back based on my positive experience here.

Initially it was a bust because they dropped the ball on me and never called back about my part. However, i just received a voicemail that sincerely apologized and actually acknowledged that they dropped the ball. Which is commendable. So therefore in the future I will give them another chance. I decided to change my rating as well with a tad bit to improve upon.

Service was excellent, done time with home pickup after work was done. Sandi at the desk was very efficient and most friendly! Would return whenever I need work done.

I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Midas. I was 7 hours in to a 10.5 hour drive when my car started making crazy noises. At 5, I called numerous auto shops to see if they could squeeze me in. Everyone but Midas said no (understandable of them, but above and beyond for Midas). After informing me they figured out the problem, Midas said they couldn’t help me. However, they then called mechanic friends from all over to find out that it was a completely different problem (one they’d never seen in 40+ years!). They drove across town to find me a part, all while being completely closed. They went out of their way to save me and ensure I didn’t have to stay at a hotel and find a new shop in the morning. After all of their amazing service, they informed me that I didn’t have to pay a cent- they stayed after closing and drove across town to help me all for free. It was the kindest thing that had happened to me in years, and I can’t believe I had the privilege of going in to Midas that day.

Not sure how Roseburg Midas does a full auto inspection in one hour (plus oil change) for less than 20 bucks. This place is the best deal in town -- hands down. This shop did a wonderful job replacing my brake pads. They even showed me the problem area while my car was up on the rack and took the time to explain what I was seeing there. They did not try to upsell me, charged exactly what had been quoted over the phone, AND the next day called to say they were sending me a rebate form for $40 from Midas. It arrived filled out and with a copy of the receipt stapled and ready to send in after I signed. This was above and beyond my expectations. Very nice staff there, too.

We had a sudden grinding noise on our way home from Portland. We had tried another well-known chain store and they treated us like trash because we didnt want to spend several hundreds of dollars when we knew the cost was definitely lower.We gave it another go and chose Midas this time. Their whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while our vehicle was made road ready again. I was concerned about exposing my little one to the heat and to the general public as we have not been able to get our vaccines yet. They made sure we had a private room and a power source for her medical equipment. Their price was phenomenal and manageable, a whole 50% less than the other place. They also have a Rebate promo going on for Brake jobs, so if I can find the time I will save even more!

They always gone over their courtesy check when getting and oil change and never push to get anything done you dont have to. Infact I pointed my step mom in their direction and they were able to let her know what was going on with her car.

This place is a scam. They told me numerous times it was gonna take an hour and a half to change my transmission cooling line that was leaking....just for it to take only a half hour, and they still charged me 1.3 hours of labor. This place took advantage of me and my hard earned money. They told me its because they go based on a program when I asked why I got charged triple in labor. Why dont they have signs or make it be known that they charge triple for labor. Its like they all lied about how long it would be just to get more money. Im sure thats how they do it with everyone

Midas did an INCREDIBLE job on my car. I rolled into town after hitting a MASSIVE rock at crater lake and within a few days they had my cat, gas tank, pump, and tire replaced and working perfectly. They gave me a very accurate time frame, completed their work accurately, not being late whatsoever and not being done too early as i like to plan my schedule down to the few minutes. Oil change, not a rush job, great recomondations, they even gave me a very nice report of whats all going on in my car, and at a very affordable And Quality qoute. I didnt realise i had an oil leak or that my ac filters and engine filter needed change, they found so much idve not noticed being off until things would start to get bad. Preventative maintanence, thats how we keep our cars going healthy. I myself have automotive experience..but driving as much as i do, its pretty easy to feel when something is amiss, however when you do feel that sensation..thats when things are going decently wrong..so midas being able to tell me well before hand that things are getting shaky, and that they give me a amazingly affordable qoute..id have a hard time saying no. My car, a 2013 equinox ltz with 130k miles, is my baby, and ive paid over $80 for an oil change, with no free extra stuff like tire rotations or 360+ checks.. Midas did the change for $30 and gave me a very well detailed overview of what my baby wants, and gave me a surprisingly low qoute that idve been certain wouldve costed me over 1k, for about $300. Im looking forward to continuing to come to Midas for future services and general maintence, theyre just solid and indisputable value.

The person I spoke to was very nice and friendly, the appointment was on time; as scheduled, the safety inspection was thorough and explained in detail on the follow up forms. We had a trk that ran just fine under its own power. Yes it had a nock that we thought was the timing chain. Come to find out after the timing chain was replaced. The motor had 5 dead cylinders. Kinda odd that it didnt run bad before the timing chain. They said the motor was shot and so we decided to replace the engine. I wanted them to start pulling the engine so when the other motor showed up. They could start transferring parts and stuff the new engine in. Seance they had the trk for about 1 and half months. They said they couldnt tell the new engine got there. Funny i seen them push it out side at least once with the hood off. To get the trk out of there shop, it took over 2 months. They only seam to work on it a day here and a day there tell we blew are cool with them. They were going to tell us it was going to take another week maybe 2. Funny after we blew up on them it was done the next day. O ya they also cald us back up and told us we have no right to talk to them that way. When they keep putting us on the back burner. I had another trk that just needed a simple mufler r&r with a new tip. That i had an appointment at 3 for. I even dropped the trk off 1hr before and still didnt get my trk tell about 5:30pm it dosent take 2 and half hrs to do that. They also didnt always keep us updated when the said they would call. We would end up having to call them at least half of the time.

I highly recommend them. I had my brakes replaced my oil changed my tires rotated their service was top-notch these guys really take care of. I definitely will be a return customer

This Midas is particularly bad, cant fix problems after coming back multiple times and having to explain the same thing over and over. I would never go here again, was a huge waste of time and money for us.

After moving to Roseburg From So. Cal we needed to find an honest place to take our cars for repairs when needed, we started out with the big guys who service dodge vehicles and found they were outrageous regarding pricing, I went to MIDAS figuring they only did mufflers and oil changes, wow was I wrong, we have had all 3 vehicles in MIDAS for small to moderate repairs and Jesse and Charlie treated us great and the pricing was much better than the big guys, will definitely recommend this location to others of which I have....GREAT JOB

I went in to have the breaks on my 71 super beetle replaced. Shortly after picking my car up I was back with no breaks. Shortly after the second time I picked up my car I had my pregnant niece in my car and the breaks went out. The third time I picked it up I took it back about a week later my breaks go out again and I have to have it towed back. The fourth time I pick up my car I didnt even get out of their driveway. A week after I pick it up the 5th time I didnt have breaks yet again. I refused to take it back to have them fix again. Im $1200 into them and to this day (4 years) corporate still wont get ahold of me to fix. Now its not like this was over a prolonged time it was less then 2 months of this. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. And lets not forget after all this they told me they knew it was getting expensive and if I wanted to get out from under this the bosses son would like to buy the car.

My wife and I both go here for our oil changes. Two things set this place apart from others. First, you can get a tire rotation at the same time which we feel is very important. Second, its owned by Chris Boice, county commissioner. Whether you are republican, democrat or independent, Chris is one of those guys that treats everyone equally.

Pretty terrible place as far as Midas goes. Most places today will tack on a few extra parts or services to the bill in effort to scam you. Instead, this Midas will do the bare minimum to try and get you out the door as soon as possible. Ive has to take my vehicle in several different times to get something else fixed that should’ve been fixed during my last visit. Incredibly friendly staff who are always polite and kind to everyone but the service absolutely lacks. When using this store, prepare to visit it again soon as this seems to be their goal.

We had a great experience here. We didnt know what was wrong with our car, and Midas went above and beyond to thoroughly check and test all options. We were pleased with our car repair and believe we were charged an honest price for the repairs and labor necessary.

Most businesses provide two of these service characteristics: Quality, Speed, Low Price. For this Midas, its Quality and Speed. Their routine maintenance work (e.g., oil changes) is cheap enough, but for full-on repairs, these guys do first-rate work, in a timely fashion, at a first-rate price.

Scheduled an oil change and it came with a free tire rotation if I wanted it, they put floor and seat covers in the car so they dont get it dirty when they get in and move it. Very nice and helpful with all my questions
