Made an appointment at 10 for oil change. 1.5 hours later I looked outside the showroom floor to find my vehicle sitting there waiting for me. How much longer was I going to have to wait? On top of that I received a half done car wash to boot. Dirt still all over my vehicle. Almost forgot, when the little reminder sticker on the front window was replaced no one bothered to remove all the residue from the prior sticker! Shoddy work not normally expected from this dealer. Its not like the service was free or I used a coupon!

My experience started off really well. But once you leave well that is a different story. I have had my new 2021 GMC since the beginning of Dec. And yet I have scheduled three appointments to have a person set a time & date to go over my new truck.This is how I am treated if I ask questions. It was my first time purchasing a car and my sales associate, Kyle, did a great job at answering any questions I had and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. The process took a while because I had to wait for an email from my bank (no issues from Clint Newells side), but Kyle did a great job at keeping me company for the hour that it took for the bank to get back to us.
