Maybe yall need to change your hours!!! Drove 40 mins because it was the only place to have the tool I needed. Got there at 615 to realize they close at 6!! I rarely shop there because of the hours. But already if I see 7 it should be that!

Order something online that says same day delivery within (5 miles from store) doesnt get delivered not a big deal wasnt in a rushNext day doesnt get delivered.....again not in a rush so I call just to see whats going onAccording to them their system it was just an online order and wasnt setup for delivery. But on my end and my reciept it says otherwise... anyways so I decide just cancel it then Im told well you have to come in for thatAnd now as Im writing this review I get an email saying it was cancelledSo it sounds like your store has a poor system or the employees dont know whats going on...

Lately NAPA has had best prices and availability on auto parts! Friendly service for pick up and even when we had to return a couple things.

Had to stop, to buy wind shield wiper blade . Very helpful in picking the good, less expensive blade.

Would not warranty a tool I have after when I bought it I was told it had lifetime warranty. They wanted original receipt.. WHO has a receipt after almost 30 years!!!!!!!!!!!

A little bit more expensive than others but they have everything! Wish one was closer to my shop I would get all of my parts from them! Ive got parts same day from NAPA the dealership couldnt get for days! Too much time dealing with customers and trying to find parts!

This place is a joke ! Staff dumber than a box of rocks! Went in to get 4 different things couldn’t figure anything out and didn’t have anything I needed. I’d go someplace else this place is a Warehouse Lol !

Got all the hard to find parts and service is great.

They were the only one to have the part I needed for my 2001 RAV4 I was looking for a hardened Bolt which broke off in the engine the part was under $5 it would have took a week to get my order through the Toyota dealer in Ann Arbor

I always go here when I have to Tune Up Car. I need Plugs, Wires sometimes I buy other things like Antifreeze, Oils, Wiper Blades. If you get a chance check it out. The Staff is always nice and Friendly. Thanks again. 🆒😀🙋

Found a part I needed for my 96 Pontiac Bonneville.....no other auto parts store in the area had it in stock. Very convenient to have found it rather than have had to order it. I was pleased. Staff was also very friendly.

Constantly out of parts even though its the distribution hub and dealing with Mitch is the worst that guy wont try to cross part #s look anything up he hates his job. I literally avoid this store because of him.

The place I work at sends us here for parts almost on a daily basis during the work week. Never had a problem finding anything or having some help finding what I need. Wait time to get parts from the back is usually under 4minutes so pretty fast service. Returns are handled according to company policy but the process is almost effortless and not time consuming. The staff is very knowledgeable and they all know how to do their jobs. Fr personal experience try to avoid peak hours because parking gets a little problematic other than that good place to spend your money

After visiting a few different local auto shops with no luck, I stopped in here and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had everything I was looking for in stock. This will be the only place I go to for all of my automotive needs in the future. I cant recommend this place highly enough!

They will make any excuse not to warranty the lifetime parts. Was very unhappy after I spend $1,000 to do a brake job 2 years ago and the rotors started to fall apart. They wouldnt even warranty them. Said I did the brake job wrong and none of it was their fault. Ive been doing brake jobs for 30 years and never had rotors falling apart. Bad metal.

They have what you want or they can definitely ge it for.all you automotive needs and more.

Napa always has good quality parts at competitive prices. This location is attached to a warehouse to boot, so they almost always have what you need in stock. It also helps to have a staff with a good knowledge base, as opposed to some of the more prevalent retail auto parts stores.
