My wife and I had to have our 2001 Saturn towed late one night when the engine decided to shut off and would no longer turn over. We we unsure what the issue was, but we believed it was something to do with the coolant system and didnt want to risk ruining the engine. The next day, Jeff at Expert Auto Repair inspected the Saturn, confirmed that nothing was leaking or loose, added more coolant (as it had been low), started it up, and test drove it with no problem. While I suspect the issue was because its an older car that had sat for some time (it was originally owned by my wifes grandmother), we couldnt determine what, if anything, was wrong with it that would have caused it to stall and not start. Jeff didnt charge us a dime for the inspection, and we greatly appreciate the speedy service!

As much as I disliked having my vehicles damaged throughout the years, I can honestly say I only trust/like Jeff and his team at Expert Auto repairing our vehicles. As far back from 1987 until today, Expert Auto has done major repairs ($15,000 worth of collision damage) to minor repairs on several of our cars. No matter the size of the job, the repair quality is always outstanding! They take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. They have always treated our services as if it was their personal car....we all want it repaired correctly and have that feeling as if the vehicle was never damaged once they are done. Excellent work done and very nice people. Our 2013 Accord Coup was badly rear ended and smashed into a guard rail (hit and run). We didnt have full coverage so had to pay out of pocket and was looking for someone to just get it back drivable. At almost 12k dealer estimate we couldnt afford. They were willing to work with us here and after a very short time we got our car back. Litterely could not tell the car was even in any accident let alone almost totalled. Nobody that seen the car when dammaged believed it was repaired and not just a new car.
