Dog wash is disappointing! No shampoo or no towels. If you provide a service then do a better job! Would not recommend. It’s a great idea but your service is terrible!

A young man by the name Levi went above and beyond helping me with everything I needed.

Poorest customer service ever! Not one employee offered to help us. I ask 3 employees to assist us in finding a part for our tractor. 30 minutes waiting for help. We left and taking our business elsewhere.

Justin and Kyle unbundled and loaded a pallet of shavings in my trailer and pickup truck bed. They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I was just at the Rome Georgia store and needed a dog kennel. Rob met me in the side lot and walked me through the different types of kennels. He explained that one was a little more heavy duty and better for my situation. I ended up buying that one as well as a dog house and a cover he suggested. He had the best customer service and then he was ready and waiting for me when I picked up my kennel and dog house. I have never had such a good experience at any tractor supply and I will be back.

Go every year on Sunday to take my cat to PetVet for his Rabies vaccine and occasionally Ill bathe him there if theyre not too busy.Also love looking at their clothing and shoes for women and children.

They would not fill propane tanks because it was wet out. Thats what they told me and they even asked the manager. The guy behind me asked and they said they didnt have anyone to do the job. I believe the employees that were working today are just worthless and lazy. Replace them with people who want to work and the sales for this location would definitely go up.

I bought Sevins dust from here and opened it this morning to use it for the first time and found the container half empty. Dont know if this was a factory fail or tractor supply fail but this is ridiculous. Have pictures, will post.

Their new garden center is hands is the best in Rome! They may not have the biggest selection at the moment but the plants look very healthy and the store associates they have working in that department have definitely been trained very well and are extremely knowledgeable about not only the plants that but the various herbicides and pesticides. I always have to test peoples knowledge to see if they are blowing smoke to make a sale and that was definitely not the case this time. The associate that helped me was Angie and she went above and beyond to get policy information and prices for me, I’m a huge stickler when it comes to customer service and I was not dissatisfied with the quality I received from her I was able to get the help I needed and extra information I didn’t even know to make a good informed purchase so if you need gardening or landscaping supplies or information I highly recommend making this the first stop on your list and make sure you ask for Angie if she is there you won’t be disappointed !

Purchased feline (3 in 1) self admister vaccines & feline 2 packs Sentry flea drop on (with 3 doses in each pack) on sale for $20.00 for both packs. Animal self admister vaccines have went up in prices everywhere. Received immediate assistance from employees. Always have sales going on.

Couldnt find help with my online order at the Rome location. I walked around for 15 minutes before going to the cashier, and had to go outside to get my fertilizer..... good thing Im honest. Tractor Supply in Summerville always has my order on a buggy and ready, and no problem finding help

Tractor Supply both in the room and Cartersville area which I both frequent are always in supply of most everything you can imagine it a form or just general household could use it is both places with the most ideal spot to handle the amount of traffic that is coming to the store and access off the highway to both doors and simply easy to get to and out of. both of the stores that Ive been to are both well kept organized friendly Personnel very well stocked and clean and everyone there seems to have a general love for the job

Like the old farmer hardware store but with a more modern flare. I really like spending time there just browsing around and seeing hardware you dont see in Lowes or Home Depot.

I go here for pet supplies, its closer than PetSmart and the prices on pet food is competitive. The staff is friendly. The store is clean.

Too many good things to say about this place for the size of the storm they have a better selection of clothes than most major department stores as far as Hardware they carry more selections of nuts and bolts can any Home Depot or Lowes at a fraction of the price not to mention its a nice place to go as hot as this summer has been because they have to keep the stores at like 65 degrees so nice to get out of the Heat very helpful staff they have nice sell items and typically they have one or two different clearance racks of either open-box items or discounted items a greatly reduced prices personally if Im doing any kind of car diesel truck motorcycle go-kart or anything else I can always find what I need at Tractor Supply cheaper than I can anywhere else definitely recommend going to Tractor Supply you havent been there before the only thing I have not figured out is there Member Program I know they always ask at checkout and give them my phone number but I dont know what it does for you I know places like OReillys actually email me 5, 10 and sometimes $20 gift certificates all I have to do is open up my email on my phone and they scan the barcode I have been in before and picked up parts that are 18 and $19 and they will still take my $20 gift certificate basically where I get the parts free and get a little money back. Not sure about Tractor Supplies membership program and dont know what the benefit is

, Tractor Supply always seems to have everything that I go looking for. They seen the carrier arrangement of different kinds of things that you need on the farm and in your house. I believe it Tractor Supply Company is the hardware store for the future. My daughter ordered a Cadet riding mower online through Tractor Supply Company I went over to pick it up today all I had to do is show my drivers license as to who I was and I drove off with the mower. It was simple with no hassles. Ive shopped at Tractor Supply Company for years not only do they have a lot of good Hardware that you need around the house but in the winter time they usually have pretty good mens clothing and bigger sizes. Some people would look at me and say that I look like a refugee from the Green Bay Packer camp. I am 6 foot 9 350 pounds and Tractor Supply has always been able to accommodate my size and my needs. I called with a question about my sheep, and was on hold 20 minutes. I decided to take a trip to the store. Asked an associate about what they carried for scours one lady gave me electrolytes. They carry nothing to stop the diareah which was caused by giving them sweet feed.

Customer service is awful. Has been for a while. I called manager, gave them another chance as she asked me to. I finally found someone else who has the products that I need and I will never go back. I complained to the manager at another store and was told that the area manager would call me. Im still waiting three months later.

Terrible experience with a supposed manager named Lori. Dont know how she got to manager. A simple egift card was sent to us on email, we printed and took up there to be used as a coupon. Bought a more expensive replacement. All she had to do was enter the coupon code, then let me pay the rest. Instead she huffed and puffed around, made a phone call to check to make sure it was legit. Told me I was rude, then made me wait for her to ring up like 10 customers, who were not in line when i got there. After all of that, she couldnt figure out how to use coupon and I had to read her cash register screen and tell her the proper procedure. Very unsatisfied with this customer service, which is everything. I have always prided myself on customer service.
