I came in for the first time with a series of questions and I was treated well, my questions were answered and I got what I needed. One of the staff members spent quite a bit of time helping me with some plumbing questions. I will be going back to Ace in Rome.

This is a great little hardware store, which seems much bigger on the inside than youd expect from the parking lot. I went inside to pick up some orange screws (big plastic tent stakes) but ended up going home with some more tools to keep in my car for emergencies. Lots of grilling equipment, lawn care supplies, and fasteners/hardware.

This hometown Ace is amongst my favorite little hardware stores. They have everything you could need at competitive prices. Super clean and organized with a helpful and friendly staff

Bought furnace filters that we thought were discounted, but were apparently put in the wrong place. Sandy adjusted the price anyway. Awesome! 👍

I only go to Ace a few times a year and never had any issues. On 4/10/2021 I went in with my family and all the workers discriminated against us and refused to help us at all. One worker attempted to block our way and was easily less than a foot from my face.

I love shopping at ACE! They have a wide selection and the staff is always willing to help you. When you need help the employees are easy to find and knowledgeable. I go to ACE before going to any other hardware store.I purchase all of my spring, summer, fall perennials and annuals there. I fill my garden with their started plants and have purchased fruit trees there also.Last year I actually ordered my baby chicks from ACE too.Keep up the great work ACE!

Went in for drain cleaner. Could not find the specific brand I was looking for, the lady checked the computer to see if they carry it and they dont, but she let us know who does. We decided to see what they have. She took us to the aisle where we found a better one and bought it.

Picked out exactly what I was looking for. The cashier was a perfect delightful person.

Went thare to buy a part the people at the check out wouldnt get off there phones when we tryed to get help they didnt help there was a 7 person line and no open checkout we just put our stuff down and leftBut other than that it is fine

Best hardware store. Its amazing how knowledgeable the employees are, and willing to help you. Dont go to a big box store where they dont know the difference between a hammer and a nail (Lowes).

The service could not have better. In a time and place where there is not enough emphasis put on service, Jeff went way beyond the call of customer service. He is an exceptional young man. Ace hardware is lucky to have him in their employ.

Ace is the place! Good store with a lot of unique items, and an ever expanding selection of unique gifts and novelties. In terms of hardware and paint, you can still usually get a better selection and price from someplace like Lowes or Home Depot or Amazon.

Brady Wood helped me find the correct fasteners in diameter and length in less than2 minutes. Ace.

I was an out-of-state visitor doing work, and got myself into a bind with a key. I brought it to them, and Bruce ( one of the supervisors, along with another supervisor) tried to help me out with the situation, when they couldnt help me right then and there; they told me what I needed to do to get it rectified. I was able to obtain a blank key (which can be a feat by itself sometimes),and brought it back to them to get cut. Another associate by the name of Roger pieced it back together inorder to cut it. Overall, a great experience, and those supervisors and associate(s) deserve the recognition, thanks Rome Ace Hardware.

Love this place. Great people; mostly typical hardware store stuff with some jewels thrown in. Certain gardeners will appreciate finding Happy Frog soil and fertilizer on the shelf. And Ace stores are locally owned, another big plus for me.

I order A rocking chair for my pation porch is the best chair I ever have I oder on Thursdays next day it was delivered. The delivery guy was so helpful and nice guy and kind great customer service...

I have shopped at Ace Hardware in Rome for almost 20 years. During that time they have helped me complete numerous projects by providing the expertise on how to do the job and what materials and tools to use. It is rare that they do not have what I need. They can be a tad more expensive than the big box stores on some items, though sometimes cheaper on others, but having the expert advice on how to do the work is worth it. I highly recommend stopping by for your project needs.

Good clean place. Ace is the place with the helpfull hardware folks they actually are. need something home improvement wise or need to fix something from plumbing to hanging pictures or anything in between they will help you find what you need. And if they dont have it they will order it for you

This place is GREAT. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We just bought a house and John was wonderful mixing up all of the colors and entering our color choices into the computer incase we needed more paint later. Roger was super helpful helping us load everything in the truck and offered helpful suggestions on making our new house a home. We will definitely be back.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks I do all my shopping at Ace Hardware for all my home needs I love the help here very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and when youre looking in the store and youre trying to find something and you cant find it they always know right where it is Ive been shopping at Ace for over 25 years and I will continue to shop here and if youve never been in here youve got to come in and check it out the summertime they have a great selection of plants and flowers for your garden or your yard

Dont go for propane refills. The man that filled my tank told me he didnt do it much and didnt weight the tank and fill it correctly which made my purchase more than it should have been. When I asked why he did it the way he did he told me thats the way he always does it. I have always filled my tank here for at least 12 plus years. So I have seen the correct way to fill.

Its your usual large size ace and they have pretty much everything you can think of for every job.. however there staff isnt the most helpful.. good store though.. to expensive for any tools or lights etc.. you can go to Wmart down the road and get the same products for half, if they lowered there prices or at least matched the other stores you can bet theyd be packed all the time because of there convenient location in Rome..

Great place to get everything you need for your home improvement projects. They sell lots of tools lights and garden accessories and handyman essentials. Fair prices and nice staff.

You can spend an hour walking around at Lowes and never find what you need, or anyone to help you find it. Never had that problem with Ace. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you can get it at Ace, dont go anywhere else
