I love JCPenney and always will. This store is small so shopping online will give you a lot more to choose from. Also the deals you receive online cannot be matched. Make sure to take advantage of all their deals.

I love shopping JC Penney for the hard to find sizes for my nephew who is in-between kid and adult sized clothing. Their XL Husky for boys is the perfect fit for him! They dont have the best selection in the store, but their website is filled with more options and sales.

The cashier that assist me was very nice and professional. The men belt selection was terrible. There wasnt a dress belt price less than $ 28.00 and there was a sign advertising buy one and get 50% off the other when you buy 2 some sale?

Its ok. They close at 8 pm & start announcing that fact at 7:30 pm. Out of the 4 dressing rooms I saw, 2 were closed. In an open one there was a broken door. Of course its in a tiny yet mostly abandoned type mall. But the employees are fairly nice and helpful and its ok - they have clothes.

If you look you can find a good deal especially if you become part of their rewards program. They reward even more if you were to get one of their credit cards.... should have same deals for everyone!! Customer service varies as some were helpful and others did not want to be bothered.

Did not like the new changes in store. Also the fitting room was all the way across the store where I was shopping. There was a fitting right where I was shopping but it was closed.
