My son gave me a gift card last year from Blue Sky. After several attempts to find something that I liked and that fit, I was told the gift card had expired. Neither my son or I will ever shop here again.

Blue Sky was very responsive to an online order and their customer service was fantastic. Look forward to patronizing them again.

Went in to buy a kavu bag for my wife. Had my 2 young daughters with me. One had to potty so I asked if they had a restroom. The guy behind the counter said for employees only so we had to leave without the bag and find a restroom. I get the employee restroom policy but they missed out on a sale because of it.

We thought wed give Blue Sky yet another try. Its way overpriced, but we hoped for a better selection of quality gear than might be found at the local sporting goods stores. We never made it that far. As we got to the front door we were relieved to read a sign on the door that told those with COVID-19 to not come inside, and encouraged that everyone wear a mask. So it was quite a surprise to open the door to be greeted by a store employee not wearing a mask. I asked: wheres your mask?, to which he responded that masks are only recommended; not required. My response was, of course, that we wouldnt be shopping for anything at Blue Sky, as we backed out of the store. He wasnt the least bit fazed. Im guessing he isnt invested in the store, even as an employee desiring to provide good service to customers. This happened on Wednesday, October 21, in the late afternoon. Dont pretend to be concerned about the health and well-being of everyone in your store, if you allow your employees to show such blatant disregard for the health and well-being of everyone in your store. Pretense.

Local outfitter, so expect to pay local outfitter prices. The selection could be expanded, but much better quality than buy sporting good stores.

My favorite store in Rome. Lots of good hiking and camping gear plus yard games and clothing and shoes. Employees are always so accommodating

A great boutique outdoor outfitter. Quality goods ranging from portable hammocks, to outdoor clothing & shoes, to backpacks. This store is not wheelchair accessible, there is about a 6 inch step at the door and there are multiple levels only accessible via stairs. Overall a good experience!

If you dont like the prices go to Walmart and buy trash. Otherwise, this place is a little pricey but you are paying for quality gear. If you are in blue sky to begin with you probably already know what Im talking about.

Best supplied outdoor outfitter youll find. Huge selection of gear for every type of excursion. Camping, paddle boarding, rock climbing, boating, hammocking, they have everything. Prices are to be expected for and outfitter.

Dont visit Blue Sky expecting decent customer service. On my visit the employees were busier playing guitar than helping customers. Horrible experience. Do not go!
