Horrible experience! DO NOT trust this dealership! We live approximately 6 hrs from the dealership so we relied on an accurate and honest representation of the truck to purchase remotely and have it shipped. The first pic is of the advertised truck. The others are just a couple displaying how the truck was rusted through and covered with paint on the bottom of the door which was not disclosed (I would post more but the truck is currently in the shop for repairs where it has been since purchase). You can see straight through to the ground in the floorboard of the backseat in multiple places. It was sold to us as a 4x4, which is why we wanted it, and the 4x4 doesn’t even work, also not disclosed. We asked point blank if there were any issues with the truck. We were told about the brakes not working well, the faded paint on the hood and that that the glove box was broken. That’s it. This truck has been the victim of horrible patch work. The truck has been in the shop for repairs since receiving on September 19th. Someone rigged the wiring so poorly that basically the entire truck needs rewiring to attempt to fix the 4x4. We are already thousands in on repairs since purchase.When we received the truck, it was obvious at first site that it was not the truck we thought we were buying. Before unloading it, my husband called the manager to see if we could return the truck seeing as how it was not as advertised and was told basically that he should’ve seen the rust from the pics and that the truck was as is and best he could do was refund us $800 (which we still haven’t seen). We paid $12,000 for this horribly botched truck! After we found out about the 4x4 not working, we attempted multiple times to contact the dealership with no response (see pic of text). We were told initially that there was a 14 day “verbal warranty” that covered the motor and transmission. After multiple failed attempts to reach anyone, we finally contacted the Better Business Bureau for investigation.It’s interesting that they advertise as being an honest “Christian” dealership when obviously they do not practice these values in their business. I NEVER leave bad reviews for businesses but this was so wrong and dishonest and I wanted to make future buyers aware of what they were dealing with in hopes of saving someone else from the same catastrophe. You’ve been warned.

We purchased a 2016 F350 a few months ago. Soon after we left the dealership the check engine light came on. We returned to the dealership and was told there was nothing wrong with the truck. They told us it went through a service check. Promising us it was mechanically sound. We have continued to have problems with the truck our repair expenses are now totaling 10,000. BUYER BEWARE!

Recently bought a vehicle off of them they lied to me about mileage and when i arrived failed to mention that the trucks carfax had a mileage discrepancy. also owner and owners son were very rude to me and my fiancé. joey was the only one that was nice to us regardless and doing his job. after contacting them over this issue they proceed to tell me never to contact them again. also have found they have put stop leak in this truck and possibly multiple vehicles as well.

I called about getting a truck a few weeks ago. The guy seemed to rush me off the phone and he never called me back. He was very short with me. Maybe he was busy i dont know, but not. good for a sale in my opinion. I called several times but no return phone call. This is only for customer service (sales).

Biggest scam dealership I’ve ever dealt with and most unprofessional young kids that are salesmen . Had one named CJ Smith aka Joey say they would transport my vehicle from Rome to Barnseville for $500 when I had a real transport guy waiting to do it for $525 . And come to find out he used his friend to drive yes drive my car not transport it for $500 when I was already concerned about mileage then they just put more on it . Then to have dealer aka Joey give my number to 4 different people whom texted and called me because apparently they had been driving around in car I bought and girlfriend left a bag . I was cussed at and talked down to by at least 4 different people he gave my number and they were mad I wouldn’t drop my family get together to bring this other guys girlfriends back pack . But I said someone was welcome to come pick it up only to be cussed at more for not dropping my family for this crazy girl . As I said most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with and they spray painted all kinds of damage which showed through once we rinsed off vehicle . And back door wont even open up from inside . Which is not safe .So be warned don’t trust these people . Well I have police report that says different to reply to what you said .

Easiest car buying experience I’ve had. I bought the car out of state which was something I never done before. Talked to Lupe he were upfront and honest about everything. Kept me updated and answered all questions that I had. The car looked just like it did in the pictures and came in great condition. Heres a review you can all use my friends. I can attest to you that I have never visited a business quite as remarkable and honest as Trinity Motorcar Company in Rome, GA. When my wife and I arrived, the lot was clean, shiny and inviting with very high-quality pre-owned cars/trucks, which immediately drew us in. Even better, Trinitys general manager Roxanne came out and kindly greeted us and introduced herself. She was so inviting and easy going. No pressure or hassle. Simply asked a couple of questions and allowed us to look around and drive our chosen vehicle. The rest of her staff and the owner of the business were equally kind and very helpful. We felt at home and loved being there so much that we bought a BMW there-and-then. It wasnt just that we had found the car we always wanted in fantastic condition, but it was the fine touches that those people provided... Those small details that made our visit so very enjoyable. Roxanne and Chad were incredibly honest and worked so hard getting us the best deal, despite having so many other customers to take care of that day. It was so easy working with them that I will be buying my next car (soon, lol...) from them, as well as referring all my family/friends there. Brought truck 5-27-20 and it started giving me trouble on 6-20-20. It has been nothing but one headache after another. So make sure u get it checked out before buying. It is down more than up.

Worse first experience. Bought a Camaro, 2 months later the engine was down bad and had some professionals look at it and they told me they were surprised it didn’t lock up on me that the engine is bad. I then called the dealership for advice and a nice lady told me to drop it off (which I did) and let a mechanic diagnose it, then I get a call back after doing so and she was VERY rude and basically told me to get it repoed, it was nothing they could do. I then called to get it repoed and I called them to let them know the repo people was going to get it there, I didn’t want the engine to lock up on me, they didn’t care, again VERY rude and forced me to move it. Basically wasted money sadly, and this was my first car worst first experience.
