Very pleasant, non-pushy salespeople. Not a large selection of cars, but they had one that fit my needs. Priced a little high, but the vehicle is in very good condition with relatively low miles for its age. Credit approval was quick and painless. Again, interest rate is high, but no more than a person with poor credit would pay elsewhere. Of course, this is a car, something will go wrong sooner or later. If I ever need to count on customer service, Ill post again.

I wasnt a tax time buyer but, they gonna get ya. Have the vehicle looked over by a dealer of that make. Shadetrees at best at time buyer. Just dont let the marketing fool you is all.

Lot of people say bad things about TimeBuyers. But we have never really had any problems with them or there vehicles . I would recommend going to this time buyer over the Canastota one or any other one. The Canastota one has very arrogant staff members.

Car blew up within first 2 months off owning it, tensioner pulley blew off causing me to swerve and almost smashing into a tree, said they would replace engine, they rebuilt it and still expect me to pay 2,900. Company is a total circus, highly recommend NOT going to any timebuyer dealership.

1000 miles no oil left in the engine. Brought it in, needs an engine, well get one asapAnother month, I call, just got the engineDrop it off Thursday well get it done asap..We dont do loaners.. Great dealership ..NEVER AGAIN !!!

Vehicle 1, so bad filed bbb complaint. Replaced with different vehicle with promise to fix things that were broken. Told today to take somewhere else to fix, not their problem. Shady dealer, bad vehicles.

So far so good havent had any issues took to have the oil changed and tires rotated at midas and they couldnt believe how solid the underneath was for the year of it. I have had it now for months have drove it to Tennessee and back with no issues at all.

High priced junk i saw what they were doing reported it to dmv watch these basterds they are like. Bed bugs

Second car buying from time buyer. As long as you show stable income and have good record of everything, including house info and such, they will work with you without reporting to credit bureau and/or will not check credit. Only Con is they do not accept a day late payment which can be avoided by sending out a check and post dated, and do not take credit card over phone. Otherwise Dan is the man, and helped me out plenty of times, and they are very understanding, they will do Walmart to Walmart money transactions, western union if Walmart fails, and money grams. Both cars were/ are solid rides, no issues. The young brunette girl at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She’s helped me out a few times when I was in a pinch. Overall great people, good deals via down payment, and they will help you out.

Unfortunately they sold my brother a car that had quite a bit of damage. They did fix a few things but when it came to the major damage they said hteycould not help. My brother is half way through his payments and he now has to put down almost half the price of the vehicle in order to get it fixed to avoid major damage that could get the vehicle off the road. Becareful with your purchases and make sure to check under the vehicle, if you can, before purchasing.

Horribe bought a Ford winstar from them. It lasted barely a year and still gotta pay 2500 on it. If you want over priced junk then go for it. Caution it will only ruin your credit. If you pay the car off it wont help your credit but if you cant pay it off it will most certainly ruin it.
