I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful all the workers were, so very different from Walmart where I live. They were well stock with lots of stuff, I got what I needed and more. It was such a pleasure to actually encounter warm pleasant attendants. I would definitely shop there again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

Well, the secret about WalMart is: They have the best bottled water!The type with the blue Sams label that is sold by the case is really tasty. Just try not to order 4 cases of it on Insta-cart or DD and let the driver hump it all the way up to your porch on a 95 degree day for a two dollar tip. You may be mistaken for a cheap person, a Scrooge, a tightwad, or a miser. So make it $2.50. Oh, and if you have stairs...One dollar per bottle in the case is an appropriate tip.

Been a while since Ive been to this Walmart. Seems as though they take no pride in it. Its filthy and the customer service is indeed of some opportunity training for sure. Very rude with tone, dirty looks, and body language. Heaven forbid a customer ask you where something is. I hate making you do your job!

Overall wide selection and decent parking right off the freeway can get pretty crowded on weekends and after work since its right near the expressway, store is moderately clean could use some new flooring that is not molding near the entrance, they at least have a decent size self-checkout so thats good for a few items if you dont want to wait in line. I have to adjust my rating from 4 to 2 stars after a recent experience Ive had with their online order system, using the app and ordering online its a simple enough process unfortunately the item I wanted was not eligible for home delivery for some reason so I had to come in and go to pick up using curbside pickup not just walk-in pickup, first issue was when I pulled up theres not really a designated sign that says specifically online pick up theres just a RX symbol that looks like a prescription refill site with a number and thats where you have to go its not very intuitive, also after checking in with the app and waiting 25 minutes I called the number on the sign even though the app specifically says and multiple places not to call but that didnt do much since the call just goes to voicemail, not to mention the phone number on the sign was not even correct since it was missing two digits so I had to look around at the sign next to it that had all of the phone number. I waited another 20 minutes retried the calling still to voicemail so I went inside the store to see what was going on because it was Saturday I understood they were busy but 45 minutes was ridiculous, the customer service agent said that they no longer have online pickups and that The item I had wasnt available, I showed my confirmation email and they called over a different associate who had the same story that the online curbside pickup was no longer available and the app and my email were both wrong, I tried it to swing by the pickup desk in the very back of the store and after waiting with another customer for 15 more minutes for an associate to walk by and acknowledge we existed finally had some answers, apparently the person who was working the pickup section no longer works there so they dont even have a designated person who works curbside pickup so you have to walk in the store find an associate and they have to get your name and information and then find another associate who has authorization to release it to you so at this point it was over an hour and 15 minute wait until they finally came out and loaded my things in the car, if I knew how much of a struggle this would have been I would have just walked in picked it up and left but unfortunately it was the last item in stock.

Its a Walmart. Never was the best business - especially to their employees, no matter where you put one of them. There are EIGHT within 10 miles of where I live - all of them suck wind.I liked this particular one better when it was still a drive-in theater. I said what I said.

I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. They are big, crowded, and disorganized...but you really get the best deals on some things there. And they give Amazon some competition with fastest shipping and (sometimes) lowest price. The RP store. Is fine.

Truely the dirtiest, nastiest, worst selection Walmart I’ve ever been including Walmarts in rural America to Walmarts in Mexico and China. Walmart should either remodel or close this location. Never going there again and 4 stars just because I want to be nice

There were 3 nice staff members who helped and rest did not care or want to..first time there..bought a bunch of items..old lady behind me in line said stuff to me got into a talk back and forth verbal fight..not my fault if there were not enough checkers there..spent too much time finding someone to help look or ask a question..they do have quite a few selection of everything ..nursey plants needs help was sparse and dried out....overall was ok..would go back fir certain things. Not really cheap nor pricey..just check around..I go big lots and grocery outlet..

Theyll probably have what youre looking for at a competitive price...damn them.

***Update***Well now 11 p.m. Im impressed Walmart is back and Al my favorite Walmart employee is down on the end smiling away. Hi Al!!!So Im up to maybe two days a week shopping at Walmart why do I love it so I dont know I think its in my Southern Roots and when I retire Im going to buy a motorhome and tore Walmarts around the country thank you for being there for me Walmart just put the McDonalds back in and Ill be 100% happy.Everyone knows how much I love Walmart I used to sleep in the parking lot after they close and wake up and start shopping again as soon as they open I wish they were open 24 hours...*sigh* Please Santa Rosa we need a Walmart Supercenter thank you in advance

Very busy. Poor selection of dress shirts for men. Long, long lines ridiculous was during day about 3 pm . Will never go there again. Found a beautiful shirt at Goodwill.

Big selection good prices. Found exactly what I wanted pretty quickly.

Friendly and helpful cashier on the electronic dept. Said hes running 12 depts tonight. Hope he gets paid well for it.

Had the ink I need. Its now behind a glass door. Took 10 minutes to locate store worker who could access with key.

Got some cat treats and food for some really nice price, not sure if those were everyday prices, but I like it.

Electric carts were readily available and I found what I wanted, saving me a trip to another store.

Lots of staff but none in the departments to open locked cases. When I finally got someone to come they came in a group of 3 and it seemed like a waste of employee time. Was not a great place to shop but there was a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. The other serious issue was a vacuum was priced and matched the stickers and code numbers. When I paid for it the price was much higher than the advertised price and it was a terrible vacuum.

RP location--and another in the our area--are pretty solid on convient things. Love the growth into designer brand business/partner now.

You can find all kinds of products, nowadays some products are not in stock but still you can order them to be delivered to a Walmart location or to your address.

This is one of the creepiest Walmarts around! Ive only been here a couple times. I so much prefer the Windsor location. This one has too many tweakers including some of the employees! The place is disheveled and needs some love. The outside parking lot and front area is dirty. Rude disrespectful people float around. Bad vibes lurk around. A loved one almost had an altercation here by some crazy lady. For those who wants some free entertainment I guess you can find it here. Reminder: If I go in here, I will get into a bad mood until I get home!

Their customer service sucks. You ask a question and you receive attitude. No one knows where anything is. Then the person stopping you at the door is too much. Then trying to call them. Why have a phone when no one answers. This used to be one of my favorite stores now I dread going there its a nightmare....

I went in second time this week for spray paint the spray paint is behind the glass locked up. I waited for 10 minutes both visits after 10 minutes I decided to go find someone I walk around almost the whole store stopped at about clothing could not find a employee to help me not one was visible only at cash registers so I went back to the paint nobody there went around again finally by clothing there was an employee she said she would call and have someone there okay so I went b back waited and waited still nothing I indeed you leaving. Went yesterday samething happened but this time someone finally showed up took about 30 minutes to get 4 cans of printer ridiculous .

Absolutely terrible selection. No bread, and no ice even, wonder what they actually DO have?? Avoid if possible as you probably wont find what you need. The Home Depot next door is a better bet for things like propane.

Needed stuff for our aging mom. My sister made a list and said the items were available at numerous stores. A quick list glance said Nope, all this stuff is at Walmart. It was a one stop trip.

Walmart has all their Christmas things out so people can get presents before they all disappear.I love how Walmart has a little bit of everything in the store.

I love Walmart, they have a good stock of everything I need and want at decent prices and major markdowns on clearance items. The store in Windsor is my neighborhood store and is nicer kept than the Rohnert Park Store and seems to have more employees to help you if needed.

Walmart usually has a good selection of things. The food selection is limited though.

Waited over 30 mins ringing the bell multiple times for an associate to come unlock the case. Went and told 2 other employees how long I been waiting and to see if they could unlock it or page another coworker to unlock it, even after all that waited another 15 mins still no one so I ended up leaving empty handed.

Nothing special right now. Empty shells,before was big selections of different items and right now it just waste of time to go there.

Will not be going back. I was excited to go since Petaluma does not have a Walmart and I was majorly disappointed!If I didnt know better, it looks like THE FIRST Walmart ever and they kept it original but kept cramming stuff inside. The customer service guy was friendly and competent, but I did not complete my other shopping. I wanted groceries, but I walked toward the food isles and realized it was disorganized chaos and ran out. No bueno.

There was one cashier in self check out and they only took cards...there was only one regular cashier helping everyone else. That was all bad enough but then customers started acting up...I wouldve lost my job.

😡WHERE HAVE ALL THE CASHIERS GONE!😡 Shopping at Wall-mart has become a prisoner in a cattle chute experience. There are never enough cashiers and the line to the self checkout is always far too long, AND NOT LARGE ENOUGH IF YOU WANT TO PHASE OUT HUMAN CASHIERS!!! Im switching to Target even tho they charge more! At least TARGET does not treat customers like cattle-prisoners. This WALL-mart has built walls in several locations of the store with boxes of merch, blocking freedom of movement AND added those annoying alarms in more than just the cosmetics area. I will NOT SHOP AT A LOCATION that has alarms going off constantly because I am looking at the supplements?!This franchise has really gone down hill. Looks like a dystopian police state future of shopping experience.

Their pharmacy section has an enormous variety of non-prescription drugs and health and household first aid items. All at good prices.

Older Walmart store but service was fast and items plentiful

My first time here and it was a disorganized, dysfunctional stankin mess! Lived up to all of the negative Walmart stereotypes. Food wasnt stocked well; many shelves were messy and products were strewn all over. Many people shopping for Back to school, but there were only 2 cashiers and the lines were slow. Id rather drive the extra 30 miles to Richmond than to come back to this location.The one star is for the nice cashier and the chilled wine aisle, which you will need plenty of after shopping here.

Probably one of the only walmarts that still feels like its the 90s.feels more like a 30 year old kmart than a Walmart in the current year. tiles on the ground are nasty. food isle is all but 3 isles of dried food items. lots of bare shelves. and employees who seem to run away rather than help.the ac must have been broken in the building because even though it was 75 outside it was hotter inside.

Purchased propane at customer service. Went to otherside of store to pickup. All out. Had to go back to customer service to get refund. Waited 15 minutes in line listening to customers berate the employees because it was taking too long to return stuff. Just a bad experience all together.

Ok so this is our go-to store I really do love coming here, they have pretty much a little bit of everything your looking for, the down fall is most of the time the shelves are not stocked with the specific items that is labeled there..... Not as organized as other Walmarts Ive been too, but still gets the job done

After today, I have to award 5 stars to one certain employee. His name is Jose. I asked him where I could find duct tape, and he personally took me over to where it was located. I was so impressed. Most of the time, Walmart employees will just tell you where they think it might be, but Jose had such amazing customer service that he personally showed me where it was, which is rather uncommon for Walmart employees. So thank you.

I waited almost 2 hours to talk to a managerI was ignored by employees. This was very very very poor customer service. I just wanted to talk to a manager about leaving the TV and TV stand because I didnt have any room in my car. They had no problem taking my money for the items I bought. I will never shop at Walmart again. Im thinking maybe it was because I was BLACK!!!!!

Grocery section is basically non existent if you need something else than chips and soda. No over nights in the parking lot.

Get prices ... I live right up the street so we frequent there quite a bit ... They pretty much carry everything you could expect ... Recommend shopping during the day if your going to need to ask questions about stuff or get something that is locked up ... In the evenings they dont have as many people on the floor and it could be frustration waiting to find someone with a key

This is the worst walmart ive ever been to.

Went in to return some items. Line was a little long but thats to be expected at that time of day right before Xmas. Line went quickly and the cashier was nice and efficient. All in all its what youd expect, extra points given for hassle free and efficiency. I dont give 5 stars unless my experience is beyond spectacular, so my bar is pretty high.

This Walmart does not evoke the well-calibrated design nor the focus of the larger “superstores” that I’ve visited in the past. For a store of that size the owners should widen the isles and arrange like ingredients accordingly. There was no fresh produce to speak of. The only people who appeared attentive and competent were the shelf stickers. They held order whereas the managers I consulted could barely form a sentence—shuffling around like the heard of zombies shopping there. I stood at the locked liquor cabinet with a cart full of cold food for 30 minutes after asking the very cashier in front of me to open it. She could not. Customer service didn’t know either. A higher ranking manager asked for my id—which confirmed that I’m 31 years old—then shrugged and said he didn’t know where it was. Finally, about 15 minutes later, a gracious woman came over and said something to the effect of “here baby, let me help you.” We walked together to a different open register and checked out. She deserves commendation. I floated through the parking lot grateful to have endured this torment. A canned voice bellowed about great deals at low prices followed by “Thanks for shopping at your local Walmart.”

Good experience overall. I just dont need to overhear employees conversations about how horrible their shift was and wishing the other employee good luck on theirs.

Stopped by on our road trip guess we stood out with our L.A. hats but we were followed and stared at as if we were going to steal. I have only shopped at a Walmart twice, it sad that although they have great prices, employees like these make people not want to ever return to any of their stores.

No service, the store was dirty, spoke to two supervisors who could care less that there were 30 people waiting in line, just one full service check out open and there were only four self-checkouts open and a girl working them did not seem like she knew what she was doing.

Parking is good, but selection is not. Also trying to use the bathroom after you have entered is an obstacle especially if you are handicapped. They have the front bathrooms blocked off for anyone who has a shopping cart, and the rear handicapped stall is almost always occupied by a Walmart employee hiding out from her boss. It is a problem, since I have a client who likes to come here to save money.

You need to stop forcing people to wear muzzles keeping up with something that carries no waiting evidence to back it up i need to breathe o2 not co2 it makes my brain not work well. We will end this or you can and not start losing customers. Thank you and if you can look at the beautiful face of a child and think covering their face with a muzzle is ok something is wrong with you. I am a human being mask s are dehumanizing. I used this Walmart to cash a check at there money services department.It went great, no wait time, fast and courteous staff.There was a good amount of people in the store but everything was going smoothly and fast paced with no hang up.

Not RV friendly. Has sign in parking lot indicating no over night parking. Guess they dont want RVrs business. Suggest you move on.
