They just have kids working that don’t know what they are doing, don’t waste your time going here. It’s worth the trip to Santa Rosa.

Sadly, I give this 2 stars. The staff at this store was great! Stephen made it a easy process. The service didnt work for me. It didnt work in buildings or in my house. I switched carriers and the manager made it a simple and easy return process. The staff was great, but the service needs work.

Went To Tmobile in Rohnert Park today to get a new phone the manager that helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions she was very nice...I was so thankful they were open during this hard time were all going through and I was happy I was able to get a new phone I have been a Tmobile customer for 5 years .Happy with everything....Thank you Rohnert Park store you guys Rock 😊

I was there today, Saturday December 7,2018The girl was finishing her turn and was about to leave and the guy was staying(His named started with the J if I remember well)He was great! He performed an extraordinary customer service and I told him that because of that I was going to give 5 stars to this store.He helped me to transfer all my files from the old phone to the new oneHe also helped me to put on my new phone the screen protector and even If in other t mobile stores they did for me, he could have said NO but he helped me by going out of his way.He made sure that all my apps and contacts were synchronized as well.Thank you!!!!You should give that guy a promotion!

I absolutely loved my experience at this location. Cheyenne was very knowelable and made sure to spend time helping us with transferring over. She was patient and made us feel like family. I will be recommending her to every person and she has made a customer for life here!

This store is under new management and is exceptionally better. Cheyenne seems to really care about the customers that come in and took great care of us. A all new staff and seems to be really turned around.

Recently switched mobile phone carriers from Verizon to T Mobile. New Account already created and all fees paid for, sent my daughter to this store to get her line activated and new SIM card for her existing phone. Manager Malcolm lies over and over again, trying to charge for activation fees already paid, we agreed to pay again just to complete service but requested a receipt copy or invoice. He blatantly lied and said receipt machine was down, while other customers were clearly walking out with receipts. Malcolm was rude, lied multiple times and couldn’t provide service for a very simple transaction. We had to send my daughter to the Santa Rosa location instead. Did he not provide service because his store’s sales were benefiting? Most likely! T-Mobile should close this store before it loses customers.

Guest Wi-Fi doesnt work, return policy doesnt lime up with other corporate stores--i get the feeling that they just dont like processing returns so they have set their own store policy regarding returns for products from other stores--even with a receipt or by contacting the purchasing store.

Best T-Mobile around. The manager Melissa will take care of you and do what she says will do. I will never go to another T-Mobile but this one. You guys have made a customer for life.

The employee that runs the store, the black guy, didnt get his name is as lazy and as unhelpful as he can be. Also not very knowledgeable about the services he is selling. The least amount of work he could do is what he was trying to do for my wife and I. Go to the Petaluma store. They are slot better and represent the company with more professionalism.

Not helpful whatsoever. Store was empty and the girl at the counter could care less about doing anything to help. Seemed like she wanted me to leave as soon as possible. She gave me a phone number and said go call someone else.

If I could put a negative zero for this rating I would ! I left disappointed with this store. The customer service was terrible the two employees did not attend my family well . All they said was hello welcome. Not helpful at all they didn’t even know what to say about the phones there.

The guys in this store worked super hard to get us what we wanted. Trying to get the customer service center to do their end has not been as pleasurable.

Store has posted hours to 8pm every night of the week. Showed up at 7:38pm and they were closed.

The Sales Reps have no idea what they are doing and will make sure to screw you out of any promotion you were supposed to earn.
