The whole team at Don Bulluck Chevrolet is incredible. I put in an inquiry on a truck and within a few minutes our sales associate, Millie, reached out to us to get the process started. When we arrived she had the truck pulled up, cleaned and ready to look at. Financing was easy and they never put pressure on us to make a decision like most car dealerships do. Everyone there was honest, easy to work with and they gave us a great price on a high quality truck. The whole process only took 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone I know and appreciate how great they treated us.

I went for an oil change and an inspection and my service was super quick and I appreciated that this time compared to visits in the past. My only issue and this is my issue, is no one was wearing a mask, but several employees have nagging coughs. It may be a simple cough for the person with the cough but in the age of Covid-19, the customer may feel otherwise.

I went in there with the intention to look, but not buy. About four hours later, I drove off the lot in my car that I absolutely love. After being badly burned by the last dealership I bought a car from I was really hesitant and weary, however my experience at Don Bullock with the salesman Kenny was exceptional! This dealership is filled with good, honest people. Highly recommend!

Unorganized and careless. I called because I needed my tires rotated and they scheduled me a week ahead. Ok cool, then I came not at the time of my appointment but earlier so that everything could get situated on their end. Ended up waiting a hour plus without anyone coming back and telling me why it took so long and still didn’t get my tires rotated. They care more about selling cars than fixing them so I recommend you all to not go here if you are in Rocky Mount area to get your car serviced.

I brought my car to Don Bullock Collison Center after it was involved in an accident. Working with the Collison Center, was truly the easiest part of the entire insurance claim/car fixing process. The staff was incredibly friendly and kept us well-informed on the timeline of when our car would be complete. They were quick to fix a complication that occurred almost a whole week after we had already picked-up the car. I would recommend Don Bullock Collision Center 1000x, and will be passing the word along.

Horrible experience. Stacey was very helpful until the sales manager, Jeff, came in. He walked in talking very loudly and disrespectful due to me having knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at purchasing and sending the sales person to talk to him. Also, they wouldn’t negotiate the price for the truck since it was stock with no accessories. I will never go here and try to purchase a vehicle again.

Tried to buy a truck from them. Sales person Millie did her best, but of course couldnt sell me anything without approval of her sales manager, Jeff. Thats where things went off the rails. Jeff rejected of my fair offer, which is his prerogative. However, he soon devolved into written personal attacks, even poking fun at my name via email Still emailing me, now in response to factual, honest reviews I have left detailing my poor experience while dealing with him. Not the sort of place or person that I can recommend for buying a used vehicle....

Don bulluck is the high bar model for service/parts. . . courtesy,helpfulness, professionalism, service!the service manager and check in technicians were so attentive,i was almost suspicious. . . i had not experienced this kind of attention,concern, and expediency!as it turns out, (after multiple visits), i do not have to pinch myselfanymore,. . the experience is genuine!as a vehicle owner, i have unlimited experiences to qualify as acustomer who can measure/compare customer service.don bulluck is definitely five stars plus!COLLISION SHOP. . .i picked up a part which i had ordered through parts. i received a phonecall this morning notifying me the part had arrived. i went immediatelyto the collision center to start the process to set up an appointment forestimate, repair/repair time, etc. as it turns out, the shop manager cameout to my car in the parking lot, took a look, went back into the shop,returned with some tools, (did the repair!) right there in the parking lot!i was in/out in an hour. . . (as opposed to) a day/two days etc.i was able to watch the repair, ask questions, etc. . . and the managerwas very, very polite and accommodating!(conclusion). . . OUTSTANDING SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM,QUALITY OF WORK! easily 5 stars!

Poor service department. 1.5 hour wait for a scheduled oil change appointment that they knew I would be waiting on site for. Then recommended an alignment that took another hour.Did not straighten steering wheel after the alignment and had to go back. I called ahead and they scheduled the appointment to fix it, but complained to me and had a bad attitude about the situation. I remained happy and smiley, but it took near an hour for that as well.I love my new truck, but would not recommend this place for service. Seem more concerned about volume than quality, and that’s never good.

I own a garage myself and call service and speak to an adviser at 1008 am Wednesday the 19th of June and tell the guy I need all timing timing chains for a 09 Acadia he said he needs 8 digits of bin I give him 8 he argues with me and says no thats 7 I tell him a thousand times its 8 he said no your giving me a 0 in front of your 9 and thats not gonna work well little did the fool know its literally on the vehicles bin yet still refused to use it been doing this for 37 years and this is by far the dumbest service advisor Ive ever had...literally tells me I gave him the wrong bin didnt even type it in yet just got off the phone with my good old friend at deacon Jones and it works.... If hes that stupid dont even buy a car here nor get it repaired here.... Just warning you now... And anyone willing to purchase a Acadia or equinox do not do it major recalls on all and they burn oil badly for no reason 1 quart per 1k miles and its a common problem emptying oil tank and locking motors between oil changes due to a stupid build from Chevy.... That hurt because Im a Chevy fan

All the staff in the service department has always been great to deal with. My recent visit was for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Had no problems at all. And anytime there may be some other issue with my car, they are always good about explaining the problem and what needs to be done. Highly recommend them!

I purchased a car from Matt Joyner at Don Bullock Chevrolet and he gave great service and allowed us the time we needed to test drive multiple vehicles before making our decision. We made a purchase and after about a month there were just a few things I found that I did not like about the vehicle and so I wanted to trade it for another vehicle I had found and fell in love with and Matt took the time to listen to what I really wanted and worked it out so I could trade the first vehicle and get the one I really loved. If anyone is in the market for a great used or new car I suggest you go see Matt he will take great care of you and their customer service cant be beat.

It is not spam. This is not my primary account. In my dealings I was not treated well in the purchase of my vehicle or in return visits for maintenance. An employee actually made a rude remark towards my financial situation while testing different vehicles. Overall bad service. I have dealt with some great employees. Ms. Maryland not sure if that is correct spelling has been out standing. I wouldnt recommend purchasing any vehicle from Don Bulluck unless some better training is done for customer service.

Had a turn signal light go out the technician looked at it immediately - unfortunately it wasnt as simple as a blown bulb. They tested several things but, no luck, I will have to take it back. But the people were very friendly and tried their best to correct the issue on the spot.

Horrible experience! Unfortunately I had an electrical issue that required me to go to a Chevrolet dealership, as opposed to my regular mechanic. I dropped off my truck on a Monday at 5:00 and it was not fixed until Thursday at 5:40! And I cant help but speculate the only reason it was done that fast is because I called Thursday and complained. I was told it would be ready around 4:30-5:00 and I still had to sit and wait for over an hour. I will never go there again. Especially because I question if they actually did a quality job, or simply rushed it because I got tired of waiting.

Nice dealing with Darwin the sales guy there as he was honest and upfront from the start. Used Car Manager never spoke and low balled my trade in value on a 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. Said the number he gave me is what they go for at the sale? No doubt it is, but they buy cars from the sale only to tack on several thousand to them once they are on their lot. Same thing they would have done on my car. No thanks, and wont send anyone their way.

I dont know if its because Im a minority, a female, from out of town or because I look young but I dont see the point or how it helps to give your opinion on everything except for the reason I came. It was a simple yes or no question that only they could look up but not once did anybody look the information up. You dont tell somebody that they should be fine to drive 3.5hrs out of state and the worse that it would do is smoke, but thats only if the leak is bad or gets worse. Who does that? Needless to say I went to a different Chevy dealer and they were able to answer my question and I can get my car fixed.

A friend took my van in for an oil change a couple of days ago. He said he waited 3 hours for the oil change. I had an appointment time, but apperantly that died matter. After about 2.5hours the service person came out and told him the van needed lots of work including a wheel bearing and new tires. They hadnt even started on the oil change at that point. He told them no and all he wanted was the oil change. After they finally finished the oil change he took the van home and put it up on a jack and found out there is nothing wrong with the wheel bearing. My friend said that while he was sitting in the waiting room for those 3 hours he watched the service workers tell lots of other people in the waiting room the same kinds of stories, that their cars needed hundreds of dollars in work. Many of them elderly people that believed them.

Husband went up there last week to get some info on a truck that could handle the towing capacity of the trailer and atvs we have accumulated and was told that the Silverado 1500 4×4 all star edition could handle trailer weight of 10,700lbs. (Told him and me). They had decent rebates going on and it was the color I loved, they brought it to work for me to check out since Im the one driving it. Got the manual out last night to do a little learning on how to use the trailer towing button and whatcha know, our truck only has a trailer weight of 6,100!! That does NOT meet our needs at all. Called back today to see if they could help us make it right. And Im not talking about wanting a huge, more expensive truck for nothing but within our means and considering we got completely wrong info. Sales mgr. Said they had something to change out. Come to find out they want to tack on $5 grand for a truck that right now is listed at $39,607 and we paid more for our sale price on the one we got now for $41 thousand and some change.. and this is not including the rudeness of the sales lady towards me being the primary driver AND trying to pawn us off on another sales guy to show us the features on the truck and then fussing about that! Oh, and then theres the two hours I sat there the next morning just for a truck wash because she forgot I was there and then couldnt find my keys!! We may be in our 30s but we work just as hard to earn our things and take care of our kids and we deserve that same respect we gave you. Never again

Two Words, One Fantastic Man Matt Joyner!!!!!!!!!!I visited this dealership last month. I first spoke with Matt over the phone along with a few other dealerships in and out of the state. His customer service over the phone was very impressive as other dealerships were not. (I understand they may get tons of calls a day, but you never know what can come as a result of efficient customer service over the phone). I then when to the dealership two days later. The car I was looking at was already pulled out and ready to test drive. When I got in the car a (Cadillac CTS), I immediately did not like it. I had done my research and just knew that was the car for me. Matt proceeded with the test drive giving me all the details on it, however I just wasnt feeling the car. After the drive, Matt could see that I wasnt pleased. The car is beautiful but it was smaller than what I anticipated and to be honest I wasnt that impressed with it. I began to explain to him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he showed me a few others but again nothing grabbed my attention. My mom and sister saw the Cadillac XTS, which I was reluctant to do to size and price. However, I decided to try it and to my surprise they hit the nail on the head. Matt continued to be patient and helpful with me throughout this process. Then it came down to price....after talking with Matt and his finance manager we can to a more than acceptable price for an upgrade I wasnt even looking for. Matt is the best salesman at Don Bulluck. His customer service is IMPECCABLE, I couldnt imagine working with someone else to get me a car to reflect how hard I work. Not only was he helpful that day, but when I was having issues with my tags he along with another great man MARK MASON, FedEx me dealer tags until the situation was taken care of (he too was so understanding and helpful in that process). As I did my research in search of my next vehicle (1 year and 8 months to be exact) there were mixed reviews about this dealership, but I am more than happy to say overall I had a pleasant experience. So whether or not if you are in the Rocky Mount area or close by check out this dealership and ask for Matt Joyner, THE BEST SALES REPRESENTATIVE there, he is AWESOME!!!

5 weeks to replace a part under warranty. No calls to say it was going to take additional time because parts were late from GM. Most repair shops will call and tell you to pick up your car and return when parts are in. Not this one. Parts did not effect operation, cosmetic only. Worst service I have ever had from a dealer or anywhere else for that matter. When our 2 leases are up, I will go elsewhere.

My daughter was coming home from school and her car broke down. Don Bullock service department made repairs and charged her $238. The car broke down 30 miles south on I-95 putting my daughter in danger on the interstate. I towed her vehicle home and was told the repairs would need to be done again because the problem was more extensive than the parts they changed. I have asked Curt the service manager for help and he offered none. DONT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN DANGER. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I traded my vehicle for a new one I owed 3500 on my old truck the dealer decided to pay me exactly 3500 so I supposed to walk out even with my old truck but they added the 3500 to my New vehicle so really They didnt pay anything for my truck whatever they pay they get it back again its the perfect scam so they just took my truck for free and they end up selling my truck For 10000% profit on it and theyre not losing anything this dealership is horrible with customer service Im not going into a store to buy a 2 L Pepsi Im going to a dealership to spend $20,000 on a vehicle and they treat you with disrespect I wish we had better people working their shame on this dealership for stealing $3500 from honest people after I confronted the dealership they told me that this is how the trade in Works and I signed all the paperwork so there is nothing I can do I can contact my lawyer if I want to. unfortunately I have six different dealerships and they all say its a scam. That trade in does not work that way. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone they are thieves liars dishonest and rude people working there

Sales department and service department lack communication and synchronization. Example; sales sells you aftermarket warranty and service department wants nothing to do with it. Also the warranty is only good there no other dealer wants to honor it.

I wouldnt recommend Don Bullock Chevrolet (DBC) to ANYONE wanting to buy a used vehicle. My mom brought a used Fusion and 1 year and 6 months later the transmission went BAD. She suspect they, the saleman, or someone knew because when she back about a week later (about a different issue) to talk to the man that sold her the car she was told he no longer worked for them coincidental..hmmm. My mom is nearing 80 years old and had to borrow money to get the transmission fix and still making the car payments. There is NOT a HONEST bone in that place that is willing to admit they or the salesman was in the WRONG and to try and rectify. Their response when my mom went to tell them about the transmission gone bad in a car only 5years old and less than 100,000 miles..basically thats not our problem. PITIFUL & SHAMEFUL roll into one big ball of dung !!!

If you need service I would think twice about using this dealership if you are traveling through and do not live in the area, as they will not stand behind any warranty. Also, local or traveling, make sure they are using Factory OEM parts on your vehicle, as they will not stand behind warranty.My car had PO128 code - replace thermostat. The work was completed in North Carolina while I was traveling through on a trip. When I returned to Florida the check engine light came on again and with less than 2,000 miles it was the same code and problem. However, Don Bulluck Chevrolet will not cover any warranty because they used a part from another supplier (at their discretion - as I was not made aware that the part was not a GM part)My invoice #334719 dated 05/05/15

Wouldnt recommend My Dog to go there and buy a bike. The service people are prejudice as Hell!!!. U get an attitude with me and you sold me a ragged ass car!!!!!. Like u doing me a favour I hv an Warranty on the car iam paying for. Havent had the car but 6 months and hvnt had non but trouble with it since I hv had it. Took it to precision to get the tires rotated and lined up. They couldnt do it because they said both my outer tire rods were gone on both sides passenger and driver side. Long story short they switched my battery and put a old ass battery n my car, because I didnt hv to pay non because they claim non was wrong, so I guess they were tired of me and call theme selves fixing me, my battery cant just be taken out by anyone it has to be professionally done so they thought if they did that I was gonna buy a battery from theme and they were gonna gt alot of money out of me NOT TODAY U ASS HOLES. You all are gonna get whats due you for playing with peoples lives. Did good service but scratched my car on driver side inside left leaving two streaks of no paint 3 and 4 inches long. They didnt mention they did this, and I was on way to an interview. Someone messed up.
