I think they do pizzas well. We just got the wrong pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza fell apart so easily...it was hard to eat like that. The buffalo sauce tastes too salty for me & the crust is nothing to love. Overall, its ok for pizza in that area.

My small Greek salad was super yummy. My small was big to me, to the point I question what a large would look like. The mozzarella sticks were good also. Hot and the cheese was gooey I felt like a kid when biting into one. I had to catch myself as to not play with it. 😆 Sad note I left my strawberry delicious looking cheesecake at work I hope no one took it😳.

Very nice people working here, good pizza and very fresh salad. Everything seemed very fresh and prepared exactly as ordered. Loved the app which had a very simplistic interface for defining pies. Loved the point and click layout. Was able to order ahead and defined a future time for pickup. Very cool, and order was ready as asked.

Delicious! All of it... Perfect crust, perfect topping ratio. Great taste. Fresh ingredients. I had the cauliflower crust barbeque chicken pizza and it tastes like regular pizza 😱 my husband had a calzone (was huge) and a supreme pizza! Hes a pizza holic. Approved! Plus they deliver. So worth every penny.

I love the service and the food at Pizza Cucina! All the food they have is made at their store. They only use fresh and wholesome ingredients. They have the best customer service I have ever seen and they are always considerate and respectful to all! This is a small business and we should do all we can to support businesses like this!

So i will never order from here, i ordered a 20$ pizza n more. I spent an easy 50$ and the pizza was wrong i called and they did nothing after i called back. The worst customer service ever.

My family said try their pizza. We did and we were deeply disappointed. We were expecting real italian pizza. Ordering two large pies was like getting to mediums, very small for six people. With toppings we paid about $40. I thought really for this! The pizza was dry and the crust was tough. I would consider it equivalent to little caesars at best. Look elsewhere folks if you want a real pizza!

The online photos I saw were misleading I anticipated a sit down restaurant. However its not one pizza and 3 canned drinks was $27 bucks so I thought it was a little high. Plus all they had left was diet or root beer, pizza was really good but will not be going back since Im not local to the area.

This review is for my pickup experience. The phone order taker was honest about the delivery time being close to 50 minutes so I decided to pickup my order. The Margarita pizza was one of the best Ive had. I can only guess how good it must be right out of the oven.

Pizza tasted good once I had finished cooking it. The pizza was under cooked even-though I had order it crispy. Also order with extra pepperoni,I could hardy tell there was any pepperoni on it.

While searching for the menus, noticed the reviews on google and decided to add our two cents.We are regulars of Pizza Cucina since it was first opened and love the pizzas, salads. I am surprised to see negative reviews. Apparently they dont describe the place we know or there are other intentions. The owners are very sensitive about quality and cleanliness of their place and actually work in the kitchen. Honestly, we dont know any pizza restaurant at that level in Dallas or Rockwall. The taste reminds us our years spent in Europe.Our kids will continue to enjoy gourmet pizzas as long as the current owners run this place. Thanks!

$25.00 for a large supreme pizza delivered. Are you out of your mind there is no way I am paying $25 for a large Supreme Pizza it was just $18 the other day I will be taking my business elsewhere I order from there at least once a week

Ok, don’t understand bad reviews on this place at all. Was quoted 45-50 mins for delivery and got my pizza in under 30. Ordered the margarita pizza and added ham for some meat, by FAR the best pizza around. I’ve had pizza all I’ve the country from Cali, to Florida, to New York, Chicago, And if you are looking for a GREAT pizza.... this is your place. As far as locally, this dominated all the chain guys, and in my opinion is better than the sit down places here. Very fresh, very tasty and priced along the average chain joints. 👌🏼

This place is a hidden gem. Me and my daughter have been ordering pizza from here for years. They have always been polite, and never once have we had any issues with customer service.

The owners are great, the pizza is outstanding, but my only issue is with the new young lady that was working the front area. She seemed as if you are an inconvenience to her even though you are the customer. Other than that everything else is terrific. Its my husbands favorite pizza in the dallas Metroplex.

Last night was my first time ordering from Pizza Cucina. They were recommended by someone on the Nextdoor app. I ordered a medium pizza and a ham and cheese sandwich. Pizza Cucinas pizza has completely restored my faith in pizza. The major chain store pizzas have all become bland with no flavor. This pizza was amazing. I also like that you can request how done the pizza is cooked. Nothing I hate more than a soggy, flimsy pizza crust. The ham and cheese sandwich was delicious as well. I look forward to trying the wings.

Not cool bro. My experience is that the food is great, especially the gourmet pizzas and their sandwiches. Owners are truly good people and fairly comp any customer that is dissatisfied with anything. Family owned gourmet pizzas at the prices of chain pizza houses. Glad you guys moved and opened up in Rockwall. Highly recommend it.

I was disappointed this place didnt work out for me, ordered my last pizza there today. The pizza is ok, but not good enough to keep me coming back. They definitely didnt gain my trust by overcharging me twice, by adding extra tip on the receipt. The only way I caught it was because I check my cc statement every month, otherwise who knows if they would have kept doing it. The first time they added $10 to a $3 tip, I called and they gave me the money back (she didnt want to at first, wanted me to use as credit) and the second time they added a $3 tip on a pick up. I called again and the owner convinced me to put it as a $3 credit and that she would note it on our account. Today I went to go get pizza and guess what?? No note to be found! I dont like taking my business to places I cannot trust.

I placed a to go order for a full lasagne and 2 pizzas which came to $91.00. I was informed when placing the order that the lasagne was 12 regular size pieces for $55.00. I checked the lasagne prior to leaving and it was 6 regular pieces chopped sloppily in half to make 12 bite size lasagne pieces. After the owner was made aware of the situation he became hostile and took it out on the young girl that took my order and refused to address the problem. As a business owner you need to maintain a professional attitude and take accountability rather than blaming your employees.I will not be doing business with someone who attempts to rip me off. We have ordered from you since you opened. Luckily I checked the lasagne because you know as well as I do Mr. Owner that it would have been an embarrassment to serve them.

If you are going to use cucina as part of your name maybe you should go to italy and learn how to make good pizza.. Dough was terrible mushrooms taste like they are from a can.. The only thing decent was the cheese which i had to pull off the slice to at least have dinner never again will we go back or order so after giving them a second chance after 5 months hoping the pizza would be better. Since others post that how good it is i am sorry you cam tell yhe oven is like that of a papa johns or dominos. It is a basic fast food oven that chains use cause they can not coom a real pizza. And everyone can say what they want but your taste buds are dead if you enjoy this

I was referred to Pizza Cucina and Oya & Sahin by a couple from our church. They had eaten the pizza and really enjoyed it. My wife and I love to support local business so we thought wed give it a try. One of the the things that will cause us to become a regular at a restaurant is how fresh the food is. Pizza Cucina did not disappoint. In fact, when I asked Oya what set them apart as a restaurant, she said we use the best ingredients are our crust is made daily in the kitchen. I ordered the Bar-B-Q chicken pizza and it was the best Ive ever had. My wife ordered Pizza Margherita and loved it. Weve already been back there again and it will be a regular on our out to eat places. Plus the owner Oya and Sahin are really cool and friendly!
