When I first started going there back on 11/20/18 I listen to them speak to other customers and listen them how they could design a system, how there were no boundaries of what they could do all you had to do is give them your ideas and your budget and it was absolutely amazing what they (Cleo) could put together. Awesome environment very comfortable kinda like a cheers environment alot of fun with impeccable 5 star service. I started with a plain Jane 2013 Chevy Avalanche LS Black Diamond Edition Black as you can see in the pics what they turned this into was something very special and definitely a head turner. I loved the awesome work the do there that I took my Dodge there and they turned into something very nice. I have been going there for the past year almost daily and I have seen so many designs and the look on customers faces how happy and pleased they were that if you havent been there its must go place because they do it all but just Stereos bot they can design something with in your budget that you can be proud of it happened to me. Cleo the owner has made sure down to the fine details that you were completely happy and along this journey he has become one of my best friends you could ask for. I Thank You for everything you have done for me and my Chevy Avalanche.

The guys there were very professional and they did an awesome job installing my radio. Very patient and showed me how to operate the radio. Would recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT go here! Unproffessional and inexperienced. They had my truck 6 1/2 hours for a 2 hour instal. When I got there to pick up my truck the back seat would not fold all the way down. The backs would not stay up. The amp was hanging loose behind the seat, the sub box was wrong size, there were wire shavings left in my seat and when I got home I found multiple splices and undersized wiring comming from the crossovers that didnt even have the dust covers installed. Find another stereo shop!

I recently got my vehicle that I purchased down the street from them in for window tint. They were able to get me in that same day. I work at the car dealership and we take all of our vehicles to them for tint and other things to get done. I have not had a single complaint from a customer from any of their work. I highly recommend this place to all people and they have fair pricing on all of their work they do. Keep up the great work guys and I will keep sending you customers.

Just got my truck upgraded with android auto and a back up camera. They did an excellent job on it. Looks like factory almost! They were very friendly and they do good work. I will be back when I decide to bite the bullet and get a sub installed!

2 hours to literally plug and play some speakers at 85 an hour? Thats more than OEM speakers cost all togetherYall out your minds and if you estimate TWO HOURS to pop off two door panels and literally trade out OEM for OEM then i dont trust you anyway!

Five star of the installation and the sound i ask for. Giving a 4 star for the unit that was installed. I specifically ask was the unit HD ready. After investigating, the unit install was a Pioneer 4600. This item is not HD. The model 4660 has the icon for HD capability. My fault for not doing my homework, but I wish it was explained better. Still would recommend

I initially went to Car Toys to have a stereo installed in my Nissan Armada. What a mistake that was! I came to these guys to see if they could install the stereo since car toys couldnt, and they did such an amazing job! The install was super clean and they answered every question I had about the stereo and the process. They even priced everything fairly. 100% will come back to this business if I ever need anything else again.

I went in to get a sub system and new headlights/tail lights for my 04 Dodge Ram. Loved the experience. Cleo was always with the jokes and having a good time. They got it done in a very timely manner with everything they had going on and treated me like family. I had to go back a couple of times to have the lights adjusted and one fixed but no one is perfect. Each time I came in for an adjustment, they put me right at the front of the line. I will always use super sound for all my upgrades. My new subs sound amazing too!

Cartoys was booked so I decided to give them a try a couple months ago. After they installed my aftermarket radio....when starting my car I have to immediately turn the volume down cause it is so loud. Another radio shop I frequent and should have went to in the beginning said they cut something that was unnecessary if it does that. Also the installation kit I provided has everything for the monochrome (factory reverse screen) to still show my climate control, and etc. This shop is just there to make a buck....I would not recommend them at all for radio installation.

Excellent group of guys over at Super Sound and Security! Had to get two windows retinted on my Mustang, and they did it quickly and at a great price. Quality is amazing, and you could tell they care about what they do. They also spent a long time chatting with my Dad about options for his car, and were very patient and helpful in explaining options. We will be back!

Went in with a brake light out of my car. I was expecting at least a $50 fix if not more. One of the men in the front took care of me right away. Turns out it was just one cheap little bulb that needed replaced. He got me a new one right away and fixed it instantly. I was ready to get back inside and pay, and he said not to worry about it. Just to come back and do business with them. I definitely will and will definitely recommend to others! Amazing people.

Great working crew this place has good customer service answered all my questions before I got my windows tinted They provide a lot of other services such as bed liner installations, remote key start installations, stereos, security, and all kinds of truck accessories. If they dont have what you want,... they can get it. I went in to get my windows tinted and they did everything within an hour. I had the windows on a Ford F150 pick up truck tinted. They did a fantastic job. Great crew. They had me in-and-out with a life-time guarantee. Of course you pay a little extra for that but worth it. They even had a few stools and table to sit at while waiting. I highly recommend these guys. Super Sound and Security.

Did a great job tinting our camper van windows. The heat shield makes a big difference. Got it done fast once we finally connected. A bit of communication difficulties... probably largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Not impressed with any aspect of this company. Stopped in one day after visiting Car Toys next door. Worked out a deal with Basil for a radio and install. He told me that radio would take a couple of days to come in from his supplier but that they did have it in stock. Told him to order it and the required components. Three days later I hadn’t heard anything so I called Basil to check on the status of the order. When he answered it took him a minute to remember who I was, which left me with an uneasy feeling. He did not have an update for me and I requested an update the next day. 48 hours later I still did not have an update from Basil, so I called the store. Basil answered and again it seemed like he didn’t remember me. After I reminded him of the information, dates, pricing, etc he “remembered”. He checked his emails and gave me an estimated delivery date that was 7 days away. Never got a follow up and I, the customer, had to chase down a salesperson to find out this information. Pretty disappointing. Basil did offer to sell me a display unit for a discounted price but if I wanted a used radio I would have checked Craigslist or FB Marketplace.Bottom line, Basil lost my trust, my respect, and my business. I never felt that my business was important and that I was even remembered.I found the radio package I was after at two different companies for less money and with available next day install appointments.Basil could have saved this situation but he instead seemed to be bothered by it.Maybe I just expect too much out of sales people but, then again, it is my money and my vehicle...I’d avoid this place if I were you. Read the reviews on Google and FB.

Fast talking and non delivering business. It is right next door to a car toys, and I tried to give the small business my money and paid the price. Went there to get lights, spent over 600$ and I am still not whole. Went back up there 3 times still not resolved, and they acted like they where doing me a favor trying to fix the cheaply made over priced garbage they sell. Once my went up there to get a refund, the manager or owner told me he would make it right, he would put a toggle switch in, look at my amp he would make it right. He did NONE of those things and when I asked him he just said he forgot, to make it worse my lights still dont work right, I will continue to support small business but I will never spend another dime in that establishment. Buyer beware! It seems to me that if you are fixing a problem not the fault of the customer thats already paid they should be at the front of the line I have to wait for you to finish whatever you were doing especially when youve been there three times already.

Got our windows tinted and LED lights installed. When we got home we noticed a long scratch in the paint on the wheel well of our dually. We had already left and two days had pasted so we knew we couldn’t ask them about it. The truck was brand new!!! Next time we’ll do a complete walk around before we leave!!! 🤬

Look everyone reading these reviews the good ones and bad ones.. As you can see all the bad review given are from people that seem to always complain.. I myself have spent thousands of dollars in different audio stores from Car toys to their family owned ones. And after many trips to see the owner from this store I decided to let him and his crew work on my 2019 truck. I don’t give many reviews because I don’t even find the bad places worthy of my time to review. But with that been said if you want the honest truth no sugar coating Come see Cleo and his crew.. I spent a few hrs there listening to them talk. After hearing everything and with my experience of multiple sound system installations I knew they didn’t just talk a big game he actually knew his Stuff!! Some people might not like his writing skills or his way of talking but I say this from my experience if you get your feelings hurt from his way of being honest. Then go where they will just agree with you and you still end up being unhappy!! The owner on my multiple visits said nope not enough power wrong amp wrong subs.. Then I was like ok I’ll test them to see what he sales me he did t sale me anything but instead showed me how to fix my issue I had.. A normal place would charge 45-65 dollars he did fast and Free. So a few months later I updated my system again and he told me what I needed and sold me my amp but he didn’t push the amp he suggested. And even stayed late to install my system with his tech. And did the finishing sound check himself!! This all started back in 2018 with 2019 truck! They keep it real and blunt and don’t offend him buy shopping his stuff on amazon because when you buy it and it doesn’t work it’s not his fault!! Cleo and crew thank you! And I look forward to my next upgrade in a few months!!

Purchased a pioneer unit for a 2012 mazda mx5. Specifically stating I need a unit to work with Andriod. I have had numerous issues and they have not been addressed.A flash update doesnt fix everything! I want this unit fixed or replaced with something that works! These issues have been going on since January. Not a satisfied customer at the moment.

I had two running boards installed on my 2019 F-150 the boards were nicely done and professionally installed I was very pleased with their work these people are experts, I will return there to have more stuff done on my truck I would recommend this place to anyone .

Terrible customer service dropped my vehicle off there at 10 to get remote start installed was told it would take 4 hours at 4 I show up and my car is still sitting in the parking lot oh and I almost forgot I called them at 2 and they said theyre going to be putting it in there in a minute car toys was the same price right next door much better service

What happened to Cleo???I’ve been doing business at this same location with Cleo for years and have always left happy, and excited to come back for more.Unfortunately it seems that Clea is no longer there from what I was told when I got my wife’s truck tinted. The manager on duty was very rude, and acted annoyed that I wanted my windows tinted. The tint job is terrible. Bubbles all over, crooked lines from cutting. I was going to bring back to have fixed but I’ll never return to this location as long as Cleo is gone.

Came in at 2 to have two speakers replaced. Boss man said it would be 30 minutes. 2 and a half hours later here comes my car. When I asked what was taking so long the man said I wasnt the only one in there and proceeded to raise his voice at me. Will NEVER be returning. Would NEVER recommend.

Everything is going to be warranty and hooked up the right way, they wont just sell you anything. You get what your looking for.

Didnt return my messages, even when a contact message sent directly from their website using their messaging system (which states the message goes to 3 locations). Message that explicitly stated I want xyz done, how soon can I do that?. No response, for over a week. I see the day after I post a review here I finally get a response. Ok Ill bite. You dont ever make appointments, okay great, a live person on the phone saying come in anytime no appt. necessary would go a long way. Sorry to hear the phone company has messed up your phones for over a week. They seem to be keeping you from talking to any customers. Id be mad if my business couldnt make or take calls. If all of these strange quirks conspired to somehow ghost my messages and calls I apologize. My gut says the Google notification saying a negative review was posted was the first youd ever paid this customer the slightest attention. *** edited. In all fairness I changed to a 3 star from an initial 1 star. Im not sure If they do good work, I never found out. Maybe you can. I hope all problems are resolved with the business phones & website and wish them and any customers luck. At least I finally got a response. I was having some major issues with my sound system because I was having subs blow and I couldnt find out why so I took it to this place and found out that my amp was over powering my subs and got a good recommendation on what subs I really needed for the amp that I have. Since I was having so much problems with it they even called me the next day after the install to make sure everything was still working correctly and I liked that. Ill be going back to get my 79 nova done in the future.

Well......I was on my home to hook up my boat and take it the Greenville location to have the windows tinted and get a new stereo system. BUT.....after reading how the owner responds online to his not so happy customers (very argumentative, insulting and we didnt do it/not our fault attitude). It all reads as very childish and not professional at all, even the spelling and grammar is horrible. I can only imagine what will happen in person if things do not go well.My personal experience: I previously stopped in to check out the shop and store....not impressed at all. Smells like cigarettes BAD!! In the customer area...too. Heard LOTS of foul language as they talk to each other in general. NO WAY would I be comfortable with letting my wife, daughter or grandaughters go in their store without me.I was already hesitant to spending my money in their store for reasons listed above. After reading how they tend to respond to their clients and manage complaints....NOPE...not going there. Ill find another service and equipment provider. Shouldnt be hard to top this rebel outfit.

I have dealt with Cleo, Will and the rest of the crew here. They have always done me right and I have never had any issues with the multiple services they have done.I will say that in this line of work it is very hard at times to get some vehicles to adapt to the changes that a customer might want. So my advice is to buy everything from them in order to get the full service guarantee for the gear and work done. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know about sss.

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else at all.The people that seem to complain appear to be employees at competitors that are upset that Super Sound is taking their customers with their superior service, or theyre simply people that you just cant make happy under any circumstances.

Cleo never dissapoints. Me and my wife had a dash cam installed in our 2019 accord on saturday he had us in and out in under 2 hours while he was busy with other customers. The install was flawless like all of his other installs hes done for me. I even contacted him today sunday 9-8-19 outside of his business hours about my amp clipping in my truck and he walked me through troubleshooting it and let me to a bad connection with the inline fuse from the battery to the amp, all this while he was busy watching the cowboys play. He will always have me as a customer because he is just as loyal to you as you are to him.

I’ve used this business three times. Once at the Rockwall location and twice in Greenville. But unfortunately on the third visit to get my mothers traverse tinted, the job was not well done. Scratches on the dash, scratches in the tint itself. So we just asked them to redo it. But the owner wanted to argue that it was in our heads and that nothing was wrong. Just a simple “I’m sorry we will fix it” would’ve worked. Lack of customer appreciation and service.

Ive been doing business which these guys since they first opened up shop here in Greenville tx and not once have they ever let me down nor let me leave their shop unsatisfied with their work. Any thing from just a replacement light bulb to hitches, light bars, full audio system, car alarms, lift kits, window tint and much more..... these guys got you covered!! And the work is always very clean and professional. I trust these guys with anything automotive/accessory that I could ever imagine... so if your thinking about accessorizeing your ride big or small these are your guys for the job!!!!

I had a problem with car alarm horn....so I took it to them and all was wrong was a loose ground wire..I offered to pay them something for their time ...but they said it was a small job..no charge...so this company is always on my best list. Good People and customer service.

Worst place ever.... Do not take your car here... Unless you want to be screwed out of your money... Took my car here to get new headlights in and turns out the headlights didnt fit which wasnt a problem we asked for them to put my old headlights back in but come to find out they didnt even connect them right and they broke wires and the connectors so I was stuck with no headlights... And nobody told us about the connectors they cracked and decided to zip tie back together (like that really holds it in place).... If you really like your car dont take it here... They will screw up things and not even tell you about it until you get home and realize it yourself... They just want your money.

I recently had my windows tinted here and Moe was my salesman. During the selling process Moe was attentive and helpful. I purchased their $269.00 lifetime warranty 3M tint for my Ford F-150. The job was completed within an hour. Upon the return of my vehicle I noticed some sort of staining around my headliner right where it meets the back window. I brought this to the attention of Moe and he asked his installer about it and he said it was already like that I touched the stained area and it was wet so Moe said let it dry and it will go away. Well after a couple of days the stain didnt go away. So I returned to the shop and Moe said he would fix it for $100 I did not accept his offer. A few days later I noticed that the tint on my passenger side window was peeling off and I started inspecting the other Windows and noticed that the back window had bubbles in it. I took the truck back to Moe and he said bring it back tomorrow. Next day I called and made a 1:30 appointment to have my windows redone. When I get there I was ignored at first and finally Moe said we will get to you in a few minutes and he and two other guys go into the office and start eating hot wings. My windows did get redone. However my headliner is still stained and it cannot be cleaned. I feel screwed over and will never return here.

Bought a JVC deck from the Greenville store and couldnt be happier with my purchase. The guys at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was fast and done while I waited. I would definitely recommend SSS. Thanks again and I will be back!

Epically bad customer service! I have called these guys 4 times asking about certain things I wanted for my car, each time they said they were out and would call me back. Well they never called me back after 4 attempts! Two is bad enough. Although they haven’t done work for me, I’ll never know how good or bad it was because I’m not worth their time so I believe they deserve a bad review.

Recently they hooked up my wife and I’s new vehicles (and my wife, being a little difficult- decided she wanted the entire system reengineered - subs changed box changed etc - and they bent over backwards to make her happy!!! Happy wife happy LIFE)... dropping my dream truck off on Monday for a Rough Country 7.5 in lift with upgraded shocks and struts and 35” nitros - I already know what they can do when it comes to sound cant even imagine how blown away I’ll be with the lift!!!!
