Diane was incredible to work with and really listened to what I was looking for without getting distracted by my mum’s excitement for all the beautiful gowns that weren’t really what I was wanting. She was patient, provided quick thinking and problem solving for my 2 month out date, and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Diane was AWESOME. I must admit—I am a bit of a procrastinator and waited until just two months before my wedding to shop for a dress. I called lots of places and a lot of them said they couldn’t even help me because it was too short of a time frame, or would have to charge a lot extra to get it in time. But not Diane! She helped me find the most perfect dress, and got it to me just in time! When it came to trying on dresses, Diane listened to all my concerns and insecurities about certain parts of my body that I didn’t want to accentuate, and helped me find dresses to try on that felt comfortable and made me feel beautiful. She has a GREAT eye too—she pulled a dress from the rack that I probably would have passed by & not even considered, and said “I know this isn’t exactly what you had in mind, but I think it could be really great on you.” It ended up being so beautiful and perfect and flattering to my figure, but there was one tiny aspect of it that I wasn’t 100% happy with—I wanted sleeves. Diane quickly said, “We can order sleeves and get them added on!” She even used some fabric to help me imagine how it would look, and it was PERFECT. Thanks to Diane, I got to say yes to the dress of my dreams! I am SO happy with my beautiful dress and the experience I had at Maci Marie! Diane is amazing, sweet and so fun. It was my daughters first time trying on wedding dresses and the experience couldnt have been better. She was patient with ALL of our questions. Diane pulled styles of dresses for my daughter that neither of us would have chosen and they looked great! The best experience for a very nervous bride to be.

I got my dress here and the ladies were so nice! I came in first as a walk in and besides turning me away like others would, they helped me with dresses and still showed me and let me try them on. I called the next time and made an actual appointment to narrow it down. I said yes to the dress! I love my dress and very thankful for their help.They have new dresses and had plenty to choose from if you want to buy off rack. They have plus size options more than most places. They’re affordable and really care about you.

Diane and Landry were AMAZING at curating a rack of dresses for me based on the features I described that I wanted and a few pictures. Almost EVERY dress was a favorite and looked amazing on me. Although I ended up choosing a dress elsewhere I had a good experience here. This shop had no one else in it but me and my guests so it felt very private and personalized. Throughout the try-ons they would adorn me with accessories to show me what it could look like, adding a veil, crown or floral straps to a strapless gown. With my wedding 2.5 months away Diane was straightforward about my options to get a gown in time and was willing to track timelines for whichever gown I chose.This was my second bridal boutique experience. It was quite different than the first; we did not look through the racks of dresses ourselves (which was fine since they picked such great options!), until the end when I asked to see the advertised sale, off-rack selection. That was the first time in the experience I didnt feel as welcome but maybe that was my perception and not the case. The shop was pretty hot so I was getting overheated and started sweating too. Turning down the air would definitely help the brides! :) I would definitely recommend you make an appt here before choosing your dress. Great selection and expertise!

Diane is the best! She went above and beyond and had great professional advice. She knows her dresses well and made the perfect recommendation. I couldnt be happier with the dress, the reasonable price and the overall experience.

Cannot recommend this place enough. It was the most wonderful experience I could have ever dreamed of. Diane was such a blessing. I went in not really having any idea of what I wanted in a wedding dress. I told her what I kinda liked and she immediate knew what to put me in. Every dress I tried on I LOVED. It was my very first bridal boutique to try and my very first time trying on dresses, and I walked out of there with the most perfect dress ordered. She knew exactly what I needed, what would look best with my figure, and she made it very personal. She took time to listen to my story and all about my wedding and picked the perfect dress according to what she thought would match my dream. VERY wonderful and personal staff. They were all so sweet and really invested in finding YOUR perfect dress. I will be sending literally everyone their direction!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this place. I walked in on my first day of dress shopping, so I didn’t know what to expect. Diane spent hours with me, helping me find a dress that fit me and my personal style. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The cost of the dresses are very affordable too! I could not recommend Maci Marie Bridal enough.

My fiancé had been working with this business for all of her wedding dress needs. Initially she was very excited and the staff were very accommodating. Once the transaction was made and the sale was done the service completely went down hill. All I would hear was her complaints when dealing with staff. This has been by far the worst experience of our wedding planning process.If you come here, especially from out of state, be aware there are no exchanges and no refunds. So if the service is poor after you complete the transaction you are stuck there, for better or worse.

My sister bought her dress there and at first it was great (she even left a stellar review). After the initial transaction she was miserable. Service totally went down hill. Save your time and explore your options. Dallas is a big town, explore your options before wasting your time with someone who doesn’t value you and is only interested in your money.

This place was an absolute dream! The set up is very intimate, not a ton of crazy families running around like a Davids bridal. Diane took a quick look at me and pulled out perfect dress after perfect dress until I found THE one, which i thought was going to way out of my price range but I didnt care because I had to have the dress. Pleasantly surprised to find out that the dress came in UNDER budget. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am beyond blessed to have found Maci Marie Bridal! Diane and Barbara were very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I came in with my mom and youngest sister to shop for the perfect dress. My wedding is only 4 months away and I absolutely dread trying on dresses.. They changed my mind from the get-go! I have body dysmorphia and both ladies made me feel so beautiful. I fell in LOVE with the first dress Barbara put me in, and then I tried on 5 others, but the 1st dress stole my heart! I bought it then and there, along with the perfect accessories. I couldn’t give this store a more wonderful and deserving review! They deserve 10 stars!! With my wedding about a month away I have been feeling the pressure of finding a dress I love. I was starting to think I would just settle for something online until I walked in here and met Diane. She is incredibly talented and superb at what she does. After 2 hours and 10 dresses and ideas later I still just was on the fence and was going to go with one of them. Then she brought out the one for me and I bought it right there. I didn’t even want to take it off, it’s soooo perfect!! She went above and beyond helping me look online and call vendors and after all that she found this. I was way under budget and I am over the moon about this dress!! Thank you so much for making my day and my dream of a beautiful wedding dress come true!!!

I don’t even know what to say. Diane literally went out of her way to make me feel beautiful. I was alone shopping for the most part. Combine that with being indecisive and you have a very stressful situation. To top it off I didn’t realize how soon you’re suppose to pick out your dress!! Diane moved mountains to get me my dream dress. She didn’t get irritated with me the three times I went she was patient and caring. She saw me stressing and not able to decide and made it very simple in the end. She has an amazing eye and showed me the most perfect dress for my Hawaii wedding! WOW. I was recently remarried and my blushing bride used Maci Marie as her boutique. They were able to meet her ever wish in her dress and when she walked down the aisle in our small, COVID-safe wedding, I could not believe I was marrying such an angel. I visited several bridal shops before this one, but I had the best experience at Maci Marie by far! The very first dress she put me in was the one I got! The owner has a great eye and you can tell she has a lot of experience. She’s great at what she does. 10/10 recommend!

There is an amazing selection of weddings dresses but if customer service is important don’t make an appointment. The owner Diane is super knowledgable but is catty. Me and my sister-in-law traveled from out of state to look for wedding dresses and heard about this place and were super excited. We came in super excited and she got Diane who helped immensely find her wedding dress but the other employee (at the time) was new and was struggling with find a dress for me. Eventually we both did find our perfect dress and were in love.When we called to try and set up an appointment to pick up our dress since we are from out of state Diane seemed overwhelmed over the phone and non caring about any of our needs. I thought maybe it was bad timing but after making my appointment, she called me a week later to re set my appointment with very little memory that I already had made an appointment. She was only accepting that we could come in before any new bridal appointment and was not flexible at all with our schedule to be able to pick up our dress. Again I left it as possibly bad timing and new employees.When we arrived, we were running late because we had just arrived from out of state and I felt we had to call to give a heads up we were running late. Diane picked up the phone and again did not care at all about our schedule and sounded very annoyed about our possible change so my aunt dropped us off. We were approximately 5 minutes late and were told to wait while Diane gossiped with her now new employee while we sat on the couch. My aunt had to drop off my fiancé at home and come back so we wanted to stay in our dresses until she arrived and Diane seemed and acted annoyed with us. The employee was super helpful and appeared genuine in her comments. My aunt arrived with in 20 minutes and we wanted to try on the veil but Diane just placed it on without care and wanted to focus on her new collection show casing. We left as soon as we could to get out of the environment but are super happy with the dress itself.******* *******Since I can’t find a way to respond to you, ma’am it’s simply not my job to make sure you give quality service. My review is honest opinion of your service and I hope no other customer feels the way we did with you afterwards.You did not give us any commodity after we bought our dresses. We heard the comments from your Instagram shoot about how we were in the mirror. We were in your shop maximum of 30 minutes if that. I told you multiple times over the phone how important the fitting was to schedule since we both had to take off from work and school to fly out. Whether you heard or cared is not my fault as we addressed this every time we spoke. It’s important to take care of your clients even after they buy the dress because that’s where you can tell someone who cares about their customers and appreciates the sales.

Diane was very helpful, it was my first time looking for a wedding gown and didn’t know where to start but it was a great experience. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and is willing to work in order to find you the perfect dress! Would definitely recommend to anybody

Maci Mari Bridal was the dream bridal gown shopping experience. Diane was so wonderful and patient with me. She pulled dresses for me as well as let me look and pull anything I wanted to try on. There was no pressure to buy and she gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. I would absolutely recommend going in to see her for any of your bridal apparel needs!

We were taking our future sister in law to look at bridal gowns, and decided to check out Maci Marie Bridal before heading all the way out to the bridal shops in Dallas. She had been feeling overwhelmed and worried about finding the dress of her dreams that would still fit her small budget. We honestly weren’t expecting to find much at Maci Marie since we hadn’t heard of it before, but we decided to take a chance. We were all so pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful selection of gowns, which you can order new or buy off the rack! The owner, Diane, was so sweet, and so knowledgeable. Not only does she know what shapes and styles work best for all body types, but she knows her own stock and was able to pull a dress that we had all overlooked - and it turned out to be THE ONE! We seriously can’t say enough about Diane and her shop, it was just such a wonderful experience from start to finish!
