Plumbing Parts Plus has given us a lot of free advice. We are homeowners who can DIY some jobs, but we hire professional plumbers for most projects. Two years ago, we purchased two toilets from PPP at competitive prices. At the start of the pandemic shut-down in 2020, they helped us to select and buy the parts needed to install a vintage (1915) bathroom sink. This year (2021), they gave us estimates on several kitchen sinks and sold us the cartridges for an obscure Italian kitchen faucet fixture. We are grateful for their expertise!

Nice people, they will really help you to get what you want! Brad helped me to put order together for our shower, it is was rushed job but he worked to keep the project going!

Took a while for them to answer, when they did and I explained my problem (leaking cartridge on Grohe kitchen faucet, would like to order replacement) - I could barely understand Sebastian, who first said I had to bring it in, then agreed to look at a photo but had no idea when he would get back to me, then wouldnt spell his name so I could get the email address right. Rude - I dont recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff here. Theyve helped us shop for bath fixtures and theyve gotten me out of a couple of jams while doing my own plumbing repairs. They are also configured now for a safe shopping experience which I prefer compared to a large hardware or homey D store.

This place packs a lot of bang for your buck into a small store. It is not quite a showroom in the sense that they do not have cohesive looks on display. They do have tons of items individually on display that give you a lot to look at. Most of the stuff needs to be ordered, but it is a great place with friendly staff who all seemed ready to help out anytime you need it!

Great place!!! Quick and efficient service. I was worried going into the location if they will find the replacement parts and I was assisted and saved hundreds of dollars by repairing my own shower kit. Strongly recommend!!!

Less choices than I expected, and delivery of parts slower than on internet

My go to plumbing and renovation shop for 15 years. Many of the employees are plumbers. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. PPP carries both expensive and value products, but all are of high quality. The employees have an opinion and a range of suggestions on the quality and durability of all their products.Theyve given me so many cost saving and design improvement suggestions. Skip the big box stores and give a wonderful local company your business.

As a contractor I go to PPP for my plumbing needs.The sales force is knowledgeable on plumbing parts and has a nice showroom to send customers to for ideas!!

I needed an odd ball o ring and they had just the one! Even helped me understand o ring sizes to pick the right one. Make sure you bring the old o ring!

Ive been using this shop for 20 years. I hadnt been there in awhile and was just so pleased again when visiting yesterday. Same staff. Great service. Knowledge and advice given was much appreciated. Costs were reasonable as the inexpensive, moderate and expensive models were available in all categories. Again, I appreciate this!

Helpful counter guys always know exactly what you have and need. Today my counter guy went the extra mile to set up my faucet cartridge replacements for hot and cold.

I went to Plumbing Parts Plus to select a sink top, and faucet, towel bar, etc. accessories for my new bathroom. Pat Regan was very helpful,spending over an hour with me looking at all the options. He was knowledgeable about all the products, had good suggestions, and wrote up a complete list of all the items I looked at with the prices, so that I could decide. Plumbing Parts Plus is the place for homeowners and contractors to get more knowledgeable help and better products than what the home centers offer. They have helped me remodel many kitchens and bathrooms over the last twenty years or so.

Jim and his team at PP+ are terrific. Great service & selection of top brands, hands-on advice and superb execution and follow through. We did 3 full baths a new kitchen and a few add-ons, like whole house filter system. They coordinated everything with my GC and kept us informed throughout. From a replacement faucet to a full renovation, youre missing out if you go anywhere else. They are competitive on pricing too. They could be the only artisans on the parts supply side left in area.

Perfect combination of the right parts and the solid advise to work through your plumbing situation. Forget the clowns at the big box stores.

We remodeled our entire bathroom and have bought a number of fixtures at Plumbing Parts Plus over the years. I depend on these guys to provide top quality products and service. The price is the same or maybe a little higher than the internet or Home Depot, but you will get the right part and it will not break when you use it.

We have used Plumbing Parts Plus for years and have now remodeled two bathrooms, and built a third into a finished basement. Naturally that required many trips to PPP to gather ideas, see fixtures, and discuss options. After meeting most of the sales staff, we found Carl to be especially helpful. He took an active interest in us and our projects. His knowledge of plumbing products was of great help in successfully completing the renovations. We are looking forward to another project so we can enjoy another visit to the PPP showroom.
