Great customer service, even the manager asked if I was being helped and offered his help. Came in for a quart of oil and left with an oil change combo, I found my new favorite auto part store, phone is incorrect on search engines.
Its ok needs chairs outside to wait because of covid19.
I will not be visiting the location again. Worst customer service. The first time I’ve ordered and paid ahead of time but when I came to pick up my part they said they could not hand it to me because their computer system was down, even though I could show them the field order and they had already picked the parts and set them on a shelf. Second experience waited outside for 15 minutes because they will only allow one customer at a time to go inside. I tried to call to see if an employee could just carry my battery outside that I had already paid for online. The number on the website/Google is disconnected. Poorly run business

Fast and friendly service and had all the parts I needed.
I was looking for spark plugs via the web and was able to purchase them online and saved 20% with a promo code. I ran into an inaccurate inventory issue when I first arrived but they did find the correct plugs and I was out in a total of just about 15 minutes.
