First time ever doing BAB, purchased this for my youngest sons birthday. Before the year is over all my kids will have them lol. The employees were very knowledgeable about the process and answer all questions...

Tried several times to reach someone to ask if the B-A-B hospital is open and even though it says theyre open, no one answers. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish theyd answer the phone.

Took the grandkids here. They loved it! Great selections and overall super fun experience.

Wonderful selection with a diverse customer focused child friendly staff!Definite masks, nitrile gloves & hand sanitizer as well as plexiglass partitions for staff AND customers.A little pricey yet still affordable & with a little pre-planning, a fun little store for families & kids of all ages to enjoy! :)

Super friendly staff and environment.Prices range. You can sometimes catch clearance bears. Or some simple ones for only 20.Bears are a good price for the sturdy material their made from.But expect to really spend some cash when getting outfits.Luckily my children dont care for them. 👍

Nice place for a birthday bear! My kid doesnt sit still and the woman stuffing my daughters bear is trying to upsell while Im trying to keep her in one spot. Not the time lady, move along.

My kids love this store, they have been so great they didnt have the animal my son wanted and they called other stores and found him one! The asst. Manager is amazing!

Nice experience for the kids. I think the bears are much more reasonably priced nowadays. But... the carpet is disgusting. Theres a huge stain right next to the bear stuffing station and its really hard if you have young kids who like to sit on the floor to avoid that spot. For a large chain you should be able to pull up that nasty carpet and at least put down some cheap laminate that can be sanitized regularly.

I went there ALL the time when I was eight years old. Some of my fondest memories were of going to Build-A-Bear with my mother when I was just a little girl, the store employees were always so cheerful and always made sure I was happy. Even if I got there in a gloomy mood due to whatever reason, I was all smiles within minutes. I havent been to one in fifteen years but went recently to buy an Eevee and it hasnt changed one bit. The employees were so so SO nice, and talkative and happy. Really put me in a great mood. In a world where so much changes when your an adult, Im glad to see Build-A-Bear is still able to do what it did for me - make wonderful memories for children all over. Im very happy with my purchase.
