I was putting in a new battery to my Iphone 6s. I had and epic failure. Screws fell away and disappeared on the floor. I brought it in a 900am. Sunday going on vacation. I needed that phone. 943 am. Success. Very helpful staff and reassuring.

I want to give a shout out to Joe & Nick at the Rockford location. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. We asked about a cell phone battery, as my sisters phone was dead. Wouldnt charge or turn on. They helped install the SD card from the old phone into the new phone. We were able to retrieve all the photos & videos. Very happy with the customer service! Apologies, my details didnt post.I went in to have my batteries replaced for my keyfobs, after trying several times, my car was not responding & I was told both fobs needed to be reprogrammed & was referred to the dealer.Once I got the car to the dealer, it turned out that your technician was putting the batteries in incorrectly...normally, Id find it humorous, but between Covid/social distancing & taking time off work to take my car in, this time, I did not.

They are very efficient. I have had my screen repaired twice and new batteries in 2 different phone. Fair price and great work. Always friendly.

I’ve been to the Rockford on Perryville location twice this week. The store is easy to find and very well put together. Once to get new batteries in my car remotes and once to have a new car battery installed. Nick helped me both times; he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gets you in and out as quickly as he can without sacrificing customer service. I highly recommend the Perryville location and when you visit ask for Nick!

Brought my watch in to have the battery replaced. After the employee took the watch from me, he returned the watch to me and stated he didn’t have the tool needed to open this watch and suggested I go to a jeweler. When I returned to my car I inspected the back of my watch and found the employee had not only scratched up the back of the watch but chewed up two of the teeth used for opening the back of the watch by using an incorrect tool or using a correct tool incorrectly. (He never admitted to having done this which is the most frustrating thing about this). I walked back in to the store and brought this up to the employee in question. He immediately walked away and stated it was busy and he needed to take care of other customers first (never mind that I just spent 20 minutes in line waiting for my watch to get destroyed). So after waiting for every other customer to leave the store again I was told by this employee that he used the correct tool and that even a jeweler would have scratched my watch up but the jeweler would “buff it out” on the spot. The employee then said “we are a battery store that happens to do watches,” as in I set my expectations too high by coming in and expecting to have my watch serviced and not damaged at the same time.Well I went to the jeweler and had the battery replaced in about 2 minutes with no additional scratches added. Sadly the scratches caused by the batteries plus employee were not repaired. Save your things and don’t trust them to this company. Thanks Batteries +!!!

Beware of cost for battery replacement in key fobs. 2 fobs $2 batteries $24.00 for less than an minute to install (rip off) Ask up front, I made the mistake of trusting a fair cost. VW dealer accross the street will do it for free if you bring in the battery and they are very well trained.

Very bad service I had a Duracell battery that came in my car the battery lasted 10yrs so when it went out u went to battery plus and order the same exact battery that came in my car brand new I had battery problems with the battery that I brought from battery plus right away I took that battery back to there store 3 or 4 times only for them to tell me the battery is fine had it tested at auto zone they told me battery low on charge they had me bring battery back out to battery plus to only tell me my battery again is fine and here we are I called and they telling me my warranty has expired I will never buy anything from this company again and my brother is having pro5 problems out of a battery he brother there to I did call they told me since the warranty was up in March 21 or 23 I would just have to purchase a new battery smh

I have 2 Quantum Turbo battery packs that serve as flash power sources for my photography business. I needed to replace the battery component within the units after years of use. I worked with a fellow named Mitch. He was fantastic in responding to my needs. He patiently disassembled both the units and replaced the batteries. The new battery price was far more competitive than online repair and replacement centers. From now on Batteries Plus will become my source of any battery needs. They are professional and very helpful to customer needs.

I purchased a battery here about 10 months ago. About a month ago I started having problems with the battery dying. Today, I tested my battery at Advance, and they said it needed to be replaced. I went from there to Batteries Plus and they performed a test of the battery. The gentleman originally said that the battery tested fine, but later said that the battery is not fully charged, which results in inaccurate testing. He stated they would need to do a trickle charge on the battery, and it would require them to have the battery for 24 hours. I asked if they had a loaner battery, and they said that I could purchase a battery, and receive credit for the faulty battery when it fails the test. In the event that it does not fail the test, then I am the proud owner of two batteries. Personally, I feel like theyre trying just trying to get me to spend another $150 on a battery that I dont need - because they should honor the warranty on the battery.I will not be purchasing anything from the batteries plus in the Rockford area again. Stay away. Stay very far away.

Got replacement Duracell batteries for my wifes and my car, and the price was at least $10 lower than anywhere else, including Sams Club. Plus, I had an Internet coupon for 10% off, which they honored for both.And, they even installed the one in my car while I was there for free. Tech was very careful, even spraying the terminals to prevent corrosion. Install was done in about 5 minutes. Id go back! No complaints. Ive rarely gone there for batteries in the past, because they were very expensive. But now, it looks like theyre trying to be competitive.

I paid $155 for my iPhone 6s plus screen to be repaired and a tempered glass protector to be put on and NOT even 24 hours later my keys hit my phone and shattered my screen and they refuse to replace it for free. It was obviously the integrity of the glass that failed. I dont NOT recommend going there for phone screen replacement.

Bought an AGM battery to run my trolling motor. Called around to the auto parts stores and Farm and Fleet - none of the employees I talked to knew what an AGM battery was. Called Batteries Plus, talked to Tim. He was very knowledgeable guided me to the Duracell Platinum. Bought online using a discount coupon and picked up at the Perryville store about an hour later. The young man working the counter offered to go to my car to get the old battery I was using in lieu of the core charge. Very helpful, he even put the new battery in my battery box and carried that one to the car. I purchased one of these a couple of years ago for my RV and have been very happy - I fully expect this one to perform well too.

Avoid getting your watch battery replaced here. I saw the sign for $5.99 so I thought I check it out, so in under a minute they had the watch battery out and unfortunately they didnt have the battery in stock so they gave it back to me. As I put my watch back on, the crown fell off from my watch, and I told the person that disassembled my watch about the issue. The guy stated that he received the watch in the same condition, as I clearly remember when I walked in the store my watch was in perfect condition, except for the battery working. All in all, I left frustrated and with a broken watch so try and go to a jeweler to get your watch battery replaced.

Needed a piece to screw in a larger bulb on a floor lamp. They brought it in for me, tested it, and i was out the door in 5 minutes!

Needed to replace battery in auto key fob. After handing fob to tech I could tell he didnt know how to open it, so I took it back & opened it for him. The unit took a standard CR2032 button battery & after the tech installed the battery he handed the fob back to me, I set the battery into the recess & re-installed the cover. Thought the price was pretty high ($7.99 plus tax), but assumed it was because it was a lithium battery & the car in question is a BMW. Only after I get home do I notice on the receipt that I was charged for installation of the battery. Called & was told that I probably shouldnt have been charged for installation, but not much that could be done now. Really?

SPENT $34 ON 2 BATTERIES FOR MY DOGS COLLAR, DEAD IN 6 WEEKS. SUPPOSED TO BE LITHIUM BATTERIES AND THE MGR TOLD ME THEY PACKAGE THEM IN-STORE. I THINK THEY ARE THE CHEAP BATTERIES AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR LITHIUM.
