Best place for an oil change other than your trusted mechanic. All those quick places are not the place you should go!

They couldn’t find the leak in my tire, so they just sprayed/patched it. I have the tire hazard protection plan. Overnight my tire went from 38 down to 10. I had to put air in it and take it to another walmart. They came out and said that I needed a whole new tire and couldn’t believe that this walmart didn’t see this issue. I could have been stuck out on the road or have lost my job last week. Thanks alot.

Oil change seems fine, but not only was my steering wheel greasy, but I have zero faith they did any of the inspections included with the price.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone, so you go there and then you stand around for 20 minutes and still get no help.

You cant do an oil change yourself for $20 these days, so its nice. Time varies, I was told an hour today. No worries, Ive heard that before and been in the car in 30 minutes. I THINK its about twice that for full synthetic.

Best customer service ever

The worst....5 hour waits for oil changes. I literally watched 3 mechanics sweep up some kind of spilled powder for 20 minutes while me and 6 other customers had been waiting for hours to get their oil changed. It took 25 minutes just to get someone to the service desk. Unless you are desperate and your engine will explode if you drive another mile without an oil change DO NOT use walmart auto care center on State st in Rockford. Even if thats the case probably better to risk the explosion

Awesome staff. Had an appointment for a new tire with belvidere Walmart. They called me 30min before my appointment to tell me tire machine had broke night before and they were sorry. Manager Michael at Rockford got me right in for a tire. Very polite and professional. Workers under him are the same. Will only go to this place for my tire needs from now on.

I stood in line for a good 20 minutes and I got to wear it was my turn all I needed was to buy a battery and change it out and they said they didnt have a screw to screw it down they could not sell me a screw to screw it down so I was like wow really after all that time waiting I cant believe they dont have screw down kits I ended up going to AutoZone where they sold me everything I needed and was very happy to assist me and maybe feel like a valued customer Walmart never makes you feel very valued sad

So I went to get an oil change, I had no problem waiting. Came back after about an hour the girl told me it was almost done. The woman who was behind me also getting an oil change was also waiting. She got her car before me, ok waited another 10 minutes and finally got my car.Went to get into my car and realized the rugs hadnt been vacuumed...... mmmm do they not do this anymore? Went back in, they were suppose to do it, the girl tells me they probably didnt do it because I have papers and stuff on my floors?? NO I DO NOT! She was surprised to see my floors free of junk. So she pops the hood because I want to know what else wasnt done considering everything on my receipt says it was ..... including vacuuming. The windshield wiper fluid wasnt filled, they tried to say it was, now the mechanic is over by my car, he said if I look down inside there was washer fluid!! I told him now I wasnt sure weather they changed the oil, he pulls out the stick and shows me there is oil..... ok so? They were not concerned what so ever!If you are selling me a package, if you are checking off that youve completed said things in package and Im paying for it ..... then you should have done it. Stop trying to scam people and stop being lazy!I wont be back for another fail - fool me once.

I keep calling and calling and calling..and noone with answer the phone. Id be happy to give more stars if someone would ANSWER THE PHONE.

The guy at the counter did not know what he was doing. He was slow and was not willing to look things up. And after he told us an hour then he said or more because we are all going to lunch. We walked out and went somewhere else.
