Not very professional.. Called before stopping in and told him what I was coming for. Went inside and he showed me a picture of part and told him I would take it. He said he would have it off tomorrow. I let him know Im from out of town and he said there was nothing he could do. I said I would come back tomorrow morning and was told not until later in the afternoon. I told him I have to pick up kids from school and he shrugged me off and said theres nothing he can do and got on the phone.

Absolutely the worst purchase experience of my life! I paid $2500 for a low miles engine back in September, well it finally arrived November 3rd. Not only was the engine well over 100k miles and sitting outside for months, but it was not even the correct engine. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures so I sent 20-30 to make sure they had whatever they needed. Waited a few days to hear back and nothing, so I finally called back and was told its the engine you ordered but you can ship it back at your own cost and then we will refund you after a 30% restocking fee! So to return the incorrect engine they shipped almost 2 months after I ordered my return would be $1400 of the $2500 and thats without me paying for shipping! On the plus side, I found out you can file small claims court online so I dont have to go to Illinois to file. Please save yourself some time, money, and stress and shop some where different if youre buying online!

UpdateThe transmission we received did not work. I send proof from the transmission shop that the item is not working. I was told refund would not be an issue once the item is returned back and to let them know when the item is ready for pick up. I had let them know 08/20/2021 the item is ready for pick up on 08/23/2021 I got a response they will set up for pick up. Today is 09/24/2021 they transmission has not been pick and no one is responding to my messages or calls.Took a while to get my order but they did refund $200 for the delay.

Purchased 2014 WRX rebuilt engine from Eduardo and his company, Engine took about 2 weeks to build as he originally stated. Relieved it 3 days later via Dayton Freight.Engine arrived no issues. Installed runs great. My core refund was processed as soon as it arrived back at their location

Purchased a new engine for my Subaru from All Auto Parts In Rockford IL back in November of 2017 and have had nothing but major issues! Valves adjusted incorrectly, piston slap when cold, slight knock in bottom end, misfires, consumes oil, leaks oil, etc! Contacted them and was instructed to bring the vehicle to their facility in order for them to confirm our diagnosis. All Auto had my vehicle in their possession for 6 weeks and tried to claim nothing was wrong because it still ran!! I decided to get the local Subaru dealer involved and guess what?? the motor was junk!! Big Surprise!! 2,500 was spent to purchase this engine and included was a 3 yr or 100,000 mile warranty. Now 4 months later i still havent received my replacement after multiple conversations and excuses, broken promises, etc...I asked to just return the engine as at this point I dont care to deal with them anymore and they are trying to charge me a 35% restocking fee! Ive been overly patient, polite, never stepped over the line or raised my voice in any of our conversations...Dont use these guys!

DO NOT DEAL WITH they are FRAUD!!! They claim to sell a rebuilt engine But the engine are USED. They spray PAINT the engine and Claim it rebuilt. Terrible experience. I paid them $1,400 for a Subaru motor that they claimed had 60k miles. Engine was full of oil sludge, full of coolant stop leak, I had to change the intake manifold and so on. They sent me Amazon head gaskets! Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from these clowns. I can’t wait for the response that says this isn’t true. I gave them 4 months to make this right.

I drove over an hour to pick it up am engine that the employee said was the exact engine as mone. Come to find it wasnt the right engine. Good thing I knew what I was looking at. One of the workers said the motor was better than the one I wanted. Went back inside and told the boss about the problem. He didnt even appologize. Not sure how this place is in business.

Asked for alternator, when picked up, it was a cross-referenced. (Amp 115 instead of 140). Brought alternator back, was able to get refunded. Excellent customer service.

Purchased a reman 2012 Impreza WRX engine very satisfied with the engine. There was no issues whatso ever. If you ask exactly what you are getting not assume what you are getting it really helps. Purchased the engine Was told 2 weeks since engines are built on order got mine within 2 weeks!! Very excited to get my car back on the road. Eddie was very helpful. Thanks again!

The worst service I’ve ever experience in business. They said pay them Friday so I can get it Saturday well now it’s Monday saying come Tuesday. They won’t call you and barely answer the phones they always have a new excuse. Over paid $290 dollars to get it next day so I can get to work and get groceries for my family.. Just a note on our experience with ALL AUTO PARTS. We purchased a Subaru 2.5L Engine from them in October of 2017 for 2150 +150 shipping because they gave a 2 year parts warranty that we wanted due to the problems these engines can have. It was to have a new crankshaft, piston, bearings, water pump, timing belt, head gaskets, etc. We have the invoice that they emailed to us stating these facts. Our experience was ok until.......7 Months & 5,000 miles later the timing belt broke and the valves got bent. Called and talked to Eddie and he said no problem he will send one right out. Two weeks later called and they said O the first one we were going to send had a problem, we got it fixed and it shipped yesterday. But he couldnt get me a tracking #. Now Carl is trying to tell me Eddie no longer works there and Mike who was supposedly the owner is not boss and you cant talk to him either. They put me on hold and then blocked my number. Tried from another number and the same thing happened. Tried from a third number and they answered and put me on hold and blocked that number. Called from a fourth number and they wouldnt answer. finally after 4 tries they said hello and hung up. I simply am asking for another engine or a refund. the car has been down a month and ............ Not angry, just struggling to forgive them. God bless your day.

Dont waste your time and money.I bought a rebuilt Subaru engine with the parts and labor warranty. It arrived and had bad head gaskets after 2000 miles. Had the engine pulled, shipped, and repaired by them due to an apparent recall on the head gaskets. I was reassured that the costs were covered by my warranty and the manufacturer of the gaskets.ALLAUTOPARTS didnt pay the bill. They started claiming there was a $500 limit on labor, that was previously undisclosed! They have since been completely unavailable and continue to hang up on me when I call. I have been nothing but calm and collected on the phone and have been treated like I stole from them.Ive spent the past few months just trying to get them to answer the phone.

UPDATE: Less than 20 minutes after posting this 100% accurate review, I was called by the shop and they told me go f**k myself for writing the bad review. Too bad, so sad were their exact words. I will begin the process of filing with the Rockford police department and small claims court tomorrow.Running a high volume shop, we mistakenly used these guys for a used transmission on an Acura MDX and then a motor on a 2009 Honda Civic. Throughout the install of the MDX transmission, I had several questions that made me wonder if the transmission they sent me was what they said it was. Throughout the install I was instructed over and over by them that it was correct and to swap over the components from the old one. They had NUMEROUS chances to tell me the transmission they sent was wrong. Only after the car was complete, did I confirm my guess that they sold me the WRONG transmission. Now, I have a used engine from these same guys in a Civic with a bad head gasket...The only thing worse than the parts theyre selling is the customer service. Ive never been told We will call you back shortly so many times only to have to start fresh the next day with whoever answers the phone. Its an awful way to do business. Theyve had about 20 positive Google reviews in the last month after years of horrible reviews sounding just like mine....my suspicion is that theyre all bogus and unverified. Weve been here 16 years and have never been treated this poorly by a parts supplier, salvage or otherwise. All told, Im probably 4-5K in the hole on just these two cars alone and they couldnt care less.

They were 45 minutes late to a scheduled appointment and when I called for the whereabouts, all I received was an attitude on the phone. I’ll be sure to inform anyone in need of car repairs or pick ups to avoid this company. If I could give it zero stars I would, but unfortunately this is the lowest I could go. I am reviewing from Ideal Auto Sales & Service in Negaunee, Michigan.We purchased a transmission from All Auto Parts for one of our customers. Within a month of installing the transmission, the customer came back to us with problems. The transmission was defective. We contacted All Auto Parts and explained the situation and they let us know they were shipping out a new transmission for us and would pay us labor for installing the new transmission. We agreed to this and did not charge our customer labor to install the 2nd transmission. After weeks of not receiving a labor credit/check, we contacted All Auto Parts again and they once again said we would receive our labor compensation. This went on for months!!! We never received any type of credit or check for labor. We contacted them weekly via telephone, email and fax and never got anything from them. After over a year of trying, we have decided to post reviews to possibly help others from running into similar problems. We are very disappointed in All Auto Parts and will not do business with them again. We were thrown around for months with false hopes of getting compensated for labor. Buyers be aware!

I called around for quotes and decided to go with All Auto Parts. I was gave them info on the car and my address and they quoted me a price and said some would be there to pick it up in an hour or hour and a half. After 2 hours, I called 3 times and nobody answered and it said the mailbox is full. After another 2 hours, I call back and get through to somebody and the lady said they dont have a tow truck to pick up my car and since it is outside city limits they cant get it. She had my information but never even called me back to let me know just had me sitting waiting for somebody to show up.

In all honesty just about the worst place I have ever had to deal with. I have never ran into a company that would try so hard to get themselves out of their own responsibilities. I purchased a motor that came from their yard and they had every excuse in the world to say they could not help me when the engine was clearly broken. *I went through the company for a motor, they attempted to stand by their warranty but charged me to fix the already damaged motor they sold me. Then I installed the motor a second time and THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. Also had to pay for the tow truck twice to get it to and from their shop, and after getting the run around for months, they yelled at me to pick up the car or they would call the cops. They didnt even look at the motor again; nothing but smoke and mirrors.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A PART FROM THEM FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP OUT THE NEXT DAY.... KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Purchased an engine 2 years ago. It dropped a valve after a year. Ive gotten 2 rebuilt engines from them since that both start having bearing failure after 30 minutes of running with brand new oil pumps. This process has taken over a year to work through, I was promised a refund, even have documentation stating they would refund, but they wont follow through on their end. They have blocked every number I try calling from. I will be taking them to court to get my money back.

I purchased a rebuilt longblock from these guys that was just laughable. They painted over greasy buildup on the edge of the head before installing it such that there was no compression (gap). Once that was fixed, I got 50 miles out of it before it began knocking (rod bearing clearance). First time I called I got someone who hung up on me after I started to ask about warranty. After 10 more tries over the course of two weeks, I was able to get them on the phone (using another line) and discuss making a warranty claim (which they vowed to honor, but itd cost me $600 in shipping, lol). In short, they were difficult to communicate with (dudes are curt, and cant enunciate well on the phone), and I lost trust in their ability to build a decent motor.Long story short, I ended up eating the labor cost, time, motor cost, and shipping costs because I couldnt afford waste any more money putting another piece of junk in the car.I think their five star reviews are from locals and friends who can walk in and talk to them. I have not had a worse purchasing experience, ever, lol.

This company does not even get one start they sent me a engine craddle 2 weeks late... they put myself and my customer in a huge bind. i asked for money back to make it right... they told me they would give me my $75.00 for shipping... i waited weeks no money comp... i called every week and got nothing and finally i got a manager he told me no no they cannot refund me anything... so i recently called because i need a tranny and they said they would give me a deal on it cuz of what happened last time and i have been waiting 2 weeks for this tranny now.. i have not seen it plus now the phone number is not accepting calls how wonderful

This is the worst yard I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a rebuild 2.5l Subaru outback engine from them 3 months ago its was bad from the start had one wrong head on it and no compression on one cylinder on the opposite side. so I shipped it back got the same engine back with the correct head on it but the cylinder was still bad. So now ive been waiting a month for a different engine called every week and they say its being shipped. come to find out these engines are not rebuilt there j-spec pull outs that they gasket slap and call them rebuilt. they use used head bolts and dont even have the heads pressure tested and fly cut. Purchased an engine over the phone from Eddie....said motor was still In truck and truck was still at auction...would be pulled from truck in 4 days and be shipped to me by 6th day. 8th day came and still no engine. I called and asked for Carl the owner and was put on hold then disconnected 6 times in 2 days on 9th day. Eddie was person placing me on hold. Each time I asked for Carl. I dont know if they even have the motor but not calling me back and disconnecting me so many times with no explanation surrounding the time frame of the motor supposed to be here is just bad business. I would not suggest anyone expect parts/engines from this business unless they went their in person. And then Id double check the part for worthiness.
