Brandon was very helpful, attentive and gracious! He made sure to let us know about all the promos currently being offered and made sure we received the best deal on our new phones! I drove 100miles to this Verizon location in hopes it was better than the location where I live! I will continue to make the drive to this location and highly recommend this location and Brandon!

Very unsatisfied with their services. This is the 2nd time Ive tried to get a phone through them and they didnt have the phone I wanted. There are 2 other Verizon authorized retailers and they didnt refer us to either one beings they didnt have our phone or check to see if they had the phone we needed. The representative that helped us needs to work on his people skills and knowledge of his products and what he has on hand. Will not be going back will travel if have to if need service again. Left without getting help and the broken phone that didnt work.

I received EXCELLENT service from the two Verizon sales associates assisting in my purchases today, both exceeding my expectations! The gentleman were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions (one of which was in training and had that not been stated, I’d have never known by the quality service!). Both associates were very friendly and took the time to ensure I received the best purchase value, leaving satisfied and receiving exactly what I needed/wanted. Even though the purchase process took quite a bit of time to complete (no fault of the associates), both gentlemen were kind, attentive and engaging making the time spent enjoyable. Both sales associates ensured my new devices were set up, all info/data completely transferred from my previous devices, and ready to use when I left the store. Today was by far one of the BEST customer services experiences I’ve had in a very long time! I wish every purchase/sales experience was as pleasant! I highly recommend other consumers/Verizon customers choose this Verizon retailer for their product/service needs. I will definitely trust this retailer the next time I make a Verizon purchase or need assistance with current devices. Great job gentleman! I had to purchase a new phone and needed to get into our account to make changes with having forgotten the account pin and my non working phone being the primary line. The store employees and Verizon customer service were great to resolve the issue and get us into the account to get myself up and running again.

They explain the plans and give customers a variety of options to choose from. Ketrick is the best. The other Verizon store on foothill didnt acknowledge me and 5 other people standing there waiting for service. I was waiting for a Wecome, we will be with you shortly, didnt get it. Go to the Verizon by Albertsons!

Hard to trust. Decent service. They closed the good store in town and the staff needs a lesson on dedication. The speed isnt too bad but they cant keep thier word when it comes to phone reservations for new releases. Better to get it online and activated in the store.

Absolutely a waste of time, I went in for a new 4G SIM card and they couldnt get it to work on the phone. They were trying to push me into a new phone instead of trying to solve the issue. I purchased a 4G SIM from another local Verizon Retailer and had the phone going 15 min later. I really hope they get these employees some better training in customer service and knowing the current phones on the market, instead of just being versed in sales.

I walked in to look at getting a new phone. It was busy. I walked around for about 5 minutes looking at the displays. Not one person said hi or Ill be right with you. Had the phone I wanted. Guess Ill find it elsewhere.

We were traveling in September and had some problems with our phone. We stopped in the store and received extraordinary assistance from Michael! After helping us resolve our problem, he went above and beyond and kindly helped us clean up some things on our phone (and trained us during the process). He also encouraged us to use the WiFi in the store to catch up on emails.
