Had charging port on my iPhone XS replaced here, charging port works flawlessly now but the phone had a battery verification issue and after extensive conversation with apple customer support it was determined that Wireless Ware did 1 of 2 things, either mixed up my battery with another customers battery, or somehow damaged the battery during the repair because the charging port itself isnt verified the way the battery is, and informed me upon paying for the repair that the battery verification issue is normal with charging port replacments because, i quote their words we dont have the equipment to deal with the encryption

Justin is highly intelligent, professional, knows exactly what hes doing. Other places arent anything near what or how he is. If its a complex problem Justin is the only one in town whos smart enough 2 figure the problem n actually get it resolved. He also treats people really well. Cant say enough about him.p

I went to shop and seen if he could buy some of my old phones. I had another phone transferring at verizon. He stayed open for me to get everything transferred. Also sold my phones to him and he got my wife a new screen protector and case for free. Great person to deal with on phone assessoriea.
