I always get great costumer service on this location. Stephanie and the other employees had always on what I needed,they all gave me great costumer service. Its the only FedEx office I go to. Keep up the good work guys!

This morning at 10:50am I arrived to drop off my package to be delivered. This man rudely informed that my package box was not secure enough and curtly told me I had to buy one of their Fedex sturdy boxes instead. Why on Earth would I ship off my package with flimsy box, obviously my valuables are important which is why I put them in a sturdy box but apparently to that rude man it was just his unreasonable excuse to profit a few extra dollars. So I decided to leave and drop off my package at another Fedex location that allowed me to ship my package without harassing me to purchase their sturdy boxes. The customer service here is utterly unbelievable, I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

Had a package delivered by FedEx to my home left on the porch damaged. Had a hole in the side approximately 4”x4”. Got a return label form merchant. Went to this location to have package ship. The so called manager took the package and scanned the barcode. Then all the sudden she said the package was in a un-shippable box. I explained that this is the same box that it was delivered in by FedEx. Long story short. She quoted a new box for $7 dollars. If you didn’t know most Walgreens are FedEx drop off. Locations. Went there ship box with no problem FedEx guy was actually there. He found no issue with the box.scanned it and put it on the truck.

The customer service here is absolutely horrid. I requested to ship two items thats wrapped in secure plastic packaging. The lady there said I must purchase two cardboard boxes which wouldve been $32 which wouldve costed more then the shipping fee. So I went to another Fedex location which allowed me to ship my items without pressuring me to purchasing two overpriced boxes. I would never come back again and wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

I am baffled as to how/why this place has such low reviews. These people are very smart and dedicated workers. I have yet to have a bad experience here. They printed a lot of stuff for me and did it well. I have even shipped stuff with them. They are great people. I have never had a bad experience here.

The entire staff at the Rock Hill FedEx Office is phenomenal. When they tell you they will do something it is a guarantee. I have seen it with my own projects and others while waiting. The staff is overseen by a seasoned FedEx team director Eric Sanderson.I give Terry, Sandra and Joe my best personal recognition award. There drivers Dorothea, Robert and Jimmy are extra polite as well.

FedEx managers of the Rock Hill SC location please hire better employees or train your call center reps to be polite, friendly, and not ghetto. I will never use FedEx, nor purchase an item that uses FedEx delivery due to the horrific customer service I just had. That employee needs to find a job at a fast food organization if he cannot be professional.

Had a good experience here shipping an important item. I had went to the UPS store across the street and was quoted at almost $15 more for the same delivery. Two employees here helped me with packaging and making sure it was properly handled.

I paid $40.00 for a package to be sent back to me on two days. The lady never mentioned it was two business days. So now I paid all that money and received package 4 days later. I couldve saved 40 and has them just regular mail it back to me with a 42 cent stamp. I will never use FedEx again. The employees need to be clear on what they tell the customer.

I came into the store oct 24th at 12pm to ship off a swing case I got for my truck the guy told me he only had a Box that was 32 and my swing case was 33 told him to let me see if I could make it fit he Argued for a minute but after I told him I would pack it myself he let me hold the Box and the case was a perfect fit probably could of put another swing case in there if I needed but after he saw that could fit he told me he couldnt accept my box to ship it off idk if hes having a bad day or whatever but he doesnt need to take it out on the customer. Oh I forgot to add before he let me see the Box he tried to tell me i should go to Charlotte because they have bigger boxes up there sometimes hahahahah I wish yall could have seen the Box he brought out and told me that my swing gates wouldnt fit it was huge and I knew it would fit easily. I think he was mad because he was wrong Im not sure

The customer service at this FedEx location is atrocious. I visit this store often because it is one of very few printing and shipping options near my place of business. I am regularly met with bad attitudes from employees who clearly consider customers to be hassles.A specific example: my business has sales associates across the country that make large quantities of copies at FedEx office locations daily. It took several phone calls and visits to this FedEx office over a 2 weeks to convince an associate to provide my company with a printing quantity discount code. Even when I was finally given a code, I was told that my company would be on a limited trial and we would not be provided with the discount that FedEx advertises.Now, this FedEx location is holding a package and refuses to deliver it to my place of business, which is less than 5 miles away. Because of the holiday season, no one is available to pick up the package, and FedEx wont even allow us to schedule a delivery. Instead of helping me find a solution, even at more cost to me, they simply refuse to speak with me about it and will be sending the package back to the original sender.I will no longer be using FedEx for any of my personal or business printing and shipping needs.

I went to mail a package there. They asked for way to information. My name, drivers license, persons name Im mailing too. Then they have the audacity to try $11 for a an envelope that weighs grams.I went to the ups across the street. It cost $1.96 to mail it off.Bad management = bad customer service!

Was only there for a minute (as I had a package for UPS but mistakenly went to FedEx), but when I walked in I wasnt greeted or offered any assistance. The only person who acknowledged me hardly looked away from his work to see the label on my package and told me I needed to go to UPS. They really just dont seem to care about customers here.

THE STAFF HERE IS HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORSE!!! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!!This Fedex is by far my least favorite I have ever been to. The staff here is not that friendly and always act as if they don’t have time, or are bothered by simple questions. Sadly, today was my last visit to this location, I actually ended up walking out. I went to UPS instead. My visit here today actually bothered me so much I had to call and vent to my husband before pulling out of the parking lot. He was the one who suggested I go to UPS instead, which, has never crossed my mind because I always go to Fedex no matter what city or state I’m in. This location, I can honestly say I have been to about 4 times (so not that much) and every time my experience was unpleasant and I left complaining about the staff and how I was treated. My husband has already known about my prior complaints, hence the reason I had to call and let him know about this trip today.

The people have no customer service skills what so ever!!!! Never can find the files you have sent over, and will get your pricing wrong and argue with you. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Pineville and get way....better service!!!!

Incompetent clerks, I took a package in and was quoted the price of $66.91 by Padon. I returned two days later and the manager tells me my item now needs to be reboxed and shipped freight for a total of $179.80 ! Of course this is after I collected $66.91 for shipping from my customer. I will never use this facility in Rock Hill or FedEx again. I went across Dave Lyles to UPS and shipped it for $72.

How can a package get lost in your possession and never make it to its destination? You must have hired thieves. Whoever owns this place needs to be aware you will be out of business this way. Things just don’t go unnoticed sooner or later a customer will find out.
