Very helpful like always GameStop is the only place I will buy my games or console’s from

This place is so great, they had a ps5 in stock(luckily) went home and hooked up my favorite game to play with the kids. anyone run duos ? just kicked out the wife have no one to play with while kids are in school, hmu on tinder. also i love them baconators and dr pepper on a weekend

When things went wrong online, they were able to get me what we needed from the store...

Came in yesterday about selling something, and then went in today and everything was different and he tried to make it sound good. Sad the employee couldnt remember what he said as if it didnt happen.

This is the best game stop in all of Rock hill! Hidden gem and all of their employees are just so nice to both me and my 10 year old son. Im pretty much useless in a game stop and its great these guys are actually happy to help him. In todays world communication face-to-face is lost and I swear every single person in this store is just super sweet.

I only give the game stops 5 stars if the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Because unless its just a rat hole which Ive never seen one in my travels their stores are great

Very good staff and wide video game selection but very hard to find but a great place for video games if you’re in the area!

Very disappointed in gamestop, tried to wait over night to potentially get the PS5. To be fair they all said they would have a minimum of 2 ps5 at the minimum, which is fine im not upset over that, but highly aggravated that when you say something like that then youll have guests lined up outside till 7am just for 1 of your employees to tell them sorry we dont have anymore. After 3 gamestop employees said they would list how many they would have on the door. I recommend looking on pop finder .com they will tell you how many of what stock some stores have. And to gamestop this is probably the most disappointed Ive ever been with your company. Not your employees but the actual company itself.

UPDATE 11/18/2020: Just got off the phone with gamestop corporate. again. Just to be told the store is handling my case. Welllll the store says corporate is handling my case. Oh and congrats on the magic PS5 inventory you received for black Friday that is a week away. I keep getting the ads. Yall know when My pre order from 9/16/2020 is coming?UPDATE 11/17/2020: Had to reach out to Gamestop Support again since I have yet to receive a single email or phone call. I pre ordered a PS5 from your store in Rock Hill SC on day one of pre orders. In fact I was the FIRST person at that store to pre order one. On pick up day, I was given a story that not all units had shipped and that they gave out pre orders on a first come first serve basis instead of looking at time stamps. I was told that my unit was in transit and that it will be here by 11/17. Well thats today. I have found out that the store units that are missing were actually stolen from the UPS truck attempting delivery. Ok life happens. The question is what are going to do about it? The store says they opened a case Thursday with you and I havent been contacted. You need to step up and call or email me back. From my account alone you see how much money I spent to support your company and this is how you treat me. So im reaching out to you since you have failed to do so in a timely manner. 11/12/2020: Let me start by saying the employees at this location are amazing. This review does not reflect on them.Since gamestop corporate doesnt want to reply to my emails I will post this publicly. I pre ordered my PS5 on 9/16/2020 IN STORE. Come release day, I drove 45 min in the rain and traffic to pick it up only to find out the complete shipment hadnt arrived at the store. I was told a small percentage of units werent in the shipment but they gave out what did come in as long as someone pre ordered a unit. The CORRECT thing to do would have been to look at pre order time stamps and issue consoles in that order. Some of us work during the day and a pre order should be guaranteed regardless of pick up time. Not to mention its paid in full.OH and my series X online pre order was cancelled 2 weeks before launch. In order to try and get one, I went online and ordered one of the overpriced bundles. Somehow their system glitched and sent me 2 bundles totaling almost 2k. GET IT TOGETHER.

I bought a game from here for my brother and the girl who worked there was very nice. Her and her co worker where very helpful finding what I needed and suggested a few other things that I might want one of which I bought. Overall it was a good experience and the store was clean and payed out well. Would go back. For a game for my brother otherwise Im going to g2k games all day.

Bought controller with $7 written on it, but it rang up for almost $13. When i spoke up the cashier hesistated then knocked the price down. Pretty sure they tried bumping the warranty I specifically said i didnt want on my purchase.

They had boxes out for things that they were out of stock of. But the people who worked the day I went in were nice and tried to be helpful. So all in all I guess it not a bad place to shop for games.

The guy I was dealing with was very very nice he helped me with my e-cig which he doesnt even carry when he had another customer come in he took care of them which was fine with me because thats what he should have done. I wasnt buying anything he was helping me and on top of that about 45 minutes. I told him next time and every time I buy a product hes got a new customer. Thank you for all your help.

Found what I was looking for online but it stated I could only buy in store. I looked up the store i wanted to go too and it showed they were avaiable. But when I got there they did not have any models and there were a bunch online. Felt like a bate and switch.

Always great to visit the local Gamestop. Always pleasant staff and have what Im looking for.

Big selection loved it I like going so I can get new video games for my Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 of course a few for my PlayStation and PC but most stores Ive noticed dont have my precious Animal jam membership cards and I like to use those to give membership to my friends it made me super happy when I saw this game stop had it I also saw headsets with mics and toys from video games my sister got some kind of fnaf plushy witch was pretty cool I ended up getting my item I wanted and much more now I gotta go I got some new games I wanna try 😉 also the people who work here are pretty funny 😋

After shopping i stood at thebcounter for over 30 minutes because thebmanager wouldnt help the new guy. Cant get ahold of anyone or anyine to even call me. I spent over 200 bucks this visit alone and cant get any one to contact me

Well my wife went to pick up my new copy of shinobi striker and we have an Xbox one they rang her up for the Playstation version and the season pass PlayStation version I pre ordered the game also so alllllllllllllllllll of my codes are wrong that’s why I’m rating three stars if it isn’t fixed it’ll be zeroEDIT: They fixed it and everything g is good this store is wonderful and the customer service is incredible 😂😂😂

Its been 23 days now since nascar heat 3 was released and I have gone 6 times to buy it but they never have it and I have been to 4 different gamestops. Guess Im gonna get it off ebay. Even though the app states that it has 1 in store its wrong.

Not realizing the 3DS I bought was not the new version with face tracking I tried to return the system and exchange it for one of the new 3DS. The box was unopened but they would not accept the return or exchange. Come to find out it is their company policy to accept no returns. Will never shop at any Gamestop ever again.

We go here primarily for gifts for our son. Overall, we enjoy going to this location, because the staff is so very friendly and easy to work with.

Very dissapointed with this gamestop.Went in and bought a game. Went to leave and my 7 year old had to use the restroom very bad, they wouldnt even let a child use the restroom. Youve just lost my business. Its just a child
