I was given guidance and assurance about the process of my repair. I felt confident calling in someone who was recommended to me but I still did not know. I called about my carpet problem on a Friday and my repair was made on a Monday! My repair tech, Steve was knowledgeable and meticulous. The repair came out great and I am very happy with it!

I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the owner of this company. Phil Howe came to our house for our scheduled appointment and my husband and I agreed upon his quoted amount to install our carpet. We purchased our carpet from another vendor, who could deliver quickly, as this installation was to be the following morning.About 40 minutes later, he texted and said he could not take the job because something “came up”. He came highly recommended by a friend and this man fell far short of expectations. To make it worse, once we called him on the phone, he stated “Good luck” in a condescending manner. Not sure what happened to a gentleman’s agreement. I guess it doesn’t exist anymore. So now we sit with two rolls of carpet and luckily we have found another man who is happy to have an extra job right before the holidays.
