The store salesman was very helpful and let me take several sample tiles home for several days. I could see the samples thru out the day and night in different lighting situations in the room that was being renovated to help me decide on the best option.I took the chosen sample along with me to several box stores to coordinate other items with the tile sample.The installers arrived on time, discussed several options for tile layout with me, were very professional and polite.Flooring looks great!

We are so pleased with the service we received from Carpet and Rug Superstore. I went into Tommy’s store on a Friday bewildered after shopping the large home improvement places. We were expecting to have to wait at least 3 weeks to have one room re-carpeted. Because they carry some remnants, we were able to choose a carpet that day and it was installed the next day. Carpet and Rug Superstore in Rock Hill, SC was great to do business with. They recently installed Luxury vinyl plank flooring in my home. Their estimate beat the other companies by several hundred dollars and their installers did a great job without the need for me to hire a plumber which also saved me a lot of additional expense. We are really pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Tommy and his crew.

I didnt go in to shop, but the worker there was kind enough to allow me to cool off for a while as I was overheated from walking. Very very very kind service and from what i saw and overheard, he was very knowledgeable and the carpet was very good quality
