Decent overall experience with the service department. The only small problem I had was communicating with an actual service tech. The phone ALWAYS goes to voicemail but they are good at getting back to you. I will definitely bring my car back here for service.

Prices are pretty high for repairs. Not sure that I would take my vehicle to them to fix unless it was an emergency

I was very impressed with my experience at Clinton Family Ford. My sales lady Alethea was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely accomodating. The finance manager Aaron was just awesome, I went in pre-approved with a low interest rate and he double checked and got me an even lower interest rate. He explained in detail my warranty and payment schedule and was very forbearing answering all of the questions I had. I am very happy with my purchase from Clinton Family Ford and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and their staff to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car!!!

Called in advance to look at a Ford F-150 (2019), confirmed they had the truck and asked if there was any obvious damage to the truck, salesman advised it was in pristine condition. When i got there to look at it, truck looked like it had been in the woods and struck every branch song the driver side and rear tailgate. Door jam on driver door was about 8” long and 1” wide down to the primer. I wouldn’t sell this truck on an actual ford lot to save my life.
