I had a cracked windshield and needed a replacement. Scheduled an appointment online, dropped off at my appointment time, walked to get something to eat… Voilà! New windshield. Nice people, updates by text through the whole process. Windshield looks great!

They do their best but sometimes that just isnt enough. Had to go to dealer and reseal windshield. Another $400 for a total cost of about $1200.

My rear window was replaced at work, didnt take long and I havent had any issues yet so Id say theyre pretty good. Patrick was the tech who did my window. He managed to knock off a cover for my seatbelt but other than that he was pretty professional

She worked hard to maintain a positive outlook, always was polite and made me feel confident their Safelite location was the best place to fix my Mercedes. This his happen in Rock Hill, SC on a busy four lane highway 7:45 in the busy work day. I come across a young lady broke down in a safe light van she was on the phone with a manager named Mark she was just informing him that she would not make her first job, he basically told her that he did not care that she was broke down are how long she set on the side of the road all her jobs would be waiting on her even if she had stay til midnight. I know this because she had him on speaker while she was on hold with wrecker driver . I dont know about you but if he treats his employees this way I dont need to send any business to him are safe light, that young girl was in tears. I think he needs to be fired!!!!

This Safelite location is the best! We were in town for a wedding and someone broke into my truck as it sat in the parking lot of the hotel in Fort Mill by breaking out the right rear passenger side window. After calling my insurance company, I went to the Safelite website and made an appointment for them to come replace my window. The process for making the appointment was easy and smooth, and included inputting my insurance information. Soon after I got an email telling me my insurance company had been informed, they were going to take care of it, and that they would see me at my appointment. The appointment was a window of 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, but unlike the cable guy, Theron showed up at 12:05!! 45 minutes later, all the glass was vacuumed out of my truck and the window was replaced and working perfectly. Theron was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I would highly recommend, if you need any auto glass work done at all, this, or any Safelite location!! They took a very unfortunate incident and made it much better than it should have been. Again, I would highly recommend them.

On time above and beyond service

After getting a 3rd chip in my windshield it was time to replace the windshield. I called my insurance company and they set up the appointment for the next day. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they took me in right away. I waited for my car and was told 90 minutes to 2 hours. I waited in their comfortable waiting room, with free coffee or bottled water and DirecTV. My windshield was done in about 80 minutes which I thought was great. Went outside and looked at the new windshield and it look awesome. Got myreceipt and thanked the tech. When I got in my car I thought something is different, looked around and realized they had vacuumed my car. That right there made my day. Nothing but praise for the customer service at this location.

Not very quick at all, double to triple the time of other services I have used in the past for glass replacement. Very sloppy on the install, lots of excess glue on my paint. Didn’t do much cleanup either, kids would have been cut up by the 3 cups of glass I picked and vacuumed out of the back AND front seat. Not sure how glass got into the front seat from a replacement of the back windshield either. The part that really set me over the top is when my tint installer notified me the glass was used. The defroster strips were picked off and there were pieces of tint that had been removed still on the glass. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a piece of new, factory glass.

Came to my workplace and replaced my windshield. The tech was quick and friendly. Plus the 3 months of free SiriusXM is a nice perk.

Great customer service. I had a shattered windshield that was difficult to fix. Within an hour it cracked again due to outside temperatures. The staff scheduled me right away for my second repair and I have had no problems since. Highly recommend this location.

The location in Rock Hill was very clean, and the work they did was as close to perfect as you can get. I made my appointment online around 9 am and dropped the car off at lunch, it was ready to go a couple of hours later. My total price was $282.00 and the new windshield looks great! Jennifer checked me out when I picked the car up, and she was very cheerful and it made my day to receive that level of customer service. If you book online and do a quick google search for a promo code you can save $20.00. Safelite has a customer for life!

I had no idea that Safelite could replace an entire windshield in my driveway. Very happy with the service. The technician, Joseph, was professional, punctual, and kind. Our vehicle had an insurance claim due to a tree branch falling across the window. After the vehicle was totaled out by the insurance company, we brought it to Safelite.Everyone I had contact with from Safelite was caring and friendly. They got the repair done efficiently and correctly, and I am so very grateful!

Jennifer and John are AMAZING!!!! They came through for me this morning, in a clutch, when my insurance company hadnt held up their end of the bargain. Jennifer tried on my behalf, to reconcile with Geico, and then assured me that shed personally take care of me. She did that and more. She sent out the Sr. Tech John, after hed overheard the issues I was having. He came to my job, was as sweet as pie, and got me all done. Jennifer and John are angels, and I appreciate them fully.

Workmanship: They did a great job of replacing the cracked windshield of my Lexus.Issue: In the process the backup camera (the add-on one on the rear-view mirror) got disconnected.Customer Service: On my informing them, they came back and fixed it.

Excellent service from mobile technician Jimmy. He called me in the morning, let me know when he would be arriving. Upon arrival he was professional and clearly explained all the potential risks and what he was going to do. He completed the repair quickly and texted me when he was done. Excellent service. As for the repair itself, this was my first time having such a repair so I didnt know what to expect. Well, dont expect the windshield to look like new. There is still a very visible crack; they just fill it with some resin and scrape out the broken glass. Not a replacement for actual glass replacement, but at least now the crack is sealed.

Jennifer was so friendly & helpful. She turned a bad situation into an enjoyable one. Going in to Safelight I was definitely upset that my car window had been smashed & broken into. When I arrived I wasn’t in the best mood but Jennifer’s kindness quickly turned my mood around. She was willing to do whatever I needed to get my car fixed quickly. I went in on a Monday to get the crash wrap because I was told the soonest appointment they could get me in for was that Friday. Jennifer told me that was a long time to wait & that she was going to try to get me a sooner appointment. Sure enough she was able to squeeze me in that day! Chad is the technician who replaced my window and he did an amazing job. He finished so much quicker than I had anticipated and he waited with me while I checked that the window was all good. He ensured that I was pleased with the job and made sure that I was comfortable with it before heading back inside. The employees at this Safelight location made this negative situation a positive one. I would highly recommend this Safelight to anyone. They are really great people.

I have always had good experiences with Safelite so when we had a chip in our windshield that we initially just wanted repaired, they were my first instinct. After scheduling and appoint through the insurance company, the first tech came out repaired it and left. When we went out to the car the chip was still as clear as day and there was resin on the outside of the glass. So, we called Safelite again to schedule a replacement of the ruined existing glass. We requested dealer glass, as the vehicle is only a few months old. When the 2nd tech arrived a week later, not only did he come with after market glass but he was also extremely rude to my wife. We contacted Safelite and our Insurance company to remedy and each is working to find a solution. At this time this issue is still unresolved. If possible, I hope to have another Safelite location or another company all together install our new glass. Very disappointed.

Had my wifes windshield replaced through safelite and they did a horrible job . Didnt seal the windshield properly now we ar e getting air and moisture on the inside of the car. They try to explain it away with defrosting the windshield. We didnt have these issues until they replaced it. Not to mention they scratched the paint on the door and destroyed the rubber seals around the windshield. Instead of just fixing the right way they want to save a dollar and argue that there is nothing they can do. But they didnt mind taking my money to fix it the first time. Terrible customer service and wouldnt recommend them to an enemy. Save yourself a headache and use someone who backs their work!
