We had our windshield replaced with them a few months ago and we had some leaking in the car with the recent storms which we put down to the windshield. Chris came out and checked the windshield and then also checked out our sunroof drains too. He cleaned out our drains and didnt mind me watching either (I like learning about this sort of stuff!) and walked me through the whole process. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and soo knowledgeable. He teaches as well so was very good at explaining to a novice like myself. The cost of this... nothing?! Chris is a total legend and would highly recommend them!! We had great experiences with this company when we had the windshield replaced and then this new experience. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

They were so polite and punctual! Lance called me in the morning, told me they were waiting on the glass to come in and called me back when it came in that afternoon. Here in 30 minutes! And note you this was after safe lite was supposed to be out the day before but somehow lost the work order. Dont waste your time with safe lite, give 1st pane glass repair a call! They wont disappoint! Next day service, maybe even same day. If safe lite didnt waste the whole day before from 12-5pm! Thank you 1st Pane!

Great service. The technician, Lance, called me and confirmed the appointment early during the day. He discussed the work to be performed, an approximate arrival and confirmed the address. They arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time. He showed me the replacement glass. Installation took about 45 minutes. He then showed me the glass after install and discussed the instructions to let the glass cure. I highly recommend 1st Pane Glass

Had a truck throw up a stone and put a large chip/crack in the windshield of my 14 Honda Ridgeline. 1st Pane came out to my home the next day to replace it. Highly recommend! I went through my insurance company and chose 1st Pane Glass. I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve never had to have a windshield replaced before so I wasn’t sure about the process but it was so quick and smooth. I received a text the day before my appointment stating someone would call and let me know before they came. Sure enough this morning I got a call just reminding me that they were coming and would call when they were near. They ended up coming to my place of work which was so convenient for me due to my schedule. Sam replaced my windshield and was very quick and done an amazing job!

Thought it would be impossible for me to get this done with the way I work and Im never home installer lance told me I could just leave my car door unlocked at my house and he would come and complete the installation so when I got home my Windshield was changed out and my car looked great and it didnt affect my normal work schedule. Just want to say these guys are great they did my windshield on my 2017 Mercedes Benz and they were on time as scheduled and did a great job on the installation. Lance was the installer and also part owner of the company. He takes pride in his work and made sure everything turned out perfect. Lance called 30 min prior to arriving on the agreed date and was very professional and personable upon arrival. He and an associate got right to work and my windshield looks great! Very Poor Customer Service. Please research options before using this company. On 8/1/2019 I scheduled an appointment for windshield replacement through my insurance company. The scheduled appointment date was for 8/6/2019. 1st Pane Glass Spartanburg never called to confirm and did not show up on August 6th as scheduled. Tried reaching out to the manager but only got the run around. He’s out running errands or gone for the day.Due to the inconvenience of this company not following up on scheduling requests I am still unable to drive my car after a week. I have since chosen another auto glass company. I’m confused at the disregard of a scheduled appointment especially since this company is on the list of providers per the insurance company. It would seem that they would want to offer better customer service since they are an approved service provider. At least the receptionist was very pleasant even though I feel that the manager was dodging my calls.

The guys at 1st PaneGlass came to my house to replace my shattered sunroof. They did an excellent job. They were courteous and cleaned up everything, even residual on the top of the car left by use of plastic to cover up hole in the roof. I would definitely use them again!

A rock hit my windshield and cracked it and this was the first time I had ever needed to replace a windshield in My car so I was a little skeptical on how this whole process was going to go. My insurance company connected me to Caitlyn at first pane glass and she was nice and got all my information and set my appointment for someone to come out. The installer called me when he was about 20 minutes away when they arrived introduced themselves as lance and Karl. The whole process took less than an hour and everything looks great. My whole experience with getting my windshield changed was great and I will definitely be calling first pane if I ever need a windshield again. Thanks!!!!

I’ve had several windshields and chip repairs done on my vehicles. I was scheduled for a chip repair on my 2014 Nissan Maxima. When lance arrived he looked at the chip and being that it was in the driver view he recommended that it be replaced and since I lived in South Carolina I wouldn’t have a deductible nor would it make my premium go up. they actually had a windshield with them which was surprisingly shocking but Lance said they do this so they won’t have to reschedule my appointment again which was very convenient to me considering I travel a lot for work. They made this whole experience great and very easy. He did excellent work and I would gladly recommend this company to everyone!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Was forced to select a Star in order to post review. Windshield on my BMW X5 replaced after multiple reschedules with company. Approximately $3,000 worth of damage done. The most HORRIFIC experience I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to be a part of. Technician clearly was inexperienced and in way too much of a hurry on a Friday afternoon. Even attempted to glue a strip of exterior molding to the outside of the windshield because he couldnt properly reinstall it. Owner tried to make things right by ordering new parts however in my opinion a glass technician is not qualified to replace and fix the amount of damage that was done to my vehicle. Insurance agent said in all of her 26 years she has never seen such a horrible experience. Two words = TOTAL MESS!!!!

They provided excellent glass replacement on my 2008 F150. Made it like it never even happened! Sam is good guy, he also referred me to their service shop as my cloth seats were looking rather ratty. After talking with Mike their service tech came up with a plan to convert my interior to leather for $1200,00. Looks like factory! Wish i had found this place years ago.

I used 1st Pane Auto Glass to replace my windshield on 01/10/2015. I recently noticed a leak and called them as they have a lifetime leak warranty --- except that they say they were bought out by a different company and have no access to the archives without speaking to the old owner.... Who runs a business this way??!! The first time I called they scheduled someone to come out. No call, no show. I called them back and they said they had been trying to get in touch with me which is a lie. No missed calls on either phone. They said they would call the old manager and get back to me....never happened. I called them back (third time) today and inquired about not being called back and Kaylyn (Katelyn) tells me they are having trouble getting in touch with the manager and cant find me in the archives (which she first said they did not have there). I will be contacting everyone I can about this as these are such deplorable business practices. Horrible customer service and now I will have to pay to get this repaired because this company has no idea what they are doing!

Awesomeness company. I called about an issue with leaking back window of my Dodge truck. Owner advised to be sure it was not my third brake light above windows.He gave info and directed me how to be sure. It was the issue. He could have easily not told me and resealed my window like Toyota of Rock Hill said, but honesty goes along way!!! Did my brothers windshield, never sealed properly. Water damage to vehicle. Owner attempted to fix yet still leaked. Has had to spend hundreds of dollars in cleaning and restoration costs of his interior. My brother only wants his money back for windshield not even asking for reimbursement for all the other money he has put out to repair what this leaking windshield has caused him. Owner wont even return his phone calls always acts like he is out of the office all the time. Bad business!!

Had a new windshield installed on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Sam did a great job.

Wow not pleased at all with the customer service of Chris. Set up one appointment for a Wednesday 12-4 with Jen, installer came out at 3:50 and immediately decided he could not install windshield due to a light bar on the roof of the truck. I then called back and talked to Chris the next day and he assured me he would send another installer out on Friday after 3:00 that would be able to handle the install. On Friday at 6:00 pm when no one has showed up I called the office and talked to the dispatcher she assured me someone would call me right back. Now its Monday morning and still no response so I finally called again got Chris on the phone and he rudely told me to find someone else to do my install. Thanks to this glass company I have been inconvenience 2 times. The rain is now falling with a cracked windshield. Wow thanks alot.

I have 2013 Ford Flex I had the windshield installed about a year ago. I have noticed that my side interior moldings were getting wet after a heavy rain so I immediately assumed that my windshield was leaking. I called 1st pane and let them know what was going on and they said they would send someone out. When the installer arrived he introduced himself as lance and apologized for the issue I was having. After lance did a few water test to see where the leak was coming from he found that the drains to my sunroof were clogged. He cleaned the drains and made sure the water was flowing out. When lance finished I asked what did I owe and he said no charge just glad he could take care of the issue. 1st pane has been great I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again 1st pane you guys are great!!!!
