I was doing grill maintenance for my Dad. He ordered the parts from here, I had never known about it. She had everything ready for me, made my job easier. And its the definition of support local! She has brand new grills all the grill parts you could need. Of your getting into smoking she has wood, rubs, everything! Stop going to home Depot or Lowes. GO HERE SUPPORT THE SMALL BUSINESS!

I have been going to Mileage Master for years but recently Carol has gone above and beyond!In 2009 I bought a Big Green Egg and have used it a number of times a week. This year I had some chipping on the dome and while talking to Carol on how to prevent it from getting worse she suggested we put in a claim with BGE under warranty. She did all the leg work and I have a new dome! Didn’t cost me a penny!Then after all these years I wanted a gas grill for the quick meals so I went to MM after looking at the $1,000.00 plus grills on line and spent about an hour with Carol where she took the time to understand my requirements and got me into a grill for under $500.00.I couldn’t be happier!

Awesome old school retail store with everything youd need for your Weber grills or smokers as well as Big Green Egg. The best part is every grill or smoker Ive bought has come assembled, which depending on the model, can save hours.Also a good selection of wood chunks, lump charcoal, obscure brand rubs/seasonings and other smoker accessories. Its hard to come here and not have at least one impulse purchase.

The best place to buy a gas grill great service before and after with a ton of parts and knowledge that the box stores cant compete with.

Needed an obscure piece of grill grate for my smoker, and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere including online. The woman there took my vague description and showed me two options. One was a piece of an already assembled grill and had no problem pricing the piece and selling it to me. Now my go to BBQ spot.

Mileage Masters are experts in everything propane grills. Though they were not able to provide a solution for my issue they understood what I was trying to accomplish and had several thoughts to consider, unfortunately the products I required are no longer available. Next time I need a grill or parts for my existing grill I will be coming back here. Highly recommend them.

Great people. Propane is by the gallon so you only pay for what fits in the tank. Weber grille parts and knowledge is second to none.

They are top notch in service and convenience in providing everything that you need and all in one location! And when I say they are worth the trip I MEAN IT! Where unlike the gardening stores which dont always have the supplies you need, Master Service always will including the latest gadgets and gear any backyard pit master or barbecue king could ever hope to discover!

I visited Mileage Master recently to have a propane tank filled. Staff was very friendly and quick to help. Would highly recommend anyone visit them for their propane needs vs. going to a big-box store!

Great place for grille parts and pieces. This was the 2nd time she found me cooking grill surface unit for my ancient grills !!

Perhaps they have good service (as I have heard) but it was kind of a turn off to have to step over boxes just to get to the front desk. It was a mess.

This is a grill masters Heaven. Great place, friendly people, will special order anything you need. If its nearby you, dont go to Lowes or Home Depot. Go to Mileage Master.
