OMG! Insomnia Cookies, has the best cookies in Rochester.....IMO! 😋🍪🍦🍨🥛 They deliver until2 AM, their cookies are delicious but they also have ice cream, cookie ice cream sandwiches, vegan and gluten free cookies, brownies, and a different variety of the giant cookie-cakes, etc. Please try them because u wont be disappointed and the delivery drivers are very sweet and fast! I literally received my order(pics down below 🤗)at 8:01 PM, and I placed my order at 7:41 PM! Everything was fresh and warm and Im never disappointed! The cookies on the left WAS a 6 pack(Oops! I couldnt control myself! 😂)and theyre 3 times larger than a Pillsbury cookie, but on the right are the deluxe cookies.....theyre 3 times larger than the others! I think theyre prices are really cool for not only the delicious quality but for the quantity size of the cookies. As u can tell from my review, Im very satisfied! 😃

Cookies were made well. However, the ice cream selection was relatively small. I ordered a “Cookiewich.” Would love to have the option of choosing the new cookie flavors: pumpkin spice latte and matcha latte instead of the classic flavors for the cookie ice cream.

There cookies are fresh and delicious, you have to try the snickerdoodle, and the oatmeal chocolate chip with walnuts

We stopped here for something sweet. The service was slow, half the food on the menu was unavailable but the cookies were pretty good for a chain.

Cookies were baked perfectly and were ready fast. Went at 1:50 am and was amazed that they are open to 3:00am. And the location has good amount of parking in front and back.

These were probably some of the best cookies I have ever had and the price is amazing for how great the quality is. I will be back to try more.

I went in at around 11:30pm they were busy but thats usually their norm at least at that time. Staff was attentive and got customers out in a decent fashion. They ran out of snickerdoodle cookies but they didnt disappointment with other recommendations. They have vegan options as well. But why would you want a vegan cookie? Staff was amazing. Cookies are always warm.

First off, the cookies are good. Soft and sweet. Interesting selection. The problem is the extravagant cost. We ordered $25 worth of cookies for 2 people and finished them in one sitting. They are simply not a good value for what you get and I could easily find cookies (as good) at a local bakery for half price.

You wont be dissapointed with these cookies! So yummy and fresh.However, the wait time is LONG... And the employees arent the friendliest. Also, while I was waiting a coworker was complaining about another coworker VERY LOUDLY near me and some other customers. Wasnt a very pleasant experience when I had my child with me and it made her uncomfortable. The drama should stay in the back.

I love the cookies at insomnia and their deluxe cookies are even better. The reason for the one star has to do with how long the delivery time is now, typically 20-30 min and instead over an hour. I could have driven there and back several times before they left with my order. I called to check on the order time after an hour, and they said that it was only just leaving the shop.

The line was a little long when we were there. But thats expected when youre getting such good cookies!

The cookies are decent but their delivery times suck. To add insult to injury you get a text message when your order telling you when your order will arrive, always 30-45 minutes. In reality its going to be 2-3 hours every time.You could get dressed, drive to the store, buy ingredients, drive home, bake cookies from scratch, let them cool, and eat every one before your Insomnia Cookies order ever even leaves the store.The last time it happened I called to complain and the dude working there said theyre just constantly understaffed.Decent cookies but if youre ordering because youre hungry now, just go to the store because its going to be hours.

I went in to the store in a lovely mood and very excited to try my first Insomnia Cookie and came out of it feeling awful. When I entered the store I was immediately told to wait by one cashier (which I had no problem with) as she disappeared in the back. Another cashier came out after around 10-15 minutes and just skipped over me and asked the person behind me if she can help them even though I was standing right in front of the cash register. She took their order in and was about to take the next persons order too when I told her I was asked to wait and am ready to order too. She made me repeat myself FOUR TIMES with the most uninterested expression and tone and she also cut me off while I was repeating myself! I thought to myself, ok maybe she cant hear or maybe it is because I am wearing a mask, although she heard the person behind me just fine earlier. Then I went to order and she continued to do this as more people came into the store and the line got longer. At this point I was speaking as loud as I possibly can and feeling exhausted from having to speak so loud and repeat myself so many times to the point I was about to say forget it and leave the store. The first associate finally came out from the back since now Im officially holding up the line and she heard me just fine and gave me my cookie. Terrible experience!

Only 4 people allowed in the store at once. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and was asked to wait outside. It’s 45 degrees and raining outside. This was while more than 4 people before and after me were in the store at once. I wonder why some people are allowed to defy the capacity limit and others are not. Masks are not required at this location if vaccinated.

Employees very friendly and the cookies are amazing! We look forward to coming back again to see the new creations they come up with.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. The street parking in front of the store is free on weekends. I got a brownie with a scoop of brownie blitz. The brownie seemed fresh and warm. The ice cream was delicious too. It was a tad bit expensive ($5.67). Another downside is that the store does not have seating. There are bar tables, but no bar stools, so it was standing room only. It is a small store, so there is not enough room to accommodate many customers, especially not at the bar tables. Insomnia Cookies is conveniently located within walking distance of Strong, and the Collegetown bus stop is right outside.

Cookies were awesome as always. Placed the order online and went to pickup. It was exactly the time estimated. Got warm cookies right out of the oven. Staff was friendly.

A bit over-priced, Insomnia seems like a valid enough option if you have a craving. Otherwise, Id pass.

First time ever coming here with my brother at one in the morning. Great experience. I never knew it existed. Great dessert, very sweet and there is a selection of milk that you can choose if you would like milk with your cookies.

Every time I have gone here, the service gets worse and worse. The staff is honestly pretty rude and short with everyone. Recently, they had us waiting for over an hour for three orders. The first two came fairly quickly but the third one had us waiting for 45 minutes. Not only did they mess up the third order, which was cold, but I saw them dancing inside while two of the orders were sitting on the counter. We tried to call to pick up but were put on hold three times and didn’t get our cookies until we went up and asked for them.I understand some of them are college students, but this service is unacceptable. I will most likely not be coming back. It is not worth it. If they were kind about things and apologetic when mistakes were made, maybe I wouldn’t care as much but they aren’t.I would avoid this location.

The cookies are good which is why I go literally every other night, but the workers are rude. This one guy specifically. Ever since we’ve seen him working the first time his customer service has gotten worse each visit. Tonight we placed our order online and when we went to pick it up, we asked for an extra box so my friends and I could split up our cookies and he proceeds to roll his eyes and THROW the box at my friend. You really let people like that work there? If you’re so miserable to do your job and always respond very rudely then why are you even working?

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Insomnia Cookies! Ive worked with Torre twice and his customer service is out of this world. So friendly, on time, and warm delicious cookies. Whats not to like?

Cookies are yummie, staff not too friendly atleast not the manager that was there.

For the sake of formality I had to post 1 star. However, I ordered a brownie with a scoop of ice cream and asked if they could heat up the brownie - they answered that they always serve them warm. I asked them if they could put the brownie in a small to-go ice cream container and put the ice cream on top of the brownie - they said they could not because the brownie would not fit. So, after I paid - they gave me my order in separate containers, I asked for a medium ice cream container, I dropped the brownie in - fit fine. The brownie was barely warm, the ice cream was about the size of a standard meatball ( cost me $2.25+ for the ice cream ) so I asked them if they could heat the brownie again - they said they could not because of Covid. I asked for my money back.They said they could not give me a refund - I would have to contact their customer service. I asked them if they were serious- they said, in an extremely threatening way, I would have to leave the store. Someone needs to take over - no business is good enough to treat people so horribly.

A friend told me about their cookies and how amazing they taste. Thought I should try them for myself and omg is so good!

Came in with kids was told to wait outside because of a 4 person limited but they had 6 people waiting inside already on the side of the store. Then as we exited out the build I stated how we have to wait outside when they have people inside without mask, one worker said we can’t control that which is ironic because they have a mandatory mask sign up might as well take that down than.

Some of the best cookies in town.So fresh and soft. Be careful though because they are very addicting 😫🍪Friendly customer service. My experience is always pleasant everytime I come to this location.I definitely recommend 👍🏾

I stopped in here on a whim after a medical appointment. Bought a box of 6 cookies for my family, and at $10.00 for 6 cookies they were ok. Staff was friendly, but Im not going out of my way for overpriced cookies. I will bake my own at home for free in the future.

Service is usuallypretty unpleasant for a cookie shop. Just watched a girl get left in the cold (38 degrees for 15+ minutes) waiting for her pickup order because only 4 people allowed in the store, but the doorman broke protocols to allow a girl inside who complained about something missing from her order.Also advertised, since I remember, to close at 1:00am; we are in line at 11:05pm and everybody is told the store is closing soon and they have shut off the ovens, so they are out of a couple flavors. I understand businesses need to change due to this climate, but costumers will remember how extra stressful the experience was on top of how stressful it is going out in general these days. The business itself is a brilliant concept but the implementation can use a good facelift.

Finding dessert so later at night was awesome!! And it was really good. My cookies was still warm and so delicious!

Parking is horrible here at night with lots of folks illegally getting out of cars just to get cookies.

Called in to make an order, the phone option says press 1 to make an order, I press one, was on hold for 10 minutes, the gentleman on the phone told me I can not do it over the phone and hung up on me afterwards. A friend of mine thought that was odd so he called and tried to place an order over the phone, so the employee said ok, that’s fine, he asked for the name, and after we told him the name for the order he hung up again.Please go elsewhere... really not worth it, quiet upset I’ve spent so much money here until this point, been downhill after every visit, something new every time.

TOO SMALL INSIDE TO WAIT YOUR TURN TO ORDER IF THERE IS ANOTHER PERSON THERE. YOU CANT REALLY MAINTAIN 6 FT. This location will mess up your order, “forget” entire boxes of items, take hours to deliver your order and be extremely rude when you call about not receiving your entire orders. I’m convinced the only reason they’re still in business is because there is no other late night dessert option in the area. It’s just not worth it. Make a wegmans run instead.

When I ordered online it said 25 to 35 minutes for delivery! I placed order at 9:43 pm. At 11:01 pm I called store to see where my order was. The 1st call, when I asked the status of my order she hung up. I was polite so I was confused. I called back & as she was acting if she was checking the status there were several employees joking in background. She than said oh yeah we are super swamped and it is out for delivery. At 11:30 pm they called to say they were outside my house. So literally 1 hour and 45 minutes later it was delivered. Cookies were cold and ice cream was almost complete liquid. Very unsatisfied. I tried to call bk and was not able to get anyone on the phone.

Upon arriving we found that we couldnt order at the store but needed to place an order online AND the deal advertised 14 hrs prior was not yet valid although it said through December (it was Dec. 10th). The woman bringing out cookies ignored us the next time she came out of the store after asking if we were ready 3 minutes prior. We figured out the ordering system but required a moment of assistance as the earliest pickup time was an hour from the current time and ended up having to call customer service so that we could receive our order. We inquired about the invalid deal to customer service and they gave us a different answer than the store itself did. Overall a very poor experience considering they serve overpriced frozen cookies.

Cookies are always warm and their Christmas/holiday varieties are awesome! Definitely have combinations worth trying!

I had ordered a cookie cake for my sister, when it was delivered the frosting was messed up, you couldnt even read that it said happy birthday. I also paid and extra 2 dollars for snickers on the cake but there was none.
