When you want something thats homey and not cooked in oil or a million carbs...this is the best place!!! The quality is the best..made fresh to order..side salads such as pasta, potato & carrot just to name a couple are fresh made and excellent...for lunch try the box lunches ..you cant beat the price...and, again, everything is made to order..Heidi bakes too...try the carrot cake...my coworkers swear the brownies are best...a must try especially if you work or live in the area!! You wont regret it!!

Best sandwiches and salads with the best prices! The salads are ALWAYS fresh and the large salad size is HUGE! Our office pretty much eats there 3 times a week! We love Heidi and feel like family when we go! Definitely recommend!

I feel like this is a hidden gem on Park Ave. Stopped in today to grab a salad. The chef salad they created for me was delicious! Everything was fresh, and the creamy blue cheese dressing was definitely homemade. I asked for a side of macaroni salad and it was a perfect portion and tasted just like what I make at home. The best part of it all was that the whole thing was under $10!!

Very cute and cozy. The staff is kind and prompt. The food is delicious; try the BLT! The establishment is very clean. A wonderful place for a snack or lunch.

Went as a recommendation. Food was great, and had a great time while there. If I ever come back to Rochester, this will be my first stop!

They have the beset cookies and sandwiches. I use them a lot for work lunches and everybody is happy with the selection and quality. The orders are always right and delivery is always on time. The delivery lady is always happy and in a great mood, she is always pleasant.

Well, what can I say about this place? I will say that it isnt particularly special. I will also add that the service by the great highness, the manager herself, is nothing short of discriminatory and unbelievable. If you would like to support someone who chooses not to support many people who are not exactly like her, or maybe life has thrown a little bit more of a difficulty to, then please, be her guest. Eat her salads and her baked goods. Maybe even have an apple she prepares just for you. I hope that she changes her ways. Then I will be sure to un-do this post and happily support her and her deli. Until then, I have been, and will continue to, tell everyone I know about my experience there. I just cant believe she is located in such a supposedly accepting part of Rochester. Please miss Classy Cookie and Deli, soften your heart and love a little more today. I would gladly like to change my view on you.

My weekly go to place for yummy sandwiches, delicious coffee & awesome desserts. (No guilt cookies are my personal favorite, hubby likes the buttercream frosted cookies.) Friendly & excellent customer service!

A very cute, quaint location that has a friendly staff and homely vibe. They had a large variety of choices for food, and even though each section of food was limited it exceeded all expectations of quality.

The chicken salad club is to die for. Hands down best sandwich ever made. Cookies are great, prices are on the higher side but its worth it. Sandwich and a few cookies will run you about 8 bucks, but will fill you up.
