Everyone is welcoming and helpful. The pharmacist, Lauren, is wonderful. The entire pharmacy is great. Have been going there for years.
Pharmacy is awful. I’m always waiting at least 10 minutes for my prescription and it is rarely ever ready when it’s supposed to be. Most likely going to change pharmacies.
Always dissatisfied with the customer service. Everyone Ive dealt with for the past 3 years is very rude and nasty. Its even worse over the phone. Ive called with questions about my prescription refills and I was passed along to someone else only because the original person I was speaking to didnt want to finish answering my questions. It was so rude and unnecessary. The only reason why I still fill my prescriptions here is because its so close to my house and next closest place is worse customer wise. Hopefully with the change to Walgreens they will hire new people who like what they do and the people they service.
This is not a Rite aid store anymore. It is a Walgreens, just so others might have been looking to go to a Rite aid like I was. But the service was very friendly when I was in there.
Always greeted with a smile and a hello from the front register it is a goto place to get quick items. Additionally the Pharmacy is easy in/out with a drive thru window making prescription pickup even easier.
One of my fav rite aids to shop at as I walk in I get greeted and as Im leaving its always have a great day. Very friendly to resolve any problems and make sure you leave happy.
You close at 8.... yet 7:55 someone was standing at the front door saying they were closed. When I asked her what time they closed she said 8. I said okay so in 5 minutes? She said that they already closed the registers. As a manager of a store if any of my employees closed the store down before the store actually closed I would be very upset. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
The Walgreens Pharmacy inside Rite aid at 4433 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14616 consistently provides horrible service. I have waited over 10 minutes on the phone to even speak with someone, pressing the option on the automated recording over 7 times to speak to someone in the pharmacy. I have waited in store for some one (one of the 3 employees) to even acknowledge I am standing at the counter, and again when someone finally comes over, they do not apologize for the wait or anything. The final straw was sitting in the drive through pharmacy line and they allowed someone to sit at the window for 15 minutes before passing bags of what looked like groceries out the window box. If the RX was not ready or something they should of asked the car to pull back around or something . Had I not been blocked in by cars I would not of waited but I was. They do not apologize for the wait times for any of the above issues, instead get an attitude and tell you how they only have 3 people on and are busy or there isnt anything they can do about the wait That has been the excuse each time. I understand they are busy and apparently consistently short staffed, but CUSTOMER SERVICE actually goes a long way to make up for the waiting and the poor service. After dealing with this for some time, I have decided to take my business to a different company because this store clearly does not value its customers.
Its a good place
