Pretty much the nicest staff around as well as customer service. Upbeat, you guys made my day when I stopped in and it’s nice to see such a nice crew working together for such a brilliant store to come by once in awhile to grab a treat!

Very surprised at the selection of not just gas station snacks. Actual fresh groceries and other necessary supplies (meat/veggies). Very helpful for long term accommodation at the local hotels! Clean, and easy, what you would expect from a gas station, with the extra bonus of some groceries.

Employees in numerous occasions havent cared about mask requirements. Will no longer go to this store. Dom is the worst offender for not wearing a mask, have seen her without one while behind the cashiers counter multiple times before i came to the conclusion this stores manager doesnt care about customer safety.

I was at that Kwik Trip not long ago and I was in shock by what this employee was saying to a costumer... I was just doing my regular shopping and I was over by the candy section when I hear an employee tell a costumer how much she hated working for Kwik Trip. She went on and on about how it was aweful and she wanted to quit and went on about her personal life. Later I went to check out and she had the worst attitude ever. I did get a peek at her name tag. Vanessa was her name. How can Kwik Trip allow such a negative employee into their establishment. Every time I step into Kwik Trip I’m treated very nicely and never have I experienced rude a employee. And never have I been so uncomfortable while shopping. Knowing their own employee hates it there. What a shame.

KT staff are always friendly and helpful. The in-store selections are great, ranging from snacks to pastries to hot foods to sandwiches to breakfast items to fresh fruits and vegetables. Coffee is always hot and fresh. All this combined with a KT card that gives money back every month is a no brainer. Thanks for being the best hometown gas station around!

I grew up in the La Crosse area, so am familiar with the Kwik Trip brand. Now that I live in Texas I miss the oasis that is Kwik Trip. It is always a delight to stop in for gas, a necessary evil, and not only fill the car, but also load up with salty and sweet treats. Two things I appreciate about Kwik Trip are we can get fresh fruits and vegetables as snacks, and every store is very well maintained. There are a number of places I felt nervous at even just buying gas, never with Kwik Trip.

Customers park to get gas and then go inside to socialize. If the pumps are full its better to go somewhere else.
