This is a wonderful electronic and computer hardware store!I went in to try and price match on a custom build I had in mind for my job, and the gentleman in the store was above and beyond friendly and helpful! He actually informed me that the computer I was looking at had FAR more in it than what I really needed it for, showed me one he had that he guaranteed would get the job done and was WAY more cost-friendly, and I was out of the store in ten minutes with an absolutely PERFECT machine and money still in my wallet! I couldnt be happier with the service and the prices here, and the computer I went home with is the perfect fit for me! If you need a computer, check them out first!!

Three of my screws need to be drilled (the others were already loosened and Dont need to be drilled at all). Maybe expert A didnt tell expert B that. the result is expert B drilled all the eight screws and because my laptop has special screws, now they cant screw the back shell together. they can either glue or stick the shell. Now I have a laptop with unfixed back shell. Even it has board issue, Im feeling bad bout the other five loosened screws which didnt need to be drilled.

Great professional service. I dented my computer on the corner and couldnt get a standard screen replacement. They were able to order the exact replacement direct. They replaced it and even improved the other corner for an incredibly good rate. I put a lot of trust in this team.

I was having major issues with my computer. I brought it in, and they looked at it and figured out very quickly what was wrong with it. They fixed it by the date they said they would, and it was very reasonably priced. Both of the people I interacted with were very friendly. I will definitely take my computer there if it needs to be repaired again, and Im considering buying a laptop from them as well.

Ive made a number of personal purchases through PodComputers and have always found them to be both knowledgeable and fair, which nowadays is a hard combination to find. Recently Ive started utilizing some of their services and products at my work and have received very positive feedback from my coworkers and other managers. Old fashioned customer service but with forward thinking people, a great resource for Rochester!

Ive spent a few bucks here and have always been satisfied. Today i dropped in and got advice on an old laptop. Very Patient Advice. You would not find that at Best Buy! This is my Go To computer joint and there is a chinese take out joint and a liquor store right there too. One Stop Shopping!

I really like Pod, and buy all my computers and most peripherals there. Everyone is friendly, kindly, and competent, and will do small (and sometimes not so small) repairs on the spot. The prices on refurbished computers and peripherals are also great.

Called ahead for a new charger to ask if it was in stock. When I came in he remembered the call and had the part ready just in case. Reasonable price and warm demeanor.

Theyre very knowledgable about their products, and they explain everything in detail. This is the only computer store I go to for my personal needs, and I always refer friends and family to this company. Much more reasonably priced than Best Buy, or Dell Computers.

A little gem hidden in plain sight. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They will give you a free assessment of your computer/phone/tablet problem before you commit to a repair (just like an Apple store, but for all brands of devices, and without hauling it all the way through the mall).Most recently I went in because I had software that required me to create a bootable flash drive. Not a repair exactly, but it wasn’t working and I was at my wits’ end. The guy did it while I watched, didn’t try to make me feel stupid about it the way some over competitive people in tech do, and got it all done and related questions answered for a quite modest fee.They also sell computers, tablets, phones, and accessories at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop.Oh and they are pretty accessible: entrance is ample though I don’t recall if there’s a powered assist, it’s ground floor, all on one level, no steps or curbs, parking can be tight but once you are out of your car you can get in and out of the store with nothing worse than a small bump.

Are pod built my computer approximately 2 years ago we have been talking about it for many years before that then when I finally was able to build the one that I want which I didnt put a normal processor and he built the supercomputer water cooled it is Van tastic they do a wonderful job goes eum best guys in town you wont regret it......!!!!!!!!
