Great customer service, Ive order a couple of PC-Water-cooling parts that were out of stock but they update me quickly through email. The restocking was pretty quick too. No complains when comes to shipping packaging.

Ive been a FrozenCPU customer for over 10 years. They are local for me, so I order for pickup, or just walk in and order at the counter.
