Interesting place as it is a Barber Shop and a bar. My boyfriend and I are not much for loud nightlife anymore, so we left before the DJ started. Drinks were really good and the place was very clean. Id go back for a drink!

We have been coming here for about 2 years now. All of the staff, both solan owner and barbershop owner are excellent.Definitely my go to place for full service shaves, hair cuts and drinks during it all!You do not need to get a shave or cut to enjoy their wonderful cocktail bar and chill atmosphere. Have a seat at the bar with Luck or at any of the other wonderful people there. You will enjoy your time and the company.

We love coming here- there is no place in the area that makes drinks like here. I have yet to have a beverage that isn’t phenomenal, and they keep creating more new and exciting drinks. The staff at the bar is so kind and we truly enjoy their company and this ambience!

This place has a great vibe to it! They offer craft cocktails and do a great job cutting hair. I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair after going here. Cutting hair is like an art to them!

When I walked in it was a cool New York city vibe with great music and drinks/beverages available. The location in downtown Rochester is ideal for me. Brittany cut my hair and did a phenomenal job. She was efficient and very detailed and suggested a great style. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been with Daniella for many years. Her locations are both excellent. The mixologist at the Rochester location has some amazing drinks that only add to the experience. A true gem in men’s grooming.

From the moment you walk in you get New York vibes, love the interior of the shop and that it’s a bar/lounge! The drinks are amazing and their music is definitely on point. Baus as a whole is the best barber experience. Now that they have added a location in downtown Rochester with a full BAR it has been taken next level. Never once have I been let down. The drinks are just icing on the cake. 10/10 wont go anywhere else.

Baus Rochester has such a cool vibe to it. I’ve never been to a barber that offers a bar. My experience was great from the receptionist confirming my appointment and letting me know that my stylist was finishing up with another client. I was about twenty minutes early for my appointment so I grabbed a beer at the bar. After relaxing for a few minutes, my stylist finished her previous appointment and grabbed me from the bar, which I though was great customer service. Brittney is a phenomenal stylist. I have been going to her for years and she always offers suggestions for new styles for my hair when I am apprehensive and she always knocks it out of the park. I honestly get so many complements on my hair from colleagues, friends, and family. Brittney is the most meticulous, attention to detail, focused stylist that has ever cut my hair, and I will continue to endorse her and Baus Grooming as they are a top notch operation. Five stars.

I go to baus in Birmingham for my haircuts but I come to Baus in Rochester to study and have a drink. Great space to study with great drinks from coffee to alcoholic beverages. Highly recommend!

My favorite barber moved from the Birmingham location, and this is even closer to work and home for me. Havent tried the bar yet, but its a cool location. If youre not getting your grooming taken care of here, youre wrong.

So I just got a wonderful haircut there by Bizzy and I got to say I am shocked at how great of a job she did, I go get my haircut usually by a barber from a different shop but she outdid him in every aspect and she knew how to keep a conversation going AND THE TOWELS THEY PUT ON YOU, ARE FANTASTIC, and if anyone wants the haircut of there lifetime come to this spot in Rochester and request Bizzy because I know for a fact I’m going there every week for a cut and a nice drink at the bar they got there

I’ve been going to the Baus in Birmingham and I didn’t think it could get any better, that was by far the best barber experience I’ve ever had and this location takes it to the next level. The drinks and service were amazing and I can always count on Amanda for a perfect cut.

They say splitting wood is the highest testosterone producing activity. I say no. I say the highest testosterone producing activity is getting a haircut at Baus from Amanda Nestorovska. I walk in with tiny biceps. I walk out with..... probably the same size biceps, but my confidence tells me they are HUGE. Been going to Amanda for a few years now and I don’t trust anybody with a zero fade like her. Perfect every time. Extremely professional staff but also laid back. Also didn’t know the new location doubles as a sweet bar. Whattt. Do yourself a favor, book here now.
