Just switch my service to T-Mobile and my experience here was fantastic! They were patient made sure I had the best deal they suited my needs. Thanks Aron! (10/10)

Call before you go, they are open and closed on their own whim, and do not adhere to the hours posted on the door. If I ever find them actually operating Ill update how friendly or not they are.
T Mobile is getting better from one visit to the next. Great customer service, very patient with my needs and all questions were answered. The one thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t “know” about a deal that was better than the deal they offered. I recommend T Mobile, but I still do my research before coming here.
Terrible service. Once i told the male associate that i wanted to add a line on my account he was eager to help me. And then as soon as i said i had a bad experience at another t mobile his whole demeanor changed and outright refused to help me before he gained access to my account. Terrible service and demeanor. I definitely would advise anyone to go to there at your own risk.
Having had a terrible Tmobile experience previously, my husband and I reluctantly headed over to the Mt.Hope location totake care of some business. When we entered the store we met Evana who addressed our needs. Ill be honest, I wasnt expecting a great experience, but we had a fantastic experience! Evana answered each of our questions expertly. She was knowledgeable about plans, products and policies. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, match us with EXACTLY the products we needed/ wanted and she ensured that this visit erased any misgivings we had about Tmobile after our last visit. She found us great deals and saved us money while we spent money. She expertly handled our 4 transactions despite being alone in a busy store and made it look easy! We will ask for her every time we go in the future as she literally salvaged our relationship with the company through her exemplary service, knowledge and skill! Thanks Evana! This is the second time I have to come down here, only one other customer, I have no car so asked a coworker to let me use hers on my lunch break to come down here and waiting for over an hour to be taken care of and all to fix a mistake that was done by your agent Danielle. I cant believe I had my IMEI blocked because she made a mistake and I have to come down and fix it for her. Please train your employees better. Im done with this service and on top of it all, a rude employee. Also the same agent tried to charge multiple times an IPhone 11 without prior authorization. Really considering changing companies.
I go in to talk to a rep about my phone because I’m with sprint I know tmobile merged with them. Rep didn’t even greet me began talking to Danielle rep didn’t know if she was a Corp location or not asked about service centers for repairing device also didn’t know an answer didn’t even offer to find an answer. She said she has been working their for a year. Then this girl literally gets up n walks away from me. She didn’t even try to find an answer to my questions or assist me. I see why she has so many bad reviews. Poor customer service skills.
The girl was very unknowledgeable had us make a payment and turn in our phone from sprint when we were able to upgrade with sprint and then tell my grandma that she can have money off if she turns in her phones and didn’t tell her that she had to pay upfront for the phones which were $1800 then says she can’t switch back to sprint and it was nothing she could do she was definitely not upfront about the switch will never go back they don’t know what they are doing there

This store used to be helpful and friendly, but that changed within the past year. I would not recommend going there. They are not helpful and they take forever. Go to the one on Jefferson, A lot better experience.
Worst experience ever went in a couple days ago to sign up, talked with a blonde girl believe her name was Danielle she spent most of the time I was talking to her talking on FaceTime not very bright asked her questions n she had to keep asking others. If she spent as much time in her phone as learning her job she wouldn’t have those issues.
