Cashiers was great store was fully stocked and she did a price match on a game saved me some$ great job .

I came in to purchase a few xbox one games but about 90% of the display cases didnt have prices on them. I shouldnt have to check online or in the app to see the cost of a game. I walked out without purchasing anything and went to the greece store instead.

These fine folks make the most of a bad location. Props to them for dealing with a demographic that can ruin good businesses. Corporate, if you read this, give these men a raise. They have earned it.The store has wonderful selection and reasonable pricing. It is well maintained and organized.

The new manager that came from webster is awesome..any time before you would walk in the store most dont even look at you..hes super helpful and polite ..I enjoy going to game stop again ..my past few stops have been great. Hope he sticks around for a bit.

The manager is a condescending word Id rather not use. Very rude and acts as if you are bothering him. Im sad the other east ridge road location is closing, those guys are the best. If they chose to keep this location open no wonder game stops are dying out...

They have boxes out of games, consoles, and accessories that are out of stock. If they arent in stock, dont have them out.

This store ignored COVID precautions. Signs in the front window said masks required and max of 10 customers. By the time we left there were 15 to 20 customers. Some of them were unmasked.

Employee interaction was 100%. Availability on games 100%. The only problem I had was the child running around the store with no mask on. His mother or Guardian didnt have a mask on either. As this child was throwing games on top of the games I was purchasing, I needed ask for another game due to no masks and no social distancing.

Went in looking for a new headset for ps4. The staff were very helpful and insightful in helping me make my decision. Didnt just point me towards the most expensive one either.

Sold me a disgusting dust filled ps4 pro refurbished which kept overheating and shutting down. Employee kept giving me false information pawning everything onto corporate and was irate.

Traded in some old games, got $56 in store credit! Got myself a new controller and another new game. Everyone was nice, the atmosphere was fun.

Line was a little long, but I felt like I got what I was looking for. Also got 5 dollars off with membership.

Store was fine, staff was helpful, but ultimately they sold me a dead 3DS game. When I brought it home it wouldnt work in either of the 3DS that we own. I am now inconvenienced with having to return it to the store. Hopefully they will take care of me and in the future test all the preowned games they intend to sell before they make it into their stock.EDIT: Added one star because Tabatha, the store leader, took care of my refund/exchange in a very professional and expedient manner.

Its okay service here. If youre in a rush or have a small child with you I suggest you shop online or leave the babies at home with someone. Too many things for little ones to grab and touch. The service is pretty slow as they are too busy trying to upsell product, get you to buy a protection plan on a game or sign up for powerup card program etc. Or just talking gamer stuff which is fine but if youre in a rush like I mentioned dont expect to be in and out here.

Customer service is terrible just called and dude answers the phone like its his personal phone not even acknowledging that I called gamestop an tells me that there system is down for the 2nd day in a row wouldnt recommend this store to anyone that wants to go to a gamestop
