Stopped in for some aluminum siding corners. Plenty of staff at the counter and in the yard. Very busy place. Main entrance hidden a touch. Got what I needed at a decent price and was gone in 10 minutes. Mostly roofing, siding, insulation distribution. Huge fleet of kate model trucks and two entranced.

Its one of those places youve got to see, to believe. Its a huge building supply(roofing and siding)yard in the middle of the hood in Rochester. At the purchasing counters, its staffed by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people, who help you your purchase, then direct you to where to pick it up. I needed a particular corner piece of vinyl siding. I was amazed how fast I was in and out of there.

I wouldnt recommend them at all. They excuse their terrible employees customer service with the excuse of him being a country bumpkin who has terrible communication skills.Evan, one of the drivers who delivered supplies to my neighbors looked me straight in my face and didnt bother to get permission to drive the forklift onto my property and then got argumentative when I confronted him about it.He tried to tell me that people with close driveways usually doesnt have an issue, which he assumed we are all a monolith. I told him not to assume anything, because he drove the forklift in my grass, hairs away from deck in my backyard.He tried to tell me how I should accept his shotty service and he didnt need to get my permission and said I couldve stopped him, but was I supposed to stand in front of his forklift and risk getting ran over?I had already attempted to block him with my vehicle and he drove around it and still drove the forklift in my yard.Like does he not know he is liable if my property is damaged?

SRS Distribution locally known as B&L Wholesale Supply - Rochester FRAUD and borderline Identity theft!!!A salesman at the local office filled out a Application to open a business COD account for my business and HE SIGNED my name!This was done without my permission or knowledge. This was also done after i specifically told the salesman i was staying with my current supplier and not switching to his company. This was done while the salesman was on COMPANY time. Furthermore the manager admitted that this was done by his salesman!!! The manager stated to me in voicemail and to local police officer that was a misunderstanding and will delete accountTypical Corporation management sweeping everything under the rug and no big deal attitude.Have it all in written documents, emails, texts and voicemails. Police report filed. BBB complaint, Attorney general consumer fraud department, SRS corporate office and Attorney to file suit will be coming Monday Morning.This is NOT legal or how business is conducted!Please share post

Had windows delivered and installed on 7/6 - 7/7 2019 the installers not with b&l where great but a few hrs after the windows where installed one of the windows was infested with maggots in the tracks in the locking mechanism and the locking mechanism was full of dirt and maggots my house is spotless untill now I will be contacting b&l on 7/8 to complain
