They were AWESOME!!! Very friendly, clean AND honest. Explained exactly what they did and how they did it in simples terms. I needed a repair quick and had gone to 2 different places and was quoted a large amount, and that wasn’t even what was wrong with my car. This is now my new mechanic. I highly recommend this shop.

Phenomenal service and staff! Dave the owner is super down to earth, is committed to winning and keeping our service relationship in place for the long run. His lead tech Matt always takes the time to educate me on whats broken and why, and what it takes to fix. What I also love about the past 3 visits Ive had are that I ALWAYS look for in a service provider are:1. Quick availability for a scheduled appointment to come in, start as early as 730am (so I can wait with the car before I have to start my regular day job).2. Matt/Tim/Dave talk to me either in person/call me right away before starting the work to provide cost quote and time estimate.3. The positive atmosphere of the owner and staff, it feels less franchise/corporate treatment and more personal to me and other customers. Dave even answers the phone first stating Its a great day, Im all about that!4. Its close to my house, less than a 3 min drive especially helpful for when my SUV window motor randomly froze and wouldnt go up on its own. Its snowing today and I couldnt afford to get it correct asap. Dave got me in right away when I called and (not that it works this way every time depending on the kind of auto part it is) was able to same-day ship the motor part needed to ensure the window was back to perfect shape for me same-day!Not that I love to spend money on my 2 cars but when any issue arises Roc Auto Service is the first place I call every time!

Ive came here a couple times so far once to get my fuel line fixed and the other time to get my brakes and a couple other things done and both experiences were amazing ! David Ferris is truly a GODSEND. I was next door to his business, Roc Auto Services and Tires, doing laundry and when I came out to load up and go home my car wouldnt start. I just knew it had something to do with the oil change that Id waited so long to perform in my vehicle. I use my vehicle so much throughout the day as Im an independent contractor, so I absolutely NEED my car! I called my insurance roadside assistance but I thought to get some oil from Roc Auto Services and Tires before they arrive just in case it was the lack of oil for why my car wouldnt start.I went inside and spoke with David Ferris. He immediately asked to come outside and take a look at my car as he asked me a few questions about my upkeep of the vehicle. He quickly realized what the problem may have been and immediately took to returning to his shop to grab the necessary tools to pull me out of my rut.While he was inside being an angel of light, I took to prayer and low and behold David Ferris (Im convinced is an angel sent from above) saved my vehicle from possible engine seizure and me from a possibly grand bill of sale to replace or repair the engine.I thank GOD for people like him and his caring and concerned personality in that moment of need.This may be an unusual review but I will be getting my car serviced by this gentleman and his business due to the unforseen kindness that he bestowed upon me and my situation. He didnt have to but he did. Im forever grateful for his kind and pleasant nature!Please support this man and his business. Its clean and he has a wealth of knowledge about auto services!

We all know hard it can be to find an honest mechanic these days. If you are not familiar with cars it is very easy to get taken advantage of but that is not the case with Dave and Roc Auto Service. I was having an issue with my daughters car and Dave described the problem in detail and all the possible solutions. It turned out the repair costs would be more than the value of the car and Dave suggested to skip the repairs and sell the car. If I had taken it somewhere else I may not have gotten the same advice. I will now be taking all our cars to Daves shop and strongly suggest you do the same

The owner Dave is a down to earth, trustworthy and honest. My girlfriend needed a good chunk of work done to her Honda, she found the shop on google and I’m glad she went. The owner didn’t take advantage of the situation by charging absurd amounts that other shops in the area were quoting her. Will most definitely be back for further service.If you’re looking for an honest and fair business that does solid work, you should give them a call.

Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable! I went in to just have a couple of things looked at, like my remote starter. He checked everything over and answered my many questions, and never charged me a penny for his time! I have definitely found my new repair/maintenance shop! Honest and excellent service!

Dave was patient and helpful and gave me a breakdown of the service the entire way through. He wants to do the job 100% right but realizes that not everyone can afford all the repairs they may need for the car to be 100%. Dave got me through and got the things fixed that I absolutely needed fixed to pass inspection and be safe on the road with the vehicle. He wants return business so he treats customers right. First off short story, I’ve been screwed around by many garages more then I can count on my hands unfortunately. Giving me absolutely outrages prices, fixing things that did not need to be fixed, just trying to get more money out of me and I didn’t appreciate it so I was done. Untill me and my wife found Dave’s shop. Dave is so down to earth, genuine, very reasonable with prices, and won’t give you a song and dance he tells it how it is and his mechanics get things done in a timely manner! We had so much wrong with our Hyundai Sonata I don’t even wanna talk about it, but Dave and his mechanics took care of us how customers SHOULD ALWAYS be taken care of. If anyone is looking for a place to get their car fixed / looked at, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend him and his team!❤️

So, they took my car in and charged me 50 dollar for inspection. I thought that they can find and the problem and fix it. However, they can not even figure out the meaning of the code. Guess what I went to auto zoon, they let me borrow the machine and find out the detailed problem for free.

I came in to get my tire fixed, got told and showed that my whole left front was out of whack. Im from outta state and they helped me out when they didnt have too, made sure my car was safe, and did all they could to keep the cost low for me. Thanks alot guys.

Called to make my appointment on a Thursday and dave got me in that Saturday, went to them with a front end noise on my silverado that the chevy dealer said was nothing, brought it to matt who found one of my balljoints were shot, they got me diagnosed and replaced the upper control arm/balljoint same day for a reasonable price, would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to roc auto!

Had my inspection done and some other work done a week or two later. Both experiences both workers were kind, professional and worked in a timely fashion. The estimates I was given were exact and they kept their word on when to pick up my vehicle again. Couldnt have had a better experience than with these guys!! Ive seen shops of 10 or more people run like chaos but these two guys make this place run smooth as a whistle, and my car too! If Im back in town ever these two are the ones I will be going too. Took it to mavis and they screwed me brought it here and David took care of me for a fair price and treated me like family I highly recommend this to everyone.

I came here because my engine light was on and nervous about what the cost would be. However I was very surprised he was very professional and very very reasonable. Not like most other garages that take advantage of you...my car was repaired at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would recommend this place over and over again. And I will continue to bring my vehicles here for all repairs and maintenance.

Drove past this place the other day and decided to go there today to get my oil changed, Im glad I did! The waiting area is very clean and nice. Upon arriving I was greeted by the owner right away and logged into the system quickly. The mechanic was very thoural and noticed my inspection was up. Thankfully he did because I had not. Very nice people who truly care and make you feel like family. I will absolutely be recommending this place to all my family and friends!

For my first time ever going here, I can honestly say first impressions are everything and I will be forever going back! Dave is exactly the kind of person that makes a small business so special and makes you feel like you constantly want to keep coming back to a place you can trust will take care of you. He’s kind and patient and takes the time to talk to you about your car and help you understand the underlying problems. He doesn’t take advantage like many car repair shops tend too, and like most car repairs tend to hurt your wallet a bit, his prices are more than fair and you don’t walk away feeling overcharged. I especially liked that at the end, he gave me a run down of things that were still running great with my car and things I might want to look at fixing in the future and explained how to know myself when the time is approaching for them.

We arrived early and taken early. Staff was efficient, friendly, personable. Price was as expected with no surprises and I was out before I had a chance to get settled. Would highly recommend services and location was convenient for us. Check them out!!
