Joe Kern and his son Jeremy know how to fix and maintain cars. Always treated me fairly, fair prices, I trust them. You can too.

So to begin with, I called twice before I went to the shop to ask if they could look at my car, which they said yes. I get my car towed up there and they tell me they won’t be able to look at it until the next day. (Mind you, I live in WI and had to be to work the next night). However, they got my car done pretty early in the morning. As I was driving home, maybe 3 hours to go, I notice my hood flopping up and down so I pull over to push it shut and my engine just stops running, the check engine light comes back on, and starts doing the same exact thing it was doing when I got it towed to Kerns. So I end up stranded in the middle of no where and they knew I lived in WI, so I just don’t understand. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

They did a great job on my 09 Corolla it was done on time and noone could beat their prices. Pleasent and easy to work with. My only suggestion is getting a voice recorder it was hard to get a hold of anyone to make the appointment, but finally through text I got my appointment set up... Will be back for future repairs.
