So I’ve had a few vehicles here, and my son just brought hi Chevy cruise in for a coolant leak. Just picked it up, decent price, problem fixed. Or so we thought. Halfway through his delivery shift, he notices it’s still leaking coolant, though he was told it had been tested. Gonna call in the morning. I’ll keep this updated.Update: they got the car back into the shop first thing this morning, and figured out the problem and fixed it. Even gave us great price. I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of service, professionalism, and just general knowledge of cars, that I’m a little embarrassed it took me this long to write a review.I first took my car in for an inspection after a bad experience at a dealership. They were very quick to diagnose a few issues, both big and small and gave me very honest and thorough answers to my questions. They were willing to take me out to the floor and point out a few areas of concern.I recently took my car in to diagnose a burning issue that I thought might be related to the brakes. They not only found the issue, which was the brakes, but gave me recommendations for replacing my brakes the next time. I have a hard time letting other people do work on my car, especially if I can do it myself for less money. This time though, I was happy to know that they would do it right and fix any issues they found, which might save me some trouble the next time I work on my brakes.I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re not quite sure you’re getting honest answers at your current auto repair place.

You can tell the place was founded by women; impeccable waiting room, a window straight to the action, really clean bathrooms and amazing quality of service. They are straightforward with costs and even go the extra mile to recommend the best and most cost effective course of action.

I do all of my own auto work except for things that require expensive equipment like tire mounting/balancing and wheel alignments. I bring those things to CAS. They have always respected my advanced knowledge and abilities and accommodate my requests for the fussy ways I like things done. Many shops will not.

Brought my car in for a good interior cleaning and a wash and wax. I am so happy with the way the car turned out. Service was exceptional, they dropped me off at home and then picked me up when job was done. Prices are very good. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never written a review for any product or service, but felt the need after my experience. My son owns a 2004 Jaguar that had an electrical issue that I could not diagnose. It would blow an ABS fuse and put the car in limp mode. I called, no exaggeration, over 20 shops and no-one would even look at the car when I said it was a Jag. I am from the Buffalo area and decided to start calling Rochester shops. CAS was the first place I called and had the pleasure of talking to Jack. He was extremely confident that he could find the issue. Jack and his team took their time and methodically went through the car until they found the issue. They had the car for 10 days driving it every day to make sure they found the issue. I couldnt be happier with my experience and I will not think twice to drive 60 miles to deal with trustworthy people!!

They fixed our 08 Saab muffler issue (i.e. rusted, fell off and resulted in the displacement of the rear quarter panel). We called their shop and gave us a very reasonable quote. I had them replace my muffler and because of their reasonable pricing, I had them replace my resonator as well again due to their reasonable pricing. Guess what, they also fixed my displaced quarter panel free of charge. I plan to bring my Pilot for rear brake service next. Jack is very professional and was very receptive and helpful to all of my questions. Top notch customer service Jack and my pleasure to do business with you. This is not my first visit, but I will tell you I am always amazed at how wonderful my car looks when done. Each time I have had the spa package (great value for all you get) done by a different technician, but each time looked amazing, clearly all technicians are trained with an eye for quality and service! I see that my review was deleted. I would never recommend this place forany work. they were supposed to align my car with the cost of new tires. They botched that job, brought it back in, they botched that job also and tried to charge me for alignment again!!!! Then some guys comes out after me. Stay away from this place, go somewhere else.

Outstanding customer service!My wifes car had a worn out front wheel bearing. I called Complete Automotive Solutions and was able to get the car in for repair the next day. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the wheel bearing and did an oil and filter change in a few hours. I was able to drive the car back home the same day. Knowledgeable mechanics that are affordable and fast is why I keep coming back to Complete Automotive Solutions. Everyone greats you with a smile and a warm welcome. I see cars on every lift in the shop, but they treat you like youre their only customer when you walk in.

This was my first oil change in my car since I bought it and the first visit to Complete Automotive Solutions. I was told by the salesman when I purchased the car that regular oil would do but the guy at the desk explained that only full synthetic oil can be put in my car. The way I was looking at him he probably thought that I was thinking he was lying but I wasnt. I was thinking about all the other things I was told by the salesman that I have found to not be true. Thank you for explaining why full synthetic is required for my car.

My son attends school nearby (RIT) but were from MA. This is his first year of taking the car and as luck would have it, he encountered a flat tire. To make matters worse (or increase my blood pressure), the dealer upgraded the mechanism that lowers the tire from the bottom of the car but forgot to put the tool in the car that allows this to happen. To make this situation even better, after Geico confirmed with me on the phone that we had road side coverage before he left, it turns out when he attempted to use it, we didnt. Then came Complete Auto Solutions (CAS)...I was somewhat in a panic state with my son 400+ miles away and unable to assist directly. Im thankful I found CAS here in Yelp and gave them a call. My son was able to pump the tire up and get the car to them. They patched the tire, he was on his way and my blood pressure is back where it should be. Thank you to the folks at CAS!! Weve now found our remote mechanic while my son is at school.

Old Car Looks New AgainScheduled my 2005 Toyota Camry with only 121,000 miles for a spa day at Complete Automotive. I had never been to CAS but liked what I read online. I was not disappointed. The coffee-stained carpet, road grime, and grease-covered components under the hood were gone. Thank you Aaron for doing an incredible job on my car. I can now put a for sale sign on it knowing it looks its best. I hope the new owners enjoy another 14 years from this great car.I will undoubtedly use Complete Automotive Solutions for my future car needs.

I had two new front tires put on at another shop. They told me that my alignment was off and I should get one done at another shop since they don’t do that there if I didn’t want to ruin my new tires. I found Complete Automotive Solutions on Google and decided to try them since they were right by my house. The advisor Nick, asked me why I was bringing it in for an alignment and I told him that another shop had recommended it. After the mechanic looked at my car, he said my alignment wasn’t off at all and that there was no work to be performed. They were honest enough to tell me I didn’t need that service and only charged me for a check-up. I will definitely bring my car back here in the future when I need something and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to do business with honest people!

I went in for an oil change & a NY State Inspection & were these people ever nice. They really care & value their customers! They dont gouge you either like a dealership would. I waited in a very comfortable large living room type waiting room with lots of comfy places to sit! They have free coffee, free WiFi, 2 desk to work at, cable, & this huge window that you can watch them if you like while they are working on your car! How cool & honest is that! I was there 2/28/2020 & as always it was great doing business with you!I got a coupon for a fantastic price for an oil change, tire rotation, lube & so much more. I saw a dealer months before & they said my breaks were going but just past inspection. So I was waiting for them to give me the same song & dance! But to my surprise they said everything looked great & the brakes were fine! WOW an honest business & honest mechanics! Not many are out there! They had all the comforts of home, cable, internet, comfortable seating & free coffee! Im not a coffee drinker but it was nice that they offered it! Keep up the great work!

Definitely the most honest and reasonably priced car shop in the Rochester area. I originally started coming here for their awesome oil change special, but now this is the only place i will bring my car for work. I recently had another mechanic fail my inspection and give me a pricey quote for a list of things that I needed to pass. Complete automotive did the necessary work for less than half the price.

Female owned! Fantastic service and reasonable prices. They give me options at different price points whenever I need repairs and have on more than one occasion waived labor charges for smaller repairs when coupled with a larger repair. I once dropped my car off because the steering wheel was wobbling. They called me to come pick it up that afternoon and said there was no charge. Ice had built up underneath and when they melted the ice the car drove fine. They could have easily charged me for a repair or at least for the labor. They said it’s better to build goodwill with their customers than charge them unnecessarily. A+

I went to them on a recommendation in a desperate attempt to find what was wrong with my engine and see if they could quote the work on my Cruze lower then Chevy did. Not only were they friendly and eager to help, they diagnosed the true problem and fixed it for 6X cheaper!!!!! Absolutely incredible!!

I had to reschedule my appointment. Was then offered a time that was not available. I then had to reschedule again. I selected yet another time. Things were running behind this morning and several factors led to keep running late. I informed the shop that I was running late but was never acknowledged or communicated with until I was already at the shop. I received an email as I was walking in the door. When I made it to the desk I was treated very rudely and informed that my appointment was canceled bud. I was then asked to reschedule again and i left without doing so because i felt uncomfortable leave my car in their disorganized hands. The service manager was very rude and short with me after i made the 20 min drive to his shop. He had my phone number and could of called me so I could turn around due to the cancelation. I offered to wait for a while to get the oil change done and was told to leave. He then choose to lecture me about my lack of priority on punctuality. I was late and I did inform him that I was running late with plenty of time left before my appointment was to start. I tried to be as upfront and forthcoming as possible given the situation I found myself in. A simple phone call would have saved us both a lot of trouble. Avoid this shop please.

I have been to Complete Automotive Solutions twice now. Once for an oil change, and most recently for a car inspection. Both times, the service has been fast and friendly. When getting my car inspection, it turned out I had a crack in my breaks on the passenger side. Even though it was close to closing time, they offered to repair it that night so I didnt have to come back. I appreciated them staying a little longer to help fix my car. I will definitely continue to do business with Complete Automotive Solutions!

Like many other encounters, 1st impressions and appearances mean everything! The waiting room has all the conveniences to make the wait time seamless! Comfortable seating, Wi Fi, an open Desk Top computer to use, a charging station for cell phones, Vending Machines, TV and a window you can view through to see your car being worked on....No Wall or Curtain to keep the work a mystery! The front desk staff are extremely professional and courteous. The free tire rotation w/ oil change (and I didnt buy the tires from CAS) And overall general inspection to ID potential issues! The owners philosophy, training and forward thinking is on spot, hence the primary reason CAS has remained in business for over 10 yrs. THANK-YOU

My experience was great! I was greeted in a friendly manor and they got my car in right away. Some of the work I was requesting was not able to be done (no fault of theirs). They took the time to explain this and didnt charge for work they didnt do. They treated my car as gingerly as I do. I would definitely recommend EFS Auto to others.

Went in to fix the exhaust pipe on my Subaru. I already got quoted double the amount from other shops. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, professional and was able to save me money.

I have been taking my car to them for repairs for years. They are always honest and friendly, and I trust them to do good work. What I like the most about them is that they are always up front and honest about what your car actually needs, vs things that you may or may not want done. Also, they offer a 10% discount if you pay with cash or check!

It’s been a pleasure so far to work with CAS. After several visits we are happy to continue to work with the pleasant staff. We do not feel pressured to repair unnecessary things. We had an instance where a minor repair was not done properly and they immediately resolved the situation with no hassle.

Today was my first experience at this facility because I had received a Groupon for an oil change. The Service Writers were friendly and prompt, the waiting area was comfortable and full of amenities, and the technicians were quite thorough and careful with my vehicle. Had my 2015 Jeep in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. From beginning to end, these guys were terrific. Professional, informative, and polite. Actually very friendly is more like it. I would recommend CAS (and already have been) for your complete automotive needs. By the way, the waiting room is awesome. Flat screen TV, living room furniture, PC work station and a Keurig machine. Cant beat that!

I would recommend anyone to go here! The office staff is always polite and knowledgeable. The service is always timely and they never make you feel pressured into a repair. They have always been very upfront and honest about how bad something is and if it needs immediate attention or can be done at my next visit.

I bought a Groupon for EFS to have the interior of my car detailed. I specifically chose them because they actually shampoo the carpets and upholstery which I found out that not all businesses do this. They did a great job! My car was a mess when I dropped it off and was immaculate when I picked it up. They were flexible about scheduling and being able to drop it off and pick it up with regards to my availability. I would definitely take it to them again for this service.

I visited CAS b/c I found a Groupon for an oil change. I was very impressed with the service I received. My appointment was for 4:00 on a Friday, and I thought for sure they would be backed up. They we not, and I was in and out in 45 minutes, less than the 60 minutes the initially estimated. The Groupon included tire rotation and part of the oil change service included additional maintenance checks, like brake disc wear and thickness.Im not sure how comprehensive their capabilities are but I intend to inquire of them first for any repairs that can be scheduled in advance. Highly recommended.

I visited this page earlier and left honest critical feedback about the article above. The page owner previously claimed to be the author until I added a link to the true authors article. I revisited the page and hoped to see if there had been any follow up discussion or response to my post. Now that Ive returned, my original post is deleted and company removed themselves as theauthor. Their action of removing critical feedback is deceiving and demonstrates a lack of integrity. Its unfortunate that the owners are focused on fabricating their posts and censoring the feedback of their customers. Im highly disappointed that they would remove honest feedback from their site. Its clear that this site and the owners are not a credible source to rely on.

Great shop for auto customization! I own a 2010 Toyota Scion xB that needed some improvements and a new headlight. I ordered an aftermarket pair of headlamp assemblies from #Spec-DTuning through #Amazon. My local Toyota dealer wouldnt install do to wiring differences. Called C.A.S. and went in the next day. 2.5 hours later-job completed. The glossy black halo led projector headlamp assemblies look better than the OEM. Call Complete Automotive Solutions...you will not be disappointed!!! Definitely recommend.
