Glad we were able to make a deal! I had a price in mind and they agreed to it. We didn’t do your typical back and forth for hours. Which was great! The process would have probably been quicker but finance was busy. Perhaps because they are a great dealership. Regardless my wife and I went and ate and they text us as soon as they were ready. We found a very hard to find 3/4 ton pickup. Adamson Motors was very helpful in meeting our out of state long distance needs. They were very respectful to my wife and I. Especially to our little Walter puppy. The made it quick for the paperwork and other things. They also had the paperwork ready before we arrived after driving 3 hours to get to Rochester. We will definitely come again to purchase our next vehicle.

I live in the Twin Cities and visited a Hyundai dealer in the area. The dealer knew what I wanted and occasionally texted me...then went totally dark. Having a few appointments at Mayo Rochester, I stopped by Adamson Motors, Rochester, got aligned with Duey, who kept me posted... In a few weeks he had the exact vehicle that we were looking for. I am very pleased with Adamson Motors.Been doing business with them for many years. Very friendly staff. Including repair shop, parts, tire dept. the only place I will buy my Michelin tires. Al has never failed me with advice, repairs, balance and rotation. I know when I take my vehicle to Adamson, it will come back to me better than I expected.

Stopped in to test drive a 2019 Navigator. Salesman was very helpful and accommodating. Mirror hanging sign gave a price of $79,999. Asked salesman after the test drive to talk to his sales manager and get back to me with best price they could do. An hour later the salesman reached out to me and said best they can do is $81,000. I said “price on the mirror hanger said $79,999. 60 minutes later, price up to 81k?” Was told, “the vehicle is no longer at that price.” Fine, I’m no longer interested. But, I won’t be back, never seen a more shady situation…bait and switch much?
I knew exactly what I wanted in my vehicle because of the description on Adamson Motors website. Their price was comparable to everything on the market. I went in one day to test drive and purchased the next. The purchase process was smooth and quick. I was walked through how to use all the devices in the vehicle and the employees were all great!

Even though I didnt have an appointment for an oil and filter change, they were able to work me in quickly.
I had good experience with this dealer. We were able to make a reasonable purchase that we both could agree on. I only have a couple of things that they didnt tell me about was the mirror that under the mirror was partly broken. I had my son with me and he noticed it plus a wheel bearing was going out too. Im glad I had my son with me. Also when I picked up the car they told me that they would detail it or clean it up and they didnt do a very good job. Along with the mirror and and cleaning. I understand you sometimes buy as is but you would like to be aware of what you are getting if its quite noticable. The reason I chose Adamson is that my late husband and I had purchase a vehicle from them before and was happy with working with them and thought I would give them another chance. Love the car so far

We have been in search for a new Truck for the past 4 months. We live in Minneapolis. I saw a truck on the Ram website and wanted to go see it, so I called and reached one of the sales persons, Zach Ploof. He doubled check to see if it was still on site and it was and away we went. We test drove it and loved it. We had a lot of questions first since we have never owned a diesel truck, just gas! He had one of their top people come in Chris to answer any questions. We were happy and made the deal. We never felt pressured and we felt like value customers and they spent as much time as we needed. We picked up the truck a couple if days later and it was spotless they answered any further questions and filled the 50 gallon tank. David in the service department was phenomenal! Not only did he keep me fully aware of what was happening while they were working on my car, he found ways of saving me money. This is will be who gets my automotive money now.
We didn’t expect to buy, just compare. Paul was so candid and straight with us, we soon realized that buying there was just the wisest thing to do. When we made our decision, later in the day, they all quickly got things done so we could drive it home instead of making another trip. We realized that it was past closing time for them and they’d never mentioned a thing..... just teamed up to get us happily on the road.

Recently had my 2017 lincoln navigator at the repair facility. Tech number 117 was the gentleman who serviced my vehicle. He was very thorough, and honewt with the oil change and inspection. I will be bringing my vehicle in for regular scheduled maintainence and request him.

Excellent service! Vehicle running rough, with engine warning light. First appointment available was Monday (called Friday morning), but said I could bring it in Friday and theyd see what they could do. By 1:00 Friday, not only was vehicle diagnosed and fixed under warranty, but they also applied a number of service bulletins and a recall, and got an oil change done. The shuttle driver even called to let me know he would be 5 minutes late!
I showed up with a flat tire with no fore-notice to them and they were busy but the service manager promised he would get me in as soon as possible. He cautioned that it might be as long as an hour but said he would do his best. About 30 minutes later he came into the waiting room and said I was done. Tire is still holding air and repair was more than reasonably priced. Thank you Adamson!

They brought my new vehicle to my house for me since I didnt have a second person with me and patiently waited for my bank to open my daily spending limit for my down payment. I bought my first ever new car from Adamson about three years ago and the experience was as painless as it was possible to be. I never felt pushed to go above my budget or buy anything I didnt want or need, and they found me a Jeep Cherokee with my exact preferences and got it to me ASAP. After that vehicle was unfortunately totaled in an accident this year, there was no question in my mind about where I was going to go for a replacement - and had the exact same lovely experience the second time around - they allowed me to explore other options and then had no qualms about my decision not to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle and helped me find exactly what I was looking for again. I brought in my Jeep to get a seat replaced that was broken by another dealer in Burnsville. They didnt have what was needed in stock but they texted me with an update and returned my vehicle until the parts arrived. Giving me this info helped me arrange other plans so when I need to bring it in when the parts did arrive, I had plans made to get to work.

We had our Hyundai Santa Fe in for warranty work regarding the engine. Our service advisor Dave Walden was top notch. He took care of the car and took care of us. He set us up with a rental while our car was being fixed. Dave really puts our concerns first, answering all our questions and keeping us updated. I would highly recommend Adamson Motors.

I am extremely disappointed with Adamson Motors service department. I went in for service on a 2016 Hyundai Accent that was having some kind of electrical issue. They diagnosed it as the thermostat, which doesnt make sense to me. But okay, lets assume that the thermostat is bad. They wanted to charge me $400 for parts and labor. The part is about $20(Most expensive one I found was on AutoZones site for $50) and would take about an hour to replace. So not too sure how they came to that price. So I took the car to get a second opinion from a very reputable shop in Rochester. They said that the thermostat is fine and that the car was 2qts low on oil. Maybe I am confused, but I feel like Adamson should have checked the oil levels early on in the inspection? This all adds insult to injury, because the last time I took my car in for service (2011 Hyundai Sonata) the service guy didnt put my drain plug on correctly which exacerbated an already known issue that lead to my engine needing replacement (taken care of under warranty, luckily). I genuinely feel as though I caught them in a lie concerning the thermostat, and I genuinely believe that the service department does NOT have their clients best interest in mind. This service department needs a complete overhaul. They have dramatically gone down hill. Unfortunately, these last two experiences means there is a very slim chance I will ever bring my business back to Adamson. I feel cheated and robbed (almost).
About two weeks ago I got a pop up on my Jeep saying “Service Shifter.” I wasn’t having any issues and the pop up keeps happening intermittently with no known trigger. I decided to call Adamson to talk to someone in the service department. I told the woman I spoke to the problem and asked her if this was a common/known issue. All she told me was I would need to drop my car off for the entire day. Her tone was very unfriendly; it didn’t seem as if she wanted to help me or give me any sort of clarity on the issue. I decided to chalk it up to her having a bad day and decided I would try emailing instead.I went online to do some research on the issue prior to emailing. I saw it WAS a common issue and there actually was a recall. Now that I had a bit more information I used the chat feature on Adamson website. Whoever I spoke to on there came across much more kind and helpful. They took down my personal information, VIN number, information about the problem, etc... the person I spoke to on the chat said they would be in touch but it’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard back. I could reach out to them again but it seems a bit ridiculous at this point. Debating whether or not should try another Jeep dealership in a nearby city based on the customer service thus far. I have used Adamson in the past without issues thus my three star review. Perhaps management has changed or this dealership is just hit or miss.EDIT: Mark Nelson, the manager of the service department, reached out to me after reading my review. I really think I just had a bad couple of TOTALLY coincidental experiences that do not truly reflect the Adamson service department. He really went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I ended up going through them to have my car serviced and I am happy to continue going to Adamson in the future. Thank you Mark, Steve, and the rest of the Adamson service team for taking care of my Jeep!

Came in for oil change. Completed in less than 1 hour. Van had 24k miles. Recommended air and cabin filter change. Filters were expensive, but for convenience ok. Cabin filter labor of $15 for a 2.5 minute job a little over the top. Will do extras myself in future.
