Walked in no one greeted us. Had to wait for cashiers attention from his cellphone to ask a question. Upon check out one cashier same as the first said I guess I can take you I cant find what Im searching for anyway. Used to be a good place to go.

Sheree (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She deserves ALL types of raises. She assisted the people next to me then she came over and assisted me. She knew exactly what I needed and hooked a sistah up! She needs to be kept around because he Customer Service is impeccable!!!

Wrong product was purchased for my BMW at a different location. I brought in my receipt and the exchange was simple and quick! Good guys at the shop we even shared a quick laugh. Top notch customer experience!

Never will go to this location again, would rather have a broken car then ask anyone here for help here, very rude,no customer service and way over priced, as if they get a cut out of selling the more expensive product,. Went online and seen that this location had the part I need and they wanted to sell me a different one saying they didnt have it, when I called before I came and they said they did. I went to Auto zone and got everything I need for the price of one part at this location...beware if your not knowledgeable, shop around....

I went to the store on ridge road where the staff refused to assist me, he called for all the men behind me until one gentleman was kind enough to speak on this.. I left and went to the Lyell ave store where I was greeted and assisted right away
